Customer service is very poor and prices are VERY high for an auto dismantler. I reached out to them through email with no response so I tried calling them. I was told Iβd get a quote within an hour. Three days later I called back and they hadnβt started my quote. They wanted to sell me a front bumper for $1000.
The phone staff was very helpful and great to deal with, especially Cory. He made sure the part was in the condition we were looking for, took the time to give honest feedback on the condition and make the whole process smooth. We now call there first for parts and the service has been the same every time !!
