I had a great experience at Luxury Auto Dismantling. Cory was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part for my car and even double checked everything before I left. It is hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but Cory really stood out for his professionalism and great attitude. Definitely recommend this place if need quality used part and friendly service.
Avoid these crooks. They sent me a damaged product; sent back to them at my own expense for warranty replacement. Matt gave me the runaround for weeks and never sent a replacement. Took me for $250, the part itself and return shipping.
We had a situation where, after freight and a waiting period of a couple weeks, the wrong item arrived. Unfortunately, the business was not willing or able to rectify the situation, which was rather disappointing.

The 2 behind the counter are very shady. Especially the one at the far left end. After looking at the reviews I seem to be another one who was lied to. I also had a store credit that I went to use only to be told it expired. Stop elsewhere as there are many good businesses and this is not one. People wonder why many shop online or ebay now and small shady businesses like this eventually close.
Do not buy from these people. They are dishonest and rip-offs.
They originally quoted me $650 for an engine with 85,000 miles—something he said we can both verify when I'm there. But when I arrived, they suddenly claimed there was a misunderstanding and said the $650 was for a transmission, raising the price to $1,000 for a barebone engine with no proof of mileage.
I waited over two hours while they claimed to be “thoroughly checking” the engine. After purchasing it, I paid a mobile mechanic $150 to inspect it before installation. He tested it with three different compression testers and found significant discrepancies between the cylinders, saying that I should return it.
When I contacted the business, they dismissed the mechanic’s findings—even though he used multiple testers—and demanded written proof the engine was bad. I offered to return with the engine and test it in their presence, but they refused, saying their staff doesn't work for free. They are disingenuous, and will rip you off. They should not be in business.
Customer service is very poor and prices are VERY high for an auto dismantler. I reached out to them through email with no response so I tried calling them. I was told I’d get a quote within an hour. Three days later I called back and they hadn’t started my quote. They wanted to sell me a front bumper for $1000.
The phone staff was very helpful and great to deal with, especially Cory. He made sure the part was in the condition we were looking for, took the time to give honest feedback on the condition and make the whole process smooth. We now call there first for parts and the service has been the same every time !!
This is not a legitimate business both guys Matt and the other guy working there are liars once they take your money that’s it. Never trust them, you’ll never get your refund or your money back. Charge disputed and working on reporting them to The DMV occupational licensing and other agencies for fraud activity.
Luxury auto dismantling best place to get the parts I need hands down. I came in for my 2018 s63 sedan and I had a little accident with my driver rear door not only did they have the same color but they had it in pristine condition with the panel and glass everything was in order made it super easy for me to install the front desk are the funniest and best people I’ve talked to and were all a great help with this whole experience
Completely lied to me about a fender. I bought a fender with a small dent in the front which we both agreed is okay for a small discount. The sales rep told me other than the dent the fender fits perfectly. When I went home to install it the fitment was so bad. Looks like the whole fender is deformed and distorted. I let the manager know, he told me too bad there’s no refunds, you shouldn’t have trusted our word. Extremely shady business, do not go here, I’m surprised they’re still in business. I will be reporting them to BBB and anywhere else I can for their shady business tactics.
Shop has been around longer than most here on recycle road. LAD has a Knowledgeable staff and this is a shop that takes care of their customers who return happy in search of more parts for their cars. Ask for Matt if you want top notch accuracy without the lag of uninformed sellers at those other places you regret trying in the past.
Recently made a purchase here for my Audi Q7 the parts were in immaculate condition and was allowed to view them and inspect them before purchasing definitely appreciate the great customer service as well as prompt service when picking the parts out upon arriving. Will definitely look forward to more business in the future thanks George and the team I will definitely highly recommend them.
I needed a spare tire for my MB. I went to Luxury auto parts and the owner was very nice and actually he allowed me to try the wheel on my car and if fit I buy and if not no harm done. I find that very accommodating and a good customer relationship. The European car part in the same area didn’t allow me to do that and said no return at all even for a wheel. The Luxury auto parts is great and he has the best customer relationship. I ended up buying from him rather than the European car parts.
Best call I ever made! Service was fantastic. Dealt with Cory regarding a transfer case for my 2013 GL450 and his communication was clear and prompt. My rating may have started out with perfect timing and availability of the part that I was desperately searching for, but the other 4 Stars is for the great experience, fast shipping, and communication! The part came well packaged (which I'm sure the FedEx driver appreciated as much as I did!!!!). If I ever need a luxury part again, I'm checking with these guys 1st ! Jon Jones of Oregon
Ordered steering knuckle for my Audi. Part looked fine. But the shop couldn't perform the alignment. When I called George regarding the issue, he was professional and sent me out another knuckle. Rushed it out next day air freight! Wow! Excellent customer service!
Have had the absolutely worse service from this place. I received the part I ordered damaged. Paid $775 for it and it was broke then I call and get the run around for two weeks from Steve since the owner George is out. Never given a call back with an update on replacement part so I order a new one elsewhere. Finally when George comes back he is un willing to rectify the situation at all. He tells me knew the replacement was ordered and on its way like someone would really pay that much twice just because. Then when he didn't get the response he wanted he hung up on me. Really wish I would have read reviews before giving them money. Be wear even if he doesn't have replacement part they will make you wait till it's convenient for them you will get no money or part if they don't have it. Take it from me you are better off looking elsewhere!!!
Somehow they deleted my previous review. Which further confirms my suspicion of the very extremely poor business practice. Came here originally to purchase a part that most of the other shops were out of stock, they were about 50% more than 3 surrounding shops on the same part. The desk representatives have some pretty pathetic customer service skills, not surprised seeing all of the other negative reviews. Hopefully the manager reads some customer opinions, might help the business. Come here as a last resort.
