I like this place. Quick easy in and out. Usually no problems in getting me parts quickly. The best part is that the guys behind the counter don't try to act like know it all wannabe mechanics. If you were a master tech, you wouldn't be working at a parts store 😄
Only auto parts shop I go to in town. Guys know there stuff and can order pretty much anything you need. Only down side is there are usually only 1.or 2 cashier's and people tend to need help with parts so the line backs up a bit..but still worth the wait.
Always a great experience at this Oreilly. Hands down the best parts shop in town, the staff is always helpful and friendly. They’ve assisted me out of quite a few jams.
They are top notch in price and service.! I've had to have a couple of parts ordered and one was not the right one. There was no issue in returning it and re-ordering the right part. Kudos
A few days ago, I stopped at O’Reilly’s because I knew I needed some oil. I just have to say that Gabriel was an angel. He probably saved me from some very severe and expensive car repairs. Things were worse than I had realized he told me exactly what I needed to do. He was so kind and put the oil and coolant in the car for me. Gabriel is truly a remarkable young man I will definitely be coming anytime I need anything for my car. Everyone that worked in the shop had a smile on their face and had such a kind energy! Thank you for the outstanding Customer Service!
I wanted to use this opportunity to say how much I appreciate the employees at this location. There is one particular employee named Sergio and I have to say, O’Reilly’s truly is lucky to have this man representing their organization (I’m sure management is well aware of what an absolute ALL STAR he is, if by chance they are unaware, this guy deserves some serious recognition).
In a small town it really is to find people like him that demonstrate such professionalism, depths of knowledge and an over willingness to help. He has helped me over a dozen times and is always super consistent in his approach and honesty. He goes far and beyond his job description to make sure he does the best he can to those he serves. I have witnessed his approach not just with me but, with every customer he interacts with. He has happily made me a lifetime customer of O’Reilly’s and honestly I can’t say enough about how impressed I am by him. Unfortunately, I had 2 different car issues in the last 3 days and he really served to help make a bad situation better. His ability to not only serve customers with heartfelt kindness but, multitask and resolve issues is world class. O’Reilly’s really should consider using him in a far greater capacity.
Honorable mentions, Gabe and Jessy are also amazing at what they do. Gabe is ultra friendly, always willing to jump in going above & beyond to assist with help in all ways. Jessy is like a foundation rock locking down the high quality service that this location effortlessly offers. Great job management in finding these guys, AutoZone should send their employees here for training. Night and day difference between O’Reilly’s and AutoZone here in Yucca Valley. A huge heartfelt thanks to Sergio, Gabe and Jessy. As a team you guys are very much appreciated and truly trusted!!!
Best service ever…Visiting from San Diego area just for a few days with a friends borrowed 2002 Tacoma and had a check engine light come on when driving in Joshua Tree park and engine started to run very poorly. Turned around and made it out of the park then on to O’reilly auto parts in Yucca and was helped by Sergio. He plugged the store diagnostic tester in and found a bad spark plug wire in a matter of minutes, then sold me the correct parts that I need and allowed me to borrow the tools I needed to change out the faulty part. This service was excellent and allowed me to enjoy the park the next day and to drive back to San Diego trouble free..

These guys are awesome Sergio and Jesus say but nothing but accommodating and helpful anytime I've ever came into O'Reilly's here in yucca valley they have been more than accommodating and helpful when it comes to tools or help with my vehicle or information on how to work on my vehicle etc etc five stars all the way
If you need help without being haggled, you have to come here! Sergio is obviously the best, he was recommended to me for my Toyota pickup & now i recommend him to everyone.

Great experience this time finally staff that knows what you are looking for and its not like pulling an eulye tooth im onpy sorry I did not get the young mans name that assisted me. But he was spot on anticipated my needs in addition to the Ford starter. I appreciate Oreillys a little more today than I did yesterday because of this. Thank you.
These guys are awesome broke my Pitman army king of the hammers in Johnson Valley and they actually have a booth here. Save me a two hour round-trip can’t beat the service. The dudes in the trailer are freaking amazing!
Shout out to Johnathan!!! The goat!!! He helped me so much today. Checked my starter, alternator, installed a new battery, fixed a leaky line, installed wipers and fixed my wipers! He is the kind of worker bosses should wish they had! Super helpful with a great personality! Thank you John for being so patient with me today and for all the laughs! 10/10

I really wish we had the presence of mind to ask the name of the employee who was working there this evening-6/30/23 around 6:00pm-we pulled in with a tire that was leaking to buy a can of fix a flat. She came out to check on us when we had been in the parking lot for a long time on 2 phones calling AAA and the rental car company that rented us a car with no spare tire or Jack. Outlet tire pressure dropped to under 10 psi and we were worried we’d be stuck there. She invited us in to wait for a tow and also let us know we were close to a gas station where we could fill our tire and possibly make it to our final destination. She gave us solid advice and encouragement. We took her advice and made it back to a rental place where we could swap out our van for another. There should be more people like her in the world. We appreciate you, though we don’t know your name! With gratitude 🙏

John was so patient, when he sae we had no idea about some things we wanted, he came outside in the rain to show us everything directly on our car. Services like this are appreciated, especially in these times when noone has time...
The store is very clean inside and out and beautifully stocked. The staff was also incredible. They had exactly what we needed. We were looking for a car radio antenna and some help with our headlight bulb. Shane the assistant manager was nice and Sergio the associate that helped us was amazing! Sergio answered our questions, have us recommendations, and helped us with our headlight bulb which gave us the knowledge on how to fix it and the surprise that it didn't yet need to be replaced because it was just loose! I can't say enough good things on Sergio's knowledge, demeanor, and customer service. We loved shopping there and will think of them first if we need something for our car again.
Most helpful auto parts crew I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. I spent half a day in the parking lot performing an oil change and diagnosing a leak on my ‘06 sprinter and basically had a whole team helping me. I needed a new oil filter cap/housing and a member spent nearly an hour finding one with the shortest shipping time from a third party and it arrived the following day. These guys rule!
I've been in there a few times. Today was the worst. I walk in the employees say Good morning! Can I help you? I say yes I'm looking for Tub or Towels. No one helped me. So why even ask? After I walked around the whole store. I find them walk the counter to pay. I'm standing there waiting for someone to come and ring me up. But no the employees are to busy to help me so I just let. I don't really know what's going on there. But this is the second time I've been in there and had issues. The first time I had this lady helping me. I thought she was going to kill people. She had a very angry look on her face. So bad I didn't want to ask for anything. After this morning's trip there I will not be going there ever again. I'll take my business to Autozone where they help the customers and treat them with respect.
