Ameen was very quick to respond to my jump-start request and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to replace my battery on the spot, which was such a relief. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the great service!

I am completely unsure how I didn’t get the same care as the 4-5 star reviews. I was told an hour at 1032 over the phone and through text via USAA, I got an updated text about 21-51 minutes after 9 minutes had passed so I figured I was good to go. It is now well passed an hour and a half, getting close to 2 hours in about 5 minutes and still no tow truck. I screwed up and should have gone with Super Tow, they even have military rates. Lesson learned. Just got off the phone a couple minutes ago and they said 15-20 minutes so God only knows if that means an hour or more. I am unsure of the time conversion rate with this company. 🤷🏻‍♂️ was about $350 from San Diego to Carlsbad so maybe a good price. I am unsure though.

Ameen Quality Towing He was wonderful! I was told he would be here in 30 min- 1 hour. He was here in 10 min. I don’t know anything about cars. He was informative. Respectful. He gave me information for a mechanic. He was fabulous

Thankfully, Asim completely turned the experience around. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes of receiving the call — which, after everything I had dealt with, was incredibly impressive. From the moment he stepped out of the truck, he was professional, polite, and reassuring. He took the time to assess everything carefully and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The tow itself was from San Diego all the way to Santa Ana, and throughout the drive, Asim was courteous, engaging, and genuinely helpful. It’s not often you can say you had a great experience during a breakdown situation, but his professionalism and attitude made a huge difference. Reliability, prompt service, and strong customer care go a long way — and Asim delivered on all three. Highly recommend Quality Towing, and if you get Asim, you’re in excellent hands.

Ameen is an excellent USAA representative he got to me in under 30 minutes max. He removed my tires which was a pain in the keyster. The last person that put my tire on. Tighten my tires like if I was driving an 18 wheeler, but Ameen saved the day like Superman. I appreciate Ameen and USAA very much.

Great service! First time receiving service, Ameen was sent by my insurance to help with battery service, turned out to be 5 years old. Ameen helped with purchase and installment of new battery, all in the comfort of my home.

I have had them sent out a few times through USAA and they have always been responsive, quick and professional! This morning I had my car battery die on the way to work, had put in a request through USAA and had been waiting for for over 2 hours with no update from another service provider, I was reassigned to quality towing and within 10 minutes they were dispatched here and helping. Ameen was a great help and would recommend him 100 times! Kind and professional as always

I bought a new battery for my 2011 Kia in June 2025. I went on vacation for 1 week and came back to a completely dead battery. Thankfully the battery had a limited warranty. Ameen from USAA Roadside Assistance and Quality towing came to my rescue!! Ameen was so generous with his time and very friendly! So far, he’s been the best technician I’ve encountered! He even took the time to teach me what to do with the battery when I’m gone for long periods and don’t have someone to turn on my cars when I’m gone. Thank you so much Ameen!! He even sprayed the battery connectors to prevent corrosion! I am amazed with how thorough he was- no other technician has ever been so generous!

Ameenn was fast and very knowledgeable. Not only did I need my tire changed, but my wheel wheel was completely folded under my tire and he was able to get the job done! Highly recommend!

Ameen was the driver that responded to my tire change request, and if I could give 10 STARS, I would!!! I ran over a nail and my tire deflated over night, I went to a chain tire shop to get it patched but they suggested for me to get new tires, get realignment and told me that “according to the law” they are not allowed to repair my tire as the PSI is in the 20s. Ameen evaluated my tire and said that this is an easy patch fix. He reinflated it and made me follow him to a good tire repair shop that did not upsell me their services! He even offered to stay with me in the shop in case I feel unsafe in an environment where there is a majority of male workers. He saved me +$1000 worth of a headache and tires that I don’t need yet. What a nice, honest guy that takes care of his customers. Thank you Ameen!🙏🏼

Quality Towing sent Ameen to service my roadside assistance request. He arrived in North Park from Lemon Grove in just 20 minutes. Friendly and completely straight forward with his plan to jump start the car, then run a basic charging system test. He said if I need a new battery he had plenty of Interstate batteries in his truck. I could buy one from him or go elsewhere. Since mine was 3 years old and I’d already had issues multiple times I took him up on it. The price was competitive including installation. Apparently as he’d pointed out my car had the wrong battery installed previously! The new one started up perfectly and I feel much more confident about my car now as far as the battery goes. Great work, this company is efficient and easy to do business with.
