Gets one star because he answered tge phone but then he ghosted me after I waited 90 minutes. Would not answer phone calls. Said he would show up and didnt. I was broke down literally a mile from his garage.
Reckless driver dropping debris on the freeway. Almost pushed me off the road. Extremely rude on the phone. Typical low life behavior. Reporting to the proper authorities with dashcam footage.
Called 6 different towing companies and none of them said they could tow this illegal truck parked in my spot because they didn’t have the equipment. Freeway towing showed up within 20 minutes of me reaching out. I was in such a tough spot because everyone said they couldn’t do it but they truly helped me out! If I could give them 100 stars I would!
your google says that you serve Escondido - so change the information that you have online and pay attention! You are in a service business, why? you are not a people person, bad attitude, the way you talked to me was not professional at all, when people actually need help. I do not recommend this place, bad experience, you need to do better!
I had an extremely rude experience over the phone with Nick, who was supposed to be my tow truck driver. He used foul and inappropriate language towards me, which was completely unacceptable. I highly recommend not using this towing company at all. Nick’s attitude and behavior were appalling, and he clearly dislikes his job. The towing service was also terrible and extremely overpriced. I didn’t pay for him to speak to me in such a disrespectful manner. He needs to be replaced.
I googled "towing escondido". Clicked on these guys. The guy on the phone was extremely short and rude. I had a question about towing abandoned vehicles. He snapped at me and said "do you have a question or need a tow right now?" I replied i had a question and he said "this is an emergency number", then hung up on me. Nothing in their ad says anything about their number being an emergency number.
Really bad service and customer care is super rude they shutdown the phone every time I call them and they not responding or answering my calls , I really don’t recommend using this service and I don’t think we should have like this companies at all
Total scammers! Do not use. They charged our insurance $4200 for 70 mile tow. Nick had no ethics. Doesn’t know how to treat customers. Very unprofessional. We will be filing a formal complaint.

freeway towing did a great job for us, towing our car on a Sunday after we got stuck inside parking structure from San Diego all the way to carlsbad . Two other companies refused to do it, but freeway towing did it without complaint. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended, appreciate the great service.
Unfortunately I had to have my car towed after breaking down I called a few towing companies and each one of them were unhelpful!! I came across freeway towing, and I am thrilled that I had to the luck of meeting nick.
nick was professional and courteous on the phone and gave me a timeframe that he could be there, Sure enough, he was absolutely on time. I get super anxious over car issues, and nick was able to put me at ease by taking charge of the situation and finding a dealership that could service my car! He also made sure that I had a ride and that I wasn't stranded!
His truck was clean and tidy. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does. His tow rate was quite reasonable, and he is very straight forward.
Not that I would want to ever want to be in this situation, but nick from freeway Towing is definitely who I will be reaching out to if I need a TOW!
The receptionist is very rude. Called in early morning today around 6:00am and was immediately met with a individual that was unprofessional. Shady business as well asked me to zelle $400 dollars before sending a tow truck. I made the unfortunate mistake of letting him know I was not from the area and my car had broken down.
I do NOT RECOMMEND this place.
