They handled all communication with my rental company, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They added new door hinges to my Jeep Wrangler 2013 and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I can’t think you guys enough good job. There’s no way I could’ve done it myself.

Customer service is great, the quality of work was ok, had to return to have the emblem on the trunk adjusted due to crooked install and both tail lights were left unplugged.

Repairs look great and customer service kept me updated every to date every step of the way. Hopefully I don’t need their services again anytime soon but I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I do need collision repair.

Caliber Collision did everything that they said they would do and then some . First thier service manager ( Kenny)gave us a quote that was very reasonable. Second told us when our car would be ready , told us 4 days but delivered in a 3 days . Thirdly Caliber did a fantastic repair on our 2020 Camry. Our entire experience was hands down the very best ! The manage is extremely rude. I picked my car up and thought it was fine and i was happy but thats not the case. My gas was almost gone from a full tank. There were things in my trunk that didnt belong to me and my car pulls to the right which it never did before. I definitely would not recommend caliber collision. Jorge and the femal manager need some more training on customer service. Very disappointed and have reported my concerns with geico.

Luis and the other staff members were kind, courteous and helpful and understood my distress about the damage to my car. They assured me my car was in good hands and made sure I understood about the repair work and the amount of time it would take to do it. They kept me informed about any changes in times on the parts delivery, repair time and calibration or additional gasoline in my car. My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. The car looked good when I picked it up and I was so happy to see my baby in one smooth piece again. I highly recommend Caliper Collision. A+ rating from me!
