Normally satisfied customer. Retailer sold me the wrong battery for the year and model of my truck which resulted in me having to replace terminal wires and starter due to post being on the opposite side of the battery.
We were at Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they didn’t have our oil filter in stock. Jiffy Lube said they would order one from O’Reilly and that we could wait. I figured another 1/2 hour at least. 5 minutes later a driver from O’Reilly showed up to Jiffy Lube and brought our oil filter. Thanks guys! We appreciate your speedy delivery!
My auto warranty company required receipt copies for all the maintenance I've done myself, like oil changes, etc. I didn't think to keep the receipts. Luckily, Lawrence at O'Reilly's was able to get the receipt copies going back two years. He was friendly and professional and got it done for me very quickly. I'm glad to be a patron of O'Reilly's in Apple Valley!!
Mostly friendly staff. Knowledgeable enough to turn their screens, so i can find the merchandise i need. Visit this location routinely. Most parts I've needed have to be ordered but are usually for out of norm vehicles
Mario & Nina are always so extremely helpful & personable. They've helped us out on countless occasions when other employees have dropped the ball & or given great insight on quality when it comes to purchasing replacement parts for our vehicles.
The service with this place was very lousy. They did not even greet me when I came in the door yet when I was roaming around the house I heard other people coming in and getting greeted really well I brought in my battery to be tested. They didn't call me for my battery results on phone called up there and got results then he text me and told me they said it was dead he wanted to know what I was going to do about it I told him I guess I'll have to buy another battery as I called them the next day they couldn't find it so I just grab my battery and went next door to AutoZone where I received exceptionally well care. I would not be going back to O'Reilly's since AutoZone was right next door anyway and I have membership with them unless they change up a couple of stores clerks.
The employees at this store were polite, professional and very helpful. I got the information I needed to make decisions about the parts they had there. I will be going back to this store when I need something.
I dont usually go to O'Reilly but i walked in 3 people working. One was helping a guy. No one was attentive or even spoke upon entry. The store was empty. I stood there waiting to get a part or to see if they had a part just looking dumb because Autozone didn't have the part i was looking for but everytime I walk into AutoZone they make sure they yell, "HELLO" it just makes you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer and not only that it's the people thing to do when you see someone approaching you but I guess ignorance is in us all at some point but definitely won't be going back here.
I bought a car battery in November 2023 and in a month it discharged I took it to the store and they recharged it. A month pass and again it discharged so I took it back and the assistant manager said he has to check it and see if it’s good and he will call me if it’s good or need to replace it. It passed two weeks and I did many get a call so I went to the store and they said to wait for a call from their manager. The manager called me and said unfortunately since the battery never was picked up it was reported abandoned cause of their so called policy if left for over 7 days. Which was never explained to me in the first place. I couldn’t get the battery or my refund even if I had a warranty and the receipt. So no battery and or no refund. Never again will I go to o’rileys!
All I can say is the manager of my local O'Reilly's Auto parts, from day one he went above and beyond what I could have hoped any auto store representative could have done. And also he has a crew that works very well with one another and are extremely helpful and courteous with customers.
So a couple of years ago I left a bad review because of the experience I had. However, since my recent experience I have changed my review. I went in to get a battery, and the manager waited on me. Not only did he carry my new battery out, he also helped me to take out my old battery and install my new battery. Then he noticed that one of my tires what is a little low on air. He informed me that if I could wait about 10 minutes the battery for his portable air compressor would be fully charged. So before I left he actually headed up my tire so that I would make it safely to a tire shop to get a screw taken out of my tire. He was such a pleasant young man and he gave his entire crew nothing but good comments. He even said that he was very pleased with the way his crew operated. My girlfriend and I both agreed. He was just so very nice that the manager himself went out of his way to assist us. So the O'Reilly's Auto parts store on Bear valley has now stepped up their service to where I have to update my review. Well-done O'Reilly's, I will more than likely be shopping there more than the other place I was going. Thank you very much I greatly appreciate all you did for me and my girlfriend.
O'Reillys is not very diverse and very rude to customers. I received horrible customer service from employee Dylan. I paid for a part from a different location. When I showed up to this location to pick it up, employees never pulled it. Keep in mind these employees don't like to get dirty, so if you have any returns, make sure you box or bag it because they will not and will request you do so. Don't shop here, please go to autozone where staff is very diverse and they are not afraid of a little dirty mechanic. The economy is not doing so well. Hopefully, O'Reilly will survive but there is always autozone.
Robert, Tami, ,Brittany and the whole crew there are absolutely awesome. They're always willing to listen and help you with all your part needs a s well as questions. I couldn't have Rebuilt my truck without them they ordered parts took them to the mechanic for me and delivered them just all around wonderful group of people that worked there I definitely recommend the team there at the Kiowa & Bear Valley road store. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the quality parts and warranty you need. As well as are accommodating to tool rental. You name it they're there to help. Thank you all of you , you rock. ??

This is the first place I go anytime I need anything for my car. The staff is always super helpful. On very rare occasions, if they don't have what I need, they're pretty good at ordering the item and getting it in sometimes same day. My family and I been going to this location for over 3 years now.
Employee a bit slow to help. Things are a bit hard to find in store. I bought jumper cables, and they were a good deal. Store being open at 7:30 in morning was very helpful
They are very helpful, open late and have a clean store. Would be nice to have public restroom. I'm giving a four star because there seems to be an issue with having something I want in stock, or not the brand I'm looking for or I'm told it's obsolete. It happens almost every time. Otherwise it's great!!!
