No one is ever nice, there. Never helpful with a smile. Almost feel like it bothers them when you ask a damn question...I always wondered why all the mechanics and auto body shops talked down on them until I had to go in there a few times...

Have usually only been met by somewhat rude staff at this location which has stopped me from shopping there entirely but had to go in tonight for a full list of brake accessories unavailable at other establishments in town and LACEY WAS THE BEST REPRESENTATIVE I'VE EVER HAD AT ANY AUTOZONE and I will now be returning for her assistance specifically. No one trains empty anymore. If you go here. Make sure to bring a part number and know what you need before asking questions. Because they have zero knowledge of what they are selling
My experience at this autozone was pretty bad, I came in to return a battery and the terminals and for some reason they did the return without doing the return, it took them almost an hour to figure out that it was returned incorrectly. However most of the time I was there I was ignored not told what was going on, they didn't explain to me any of the issues and it was a really frustrating experience. In the future I hope they learn how to communicate with their customers better. Would not recommend using this specific autozone!.
I was at Walmart and was trying to replace one of my headlight but they wouldn't do my easy change first and has no ETA either. Walmart staff was not helpful at all and told me to park at "drive through", there is totally no sign where I am supposed to park for service. So she told me can go Auto Parts, thank you for telling me this. So I came here, the staff is very friendly and they don't charge this easy change either. There is no wait either. I got what I need it right away! and the best part is the price was cheaper than Walmart! I would def come back next time!
Amazing customer service from the staff! I went in to get wiper blades, and I didn’t know which ones I needed or how to put them on. Dennis (the manager) kindly went out to my vehicle and measured the blades, explained to me which ones I needed and why, and was kind enough to install them for me. Clean store, great service, and friendly staff! The best auto store in town for sure!
Has what you need or can order it for you. Prices are less than the other automotive parts store in town.
Look up what oil your vehicle takes, DON'T ask. We've been told wrong twice. The wrong grade oil can damage your engine!!! It's a quick Google search!
My husband and I visited the Yucca Valley store to have two car keys cut. Stephen provided EXCELLENT customer service! He was nice, courteous, and professional. The other two gentlemen working were also very nice and helpful, too! We are very pleased with our shopping experience.
Very helpful and friendly people that work here... we were welcomed and offered help immediately! They had what we needed to fix our rotors and brakes and we saved money using cash and not card...I definitely recommend this Auto Zone!
Steven the manager was helpful. My daughter had some new very loud noise that was unknown & very unpleasant to deal with while driving her car. She explained what was going on to Steven? He listened patiently. He asked a few questions & determined the issue was one of her calipers had gone bad. He looked the part up & gave us the cost & was ready to order them right away but we didn't know which side of the car the issue was on so we will need to go order as soon as we can look into it.
Also, we arrived close closing time. What noticeably stood out to me while we looked around was that weren't being given an unwelcome vibe or starred down rudely like you usually get at any other store when closing time is approaching. Not once did we feel rushed. It was much appreciated. We left about 10 minutes before they were due to close.
Never had bad service at the Yucca Valley Auto Zone. Steven was very knowledgeable in identifying the car issue & explaining in detail what that part is responsible for & why we need it. The staff there is always friendly
The staff was super helpful. I went in to replace my car battery, and a young male associate helped me very much. He did everything from test the battery, to ring me up for a new battery to installing it. Its was so easy and fast.
I came in here out of desperation after my air blower stopped working on a 110 degree afternoon, on my way to a birthday trip in the desert. I wasn’t quite sure if it was the fuse or the relay or the motor.
The first gentleman I spoke to basically threw up his hands and gave me all the reasons he could do nothing to help me. I was really discouraged and turned off by his attitude. He gave me the name of a shop that specialized in electrical a few miles away and started rattling off complicated directions.
Pulling out of the parking lot, I noticed another employee coming out of the store and rolled down my window. His name was Chris and he apologized for the way I was treated. He sent me to a shop that was literally across the street and told me to tell them he sent me. Those guys fixed my problem literally in 5 minutes, for free (it was the relay).
THANK YOU, CHRIS!!! You get 5 stars from me and all of my gratitude. Management should take note of his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help someone in need even if it didn’t lead to a sale. Please train that other guy to be more like Chris. Thanks again, you were my angel that day!
This Auto Zone never fails they always help me with my cars so Thankful. Thank you so much the gentleman help me, Sunday afternoon young man I did Not get his name. But he was so nice and help fixed my AC in the Yucca Valley. I bought a can to refill my AC , I had no idea what I was doing ., he explained and I refill it No problem.i was so happy to learn something new. Thank God I refill the AC and it work great., I drove Happy back to San Diego with my AC working.
Another time my battery was not charging they texted and install my battery did charge extra Auto zone it’s the best . If any ladies need help go to auto zone ask questions they will help.

This store is always helpful! I was having problems with my battery connection and David said he'd take a look at it for me. He said it just needs to be cleaned up a bit and he can do that for me! I was so grateful for the help! Thanks David you're awesome!
Friendly, nice, and clean store. I went in to get new wiper blades for my wifes vehicle and they provided some tools to borrow after I broke the clip replacing her blade. The gentleman behind the counter offered to do it for me even though it was raining and night time. It was a simple fix and I was in and out in less then 5 minutes.
Patrick was our cashier and I have to say he is one of the most pleasant and kind people around town. He was very quick getting my brake pads, and very patient while ringing us up. Definitely made the trip just that more worth it.
The whole crew is great and definitely will make it easier to want to go back in the future. Definitely worth 5 stars.
