Got a Honda Trailing rear arm for 75 dollars. i say its good steal. the old man at the front desk was very polite though i had called in before about the part. was told it was going to take 20 mins but when i arrived in 20 mins i had to wait another over 20 mins. waiting wasn't a problem for me as long i got my part. glad i didnt had to go and look for the part and take it off myself at pick in pull

Absolute joke do not waste your time! Tries to charge 3 to 4 times more than all of the recycling yards right there within a few miles of vicinity - dude's delusional! He wanted $250 for a used over 150k mile power fluid reservoir - no thanks - called down the street got one for 30 bucks !!!
This middle eastern sounding guy answering the phone was rude as hell. He couldnt comprehend what i was asking so he got hella rude. Horrible phone etiquette!
They seemed professional but was told they didn't have time to pull my part but that wasn't a problem, they would ship it to me but then upon arrival the part was broken $75 dollars for a used airbox up in smoke .
This will be the first negative review I have ever left on Google. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude, putting me on hold mid sentence while talking to him and then when the call was resumed said "So what are you looking for again?" as if he didn't listen to a word I said. When I decided not to purchase the part (mainly because I decided to spend my money elsewhere due to my treatment over the phone). He made a nasty remark and hung up.
Came in for an engine. Front desk guy was rude. They told me it has warranty, called them the next morning and they told me that it didn't. Went to the shop the next day and they were rude to me that I keep asking about this engine. Would not recommend buying from them.
Went down this morning to grab a cv axcle for my car. Proceeded to buy it, having the intention that it would fit my car, cv axcle was the wrong part! Doesn't even if the car. They looked up my car and everything. I called and explained that they gave me the wrong part, was very rude over the phone and won't give me a proper refund. Very unhappy with the customer service won't be returning
I drove from chico to get a part after calling. They didn't have it when I got there. Additionally they sold me the wrong part after they looked at my truck in the parking lot. Bad news business.
After talking and confirming a part with employee, I drove 1 hour and they did not have the part I was looking for. They even assumed I had the wrong placed. I dial there number and they pretend they input the wrong information. Liars, un honest people
Out of state sale, they ripped me off and didn't fill my order compley but charged for whole order. Refuse to communicate further. Id stay away. Now i have to go through the fraudulent charging division with the bank.
I actually only stopped here on a whim. I was enroute to another wrecker and decided to stop here on the way. I was glad I did.
The staff was super helpful and friendly especially as far as automotive wrecking yards go. The price was about 30% less and they spoke English AND Spanish fluently.
Unfortunately I got the wrong part and was apprehensive as to what was going to happen next. I went in and was met with great customer service and no hassles at all. NOW THAT is a fantastic change from what it seems like is the standard now days.
I highly recommend specialized and will be bringing all my future business here from now on.
Alan - Thank you. The headlamp looked perfect once you had it buffed. I was able to get the lamp on our van and the van looks good as new. I was tempted to go with online purchase but glad I stopped by and picked it up locally.
Very knowledgeable staff, had the part I needed at a better price than anyone else, offered to call them if I had any questions, even cleaned it up for me. I will definitely do business with them again.
