Always good when we are there. Did not try to up-sell like other places I've known. Good for veterans. In and out for an alignment. Wife going on a trip tomorrow for a week. We bought the car there and they take good care of us. Highly recommended!

I have always had great experiences here. They have changed the way they do services. I received a video walkthrough which was fantastic. They aren’t pushy about doing anything either. We will always be back.

Took my Pacifica in for some work and was given a list of other items that needed to be repaired. One item said that I needed a new battery at $500. That caught my attention as I just installed a battery less than a year ago. I took the battery in for testing and it was working fine. Do they even check if something needs to be repaired? Also $500 for a battery, really? I have NEVER paid $500 for a battery. I am double checking everything on the list now.

We absolutely love this dealership. Our family has now purchased three vehicles within the last year and we’ve been super impressed. Chris our salesman keeps us coming back. He’s always been a great guy and an asset to the dealership. The management, the finance and service team have been very helpful and made it very easy to do business.

Not Worth it! Chris was so very helpful through the whole process. The accommodations were fantastic and they were very helpful. They were very nice during the sales process, but outside anything other than that they will treat you like you don’t matter they will not help you and if something happens and you need to surrender your vehicle back, they will be condescending and they will refuse to do so leaving you in a position and they do not care. Do not go here. Do not buy from these people.

Cindy greeted us upon our arrival at the Joshua Tree CDJR dealership. She showed us a few Jeeps we were interested in and we wound up going for a test drive in one of them. After driving we sat down to talk numbers. Another saleswoman, Ashley, was asking us a few questions about our needs and helped us discuss things with Sales Manger Steve. The entire staff at Joshua Tree Jeep was very friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and for them it’s more about the relationship than making a deal. This is our second purchase at this dealership and the experience was just as relaxing as the first time around. They are a no-hassle, no pressure kind of place and they make you feel at home.

Ashley helped me finance an Rivian R1T as a first time buyer. Insane to even think about. While we test drive it, we both learned things this ridiculous truck can do while cracking jokes and having a good time. I knew it was going to be an expensive purchase, I had to come back a week later. During that time, Ashley never expressed frustration of any kind. She was so patient and understanding, funny and kind. Even when I was nervous and stressing out, Ashley had my back. Everyone here made me feel like I was in the right hands the whole time. She had the idea to take a fun video of me with my new truck too, I can tell she loves what she does. If I had to do this all over again, it would be here at this amazing dealership and it would be with Ashley.

If I could give this company one star I would. my wife brought her jeep to this dealer for a simple window repair on the driver door. That’s all she wanted done several hours later they called her and tried to sell her thousands of dollars worth of fluid flushes/changed not even asking her if it had been done previously because everything that they had recommended had already been done previously. they were literally just trying to sell her all these repairs to make their payroll, very shady. moving forward We go to pick the jeep up, the door panel is not installed correctly. The screws for the door panel are laying on the floorboard of the jeep. We end up taking it back to have the door panel reinstalled correctly. when I confronted the dealer about trying to sell her everything other than what she brought the Jeep in for to be repaired in the beginning, they had a very poor excuse saying they didn’t know what services had been done previously. How do you recommend something to be repaired If you don’t know that it really needs to be done. it had already been done, again just trying to sell you something to make payroll. I Wouldn’t advise any female to go to this dealer and expect an honest repair to be completed on your vehicle Without being taken advantage of and sold a whole bunch of stuff that you don’t need or you already had done good luck you’ve been warned!

If you are veteran or active duty service, I highly recommend, they appreciate our service to our country, and hero as much as they can through the process. They definitely went above and beyond, especially with the delivery of my truck. They took in my old lease of my old truck paid it off, and helped me step into my new truck with no hassles. I was browsing for a possible new vehicle and Ashley was very communicative and helped me every step of the way. I never felt pressured, belittled, or unheard. She listened to what I was looking for and also understood I also may have just kept my original vehicle at the end of the day. Fabulous experience. Ask for Chris Lewallan. He went above and beyond helping me when I needed to buy a used Jeep remotely. He sent me multiple videos of the selected car, stored it on the lot for a couple of weeks, had it detailed immediately prior to my arrival and even picked me up from the airport on his day off to go and get the car from the dealership. This was a very affordable purchase, yet he treated me as if I was buying a top of the line brand new vehicle. He never tried to upsell me and couldn’t have made the transaction any easier for me, following through at every step. Well deserved 5 stars. I’m sure he treats all his customers equally well.
