They were easy to talk to and helped my parents get out of a pickle. Although I was told it’d be 15-20 minutes, it did take longer for them to arrive but we are just glad to be off the road! Customer service was friendly too.

Best price by far, very professional, my driver was Evan, he even called to let me know where he was and eta, I usually hear other tow companies complaining that my car is too low, not with Speedee towing, Evan was great, he was quick and considerate. What I liked the most was unlike other companies where they use 2x4s or pieces of wood to help lowered vehicles, they actually have the correct tools for the job. My least favorite thing is talking to the dispatcher due to pass experiences, I was located on the freeway, 8 west about to get the 805 freeway, other companies wouldve grilled me on my exact location and have an attitude acting like they were foriegners not knowing where the freeway is, but that was definitely not the case with Speedee, in one sentence, they knew exactly where I was. Me and my car group were looking for a reliable and consistent tow company for our project cars and I believe I have found them.
These folks at Speedy Towing are great! They have towed the same vehicle twice and the staff on the phone are friendly and helpful as well as providing what I deemed as excellent service!

WOW the only words that came to me when I saw how fast Speedee joe came to help me when I was in a dire situation. He got down and assured me he’d be quick and get me home out of the cold as quickly as possible. Watching him to my car was like watching an orchestra, just a beautiful symphony of winching and strapping my car down, within minutes we were on our way to my mechanic shop to fox my radiator which he also diagnosed while loading up my car. I would give him a 10 out of 5 if I could.
I had a nail in my tire while driving on the freeway. I had to replace my tires but it was very late. I didn’t have a spare especially shops were closed. They ended up giving me a spare luckily and was able to get my tires fixed next day. Now that’s great customer service!
Joseph is A1! I was in a terrible mood given the situation with my baby. My BMW I8’s front tire was completely blown out. Joseph reassured me that he has towed hundreds of low profile cars, and now I can confirm he is a specialist. He made sure my car didn’t scrape once, moving it with the care of a million dollar car.
