They took stuff out of my bag that didn't belong to them and made me feel like I was a thief or something instead of the employee admitting fault that she didn't check my bag they kept my stuff and inconvenienced me and I will never step foot or do business again with pick and pull.
You should pricing on used cars with as much info.As available to them also like the fact that they have the rose numbered to make it easier to locate the vehicles or parts that you may be looking for
Illegally purchased my vehicle from my mother without checking ID, registration, or the title owner. My mom thought I only had liability insurance, but had full coverage with the $12,000 vehicle paid for. When I tried to get them to release the vehicle to AAA so I could get paid out for it, they had already stripped it and refused, saying that my mom technically owns it. Now, how is that possible when insurance, registration and title were in my name...? Pick and pull shined me on and took all parts including a brand new $300 battery. They had printed a pay out check for $304.00 in my name!!!- not my mother's!!! These people are crooks. Windsor pick and pull, Larissa and headquarters in rancho. Glad I have attorneys in the family.... Because these shady losers will be getting dragged to court.
Should be no stars... st louis location.. I was told corporate office says no parts to go in to the yard for match up... I needed 2 electrical connectors and was told I have to cut them off and bring them in office to match them up... that is the dumbest thing I ever heard..
They are not clear about there closing time. I drove 45 mins only to get turned away at 4:15 because they said they were closed. The web site says they close at 5. They need to be more specific about the time they will let you in. So people don't waste there time and gas for nothing. Would give them 0 stars if I could horrible way to do business.

Been a customer for the (Hammond Indianna) location for 21 yrs. And for the past two visits, I have been treated very unsatisfactory by your supervisor. He has a unprofessional attitude, and he lacks knowledge about your automotive "Parts' nad prices. I really enjoy shopping at your Salvage yard, however, your Company needs to retrain and inform your Supervisor, at this location to rerspect the customers more. ..
I was in the store in richmond california yesterday. I was standing in line waiting to pay for the part I needed when the store closed making everybody still in line drop the parts they were trying to purchase right where they stood. They said we'd have to come back today to get our parts. It didn't matter to them that I spent hours taking the part off in the first place or that the job I needed to finish that day would be delayed. I know of no other place that would do this. So I go back this morning before they open to retrieve my part and they've moved it to the return binand forbid me to get it out from there. Also to get the se part from another vehicle I needed tractor driver to lift the car and he isn't working till after the holiday. The cashier from yesterday isn't there it's a different man. Guess he got a really long holiday weekend while the lady who's car I am working on can't make it to her Easter celebrations or anywhere else at all. I run a trucking company,. But your so-called business is the last place I'll look for parts from now on.
I found my stolen car in my Local yard and they refuse to pay me the money or give me a resolution after having police reports and tax/title and registration documentation and pictures of the unique Distinctions on the vehicle. DO NOT KEEP SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY because it can happen to you !!!
Very poor customer service and very rude. I perchased a tire that was no good and I noticed this after paying but before leaving the building, so I asked the guy at the desk if I could see if there was another that would work, after showing him the problem he said sure. After looking for over 45 min I was not able to find another match so I asked for a refund and they refused and told me I could only take the tire or in store credit. They didn’t have what I needed so why would I need in store credit? And I never even left the building after paying I found the issue with the tire within 2 min of paying for it and asked for a refund and they tell me no. And since I refused to take in store credit for something I paid for less then 2 min ago they kicked me out of the store. I then had to put in a complaint with the district manage about this and still waiting for a response. I stayed level headed through out all of this but, I work for a corporate company myself and if I treated a customer they way they did me and escalated a situation so minor to the point that they did and and talked to a customer that way I would be fired. This place basically stole my money and made me leave with the tire that was no good with out a refund! It wasn’t even that much money either but apparently it was worth loosing the 1000s they would have made off me in my lifetime because I’ll never be back after this.
How do I go about reporting 2 people at the Jensen location in Fresno ca, they accused me and my brothers-in-law of stealing before we even got to the window where you pay, worst part about it was that one of them was the manager and never apologized after he admitted to his mistake and the other person was yelling at us as if we were children and didn’t understand English, they were rude, wrong and unprofessional it was totally unacceptable never will I go there again and neither will my friends or family
I scheduled the car to be picked up and never got picked up had to reschedule two weeks later for a pick up time when I called them to ask for help to get the car picked up sooner they pretty much refuse. Our prayers are rude no customer service. They seem to forget that we are the customer. They just don’t care.
Horrible place to work!! I worked in the call center. They dont care about their employees! Pay is crap! Managements sucks!! No Bonus, you work weekends Ghetto employees!!
