Little out of the way but they had my part and I was on my way. Nothing like a hot shower to improve the ride. Plus they are right next to a truck wash if your coach is looking like you feel.

I made an appointment back in July of 23 to bring my trailer in for repairs 9/5 and had discussed with one of the gentleman the billing process in advance and when I got there they started nickle and dimming me for the items I told them I wanted fixed. They offered a 375.00 diagnostic check which I was fine with and I wanted a 700.00 dollar wash and wax after the trailer was fixed, then they started listed 125.00 diagnostic fee for each item that I told them I wanted fixed, and when I asked about it the OWNER Mark treated me like I was stupid. Mark said the customer is never right. I took my trailer and will never go there again, except to pick up my hoses that I paid for that they order the wrong ones with a sample right in front of them, which the OWNER Mark suggested that I was to stupid to know how to install a propane hose. The customers in Mark's mind are stupid, especially if you are a woman. He tried to get one of his workers to agree with him, and he wouldn't, good for you employee. I thought they were the most honest, but I WAS WRONG! Do not go to RV SUPPLY ON THREE FLAGS! So I went down the road to Range RV, and they are going to charge me 300.00 to diagnose the trailer and give me an estimate. HMM ? I guess I knew what I was talking about after all. If you need trailer work done, go to RANGE RV instead of RV Supplies. Bryan treated me with kindness and respect!

Looks like a place that might have everything you need for your RV. We were looking at the batteries, debating whether to get less acid or lithium. A worker said they like to recommend the Lifeline since it is made by a local company (and it wasn't about money since Battleborn is more expensive). I'll be coming back, even if it's a bit out of the way.

These guys are awesome. I had a previous bad experience with El Monte RV rental, but never with the courteous staff that checks you in, and gets you out. Nathaniel was outstanding on the check out, making sure i took advantage of every last discount possible, and getting me out fast but with the knowledge i needed. Check in with Aaron was also a great experience. Fast and thorough, he even caught a charge for the generator that i wasnt supposed to be charged, and handled it for me. No pass off to the dreaded ElMonte Rv customer service line. The best news is i can once again book straight through them ! Thank you to a great family run shop that knows what customer service is all about! See you again!!!

They had exactly what we needed and they were very knowledgeable. Friendly staff and good prices. Just make sure when you're on your way in and just there for the store make sure to go left not right at the fork in front of their store.

I have a 2022 GeoPro 19FBS trailer with a BIG windshield in the front. My windshield got cracked in my travels, and I had a tough time finding a dealer (worth dealing with) to replace it. A friend told me about RV Supply Center in Hesperia, California, so I gave them a call. They were fantastic! They found the exact window from the manufacturer. They worked with my insurance company so that I didn't have to. The customer service was GREAT! And I am extremely pleased with the results! I will definitely use them again if I ever have the need! I would like to make one suggestion, please, that they add "Repairs" into their name. As a customer, I hate to think that you would miss out on this excellent REPAIR shop that offers so much more than supplies. I want to share my experiance with the RV Supply Center. I moved to Wrightwood a couple of years ago and one of my first concerns was , where do I get my motorhome serviced and at a place I trust. I was very happy when I found this family run business. The relationship is personal and honest and the work is solid. I've been rving for 14 years, having a place like this that you can trust is such a find.

Wanted anybody out there to know that this is not the place to take your RV for repairs or service! I took my RV in for some work and while it was in their care the catalytic converter was stolen off my RV! They took zero responsibility for their lack of security and cameras. They simply brushed me off and said that they were not responsible for anything! As a recently retired senior citizen I was looking forward to my first long trip that I had to cancel and to file an insurance to get my RV fixed! They did not discount the parts or labor as a "good will gesture" or show any remorse for the situation. I feel as though I was even over charged for the work that they did! Take your hard earned retirement money elsewhere...I know I will. They simply don't care...or maybe they just believe trustworthy companies are a thing of the past.

RV Supply technicians were amazing. The accommodated our need to drop our trailer at closing and were welcoming and helpful. The listened to our concerns and addressed each one after a thorough inspection. They followed up with recommendations, as well as needs, then kept us informed of the progress. They did not push unnecessary repairs and were attentive to our wishes. They delivered earlier than anticipated and when we picked up the trailer, they helped with the pick up. I went through the trailer and when I asked about the light, he happily brought out a battery, hooked it up to the trailer and ensured the new light worked perfectly. Honest and attentive technicians!!

Great service. I had purchased a new 5th wheel trailer and needed a hitch. The pandemic had made everything more expensive and had to acquire. Honestly I tried Amazon and trailer parts websites to get it shipped to me. That wasn't going well so I started calling RV supply stores with 100 miles of me. RV Supply Center was about 8 down on my list. The first 7 stores had little choices to offer, were very expensive for what I didn't want and it was going to take weeks to get at best. RV Supply Center was very professional and since I knew what hitch I wanted they said they could get one from Arizona in two days. It was the hitch I wanted for a very competitive price. I paid for it over the phone and they ended up having it the next day. When I picked up the hitch I noticed the retail store had a big selection of items and knowledgeable people to help. Thank you

These guys are amazing. I called in about 6 weeks ago and wanted to schedule service. My wife and I are currently living out of our renovated RV so when we got the word that they couldn’t get us in to check out our Onan micro quiet generator for 5-6 weeks we were a tad worried about how the next 6 weeks without power would go. But I never mentioned the fact we were living out of it, nor did we have a problem boondocking and being smart about conserving power and water. Anyhow, the reason I bring that up is because when it was time for our appointment they asked, “do you have any trips coming up you need this for so that we can be sure to have it ready”? I stated, “well, we live out of it, so the sooner the better, but take your time”. I believe the customer service manager Michael was helping us and he looked shocked and said they would definitely get us fixed up ASAP. Well he wasn’t kidding! They not only took apart our generator and cleaned it thoroughly, but they adjusted the carb, cleaned the jets, clean the air filter, put in a new rocker switch and fixed our wiring, assessed our “house battery”, installed a new one, and tuned the generator for optimal performance with our daily usage and power requirements for our appliances in 1 day!!! I was honestly blown away. But I thought all this great work and customer service would come with a price. But at the end of all our diagnostics and labor our bill was definitely a steal! Needless to say, I will always bring our rig here and give them 100% of my service and recommendations.

Excellent staff, very friendly and dependable and they won't cut corners like other local rv repair shops, all the work I have had done is top notch and they made my trailer look brand new. Very trustworthy. I'm glad I have found my go to for trailer needs. They take the time to explain and answer your questions and don't rush you at all.

I've been to numerous RV repair centers over the years. I will say this is the first one I've ever been happy with. They gave me a reasonable time frame to drop my unit off, they got back to me quickly with a diagnosis, they communicated with me regularly, and got the repairs done within a reasonable time. This was literally the first time I've ever experienced this kind of service from any RV repair center...ever. The staff there is friendly and very helpful. They will be my go to repair center from now on.

My family have been taking there Rv’s here for years. When my generator stopped working in my Monaco and after spending a weekend trying to figured it out i took it to RV supply center. Called and spoke to Nathaniel he was super friendly and was able to get me in before a trip i had planned. I was very impressed with the service i never had to call him to find out what was going on. He kept me up to date with every step of the diagnosis . Generator runs like new i would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs service. Especially now days it’s awesome to know there still places you can go and get honest service with awesome people.

I have been going to RV Supply Center for 3 years now. If I could I would give them a 6 on a scale of 1 - 5. They provide excellent service no matter what the problem is. They are very good at diagnosing the problem, they always provide timely status and the vehicle is ready when they say it will be. When we purchased our current RV, I could not wait for the 1st year of the warranty to expire because I never wanted to deal with the RV Dealer where we purchased our RV. While it is frustrating with the RV issues, I know that when I take to RV Supply Center I will get excellent service. I am forever grateful to the person that recommended them to me.
