Mike is awesome, had an amazing experience with their staff. Very professional team at this location would highly recommend

Rude customer service and seemed like they wanted to play games with signing in which I did twice. And the selection of parts on the vehicles they have are stripped like a chicken wing. With a yard that big, one would think there is a large selection of the parts you came for. Sadly not the case. It used to be a lot better in the past but has lost a long time customer for the way it is managed now.

Learn how to repair your car by pulling the replacement part from a junker! It might take a couple trips, but you can replace all of the minor (and major) broken stuff in your car for very reasonable prices! Bring your own tools and e ready to get dirty, but otherwise it's an interesting life experience.

Amadeus went above and beyond to assist me. I was very grateful. I HIGHLY recommend this PickNPull!! 3374 Fitzgerald Rd.

They let you go to the front of the line if you're loud enough. Saves a ton of time!!

I hate a business with disrespect employees and they don’t answer their BUSINESS calls so if you plan on calling before hand to ask questions you might as well forget it

Great place to find cheap car parts. Only gripe is checkin and checkout systems need some fine tuning.

Yesterday I visited Pick-n-Pull in Rancho Cordova. While I was in line, a young lady and a guy at the register were loudly talking about why he hadn’t been promoted, completely ignoring the waiting customers and the ones coming in. It was frustrating and unprofessional. Management should address the behavior of the two cashiesr.

Words cannot even describe how poor my experience here was. I came to look for a part for my 2005 F150, Came in and wasn’t even greeted, a younger girl with a disgusting attitude helped me and told me to sign in on the tablet, sure, easy enough, right? No. It takes a picture of you and it doesn’t even tell you at all. The girl who was “helping” me was bickering with the other guys at the front using absolutely foul language and talking about sexual things. I couldn’t believe it. I paid my 3 dollars, went into the yard, found my part and came back out to the register. I had a couple of wire pigtails, a heater control panel and a control module. Rang out to 167 dollars after tax. What the hell! This is a junkyard, not a dealership! The guy at the counter said “it’s just corporate prices”. Bullshit!! The workers here act like they hate their lives and are just here for a paycheck. I spoke to the “Sales Lead” which was a bigger guy with black hair, and when i tell you he was so unprofessional it was disgusting, i was appalled. He said “It just is what it is man” and walked away. Everyone that works here is so insanely unprofessional it’s not even funny. Talking in front of customers using foul language, talking about sexual things, and not giving a single care for their customers. I will never come back to Pick n Pull as long as i live. Somebody needs to fire that woman and the “Sales Lead” and find actual workers that can do their job.

Terrible experience. This is one of the worst junkyards I've ever been to. The staff are careless and unprofessional they have no idea where the cars are located. Every time I asked, they just said "we don't know, go look for it yourself." No respect, no help, not even basic politeness. The place is a mess dirty, disorganized, and worst restrooms at all. It was a complete waste of time and energy. If you're thinking about going here don’t. You’ll regret it.

Needed to run to the junkyard to pull a replacement horn. Read the reviews for this pick and pull and saw how many people said the staff was rude and disrespectful. The reality is, the staff were very nice. When there were customer service issues, I felt like they handled them respectfully and reasonably. While standing in line, I saw somebody argue about a part they brought in with them. He had not declared the part upon entry so the staff couldn’t tell if it was stolen or not. I saw another man, try to steal a waste bin because he didn’t want to pay a deposit for a cart for his transmission. And then I saw a man hide a part in a bundle of jackets, claiming it was just jackets. The staff member made him unwrap the jackets and, lo and behold, the part he tried to steal, fell out. So overall, don’t be an idiot and you’ll have a great time.

Overchanging. I had to go because my car is difficult to find parts for online. Every worker there looks, sounds, and acts like they hate their lives. If I could rate this place zero stars I would.

Came to see the tires, and our friend recommended that we check their place, the man with the beard was so disrespectful to us, yelling to go and sign first, we went but the lady told us to go ahead if we were the customers. He yelled at us again to go back. It was so strange, it’s just a junk store I’m not going to get out with tires on my back to sneak out. We ended up just leaving and never coming back. Worse experience ever!

Zero star if I can. We arrival here 10 mins before they close and they won’t not let us in to check and see if the parts still on the car so we can come in the morning and remove it. The check out line is all the way to the back we would have been gone before they even finish with the check out line. The big guy here in the pic is the one refuse to let us in.

3$ to get in, is as crappy as that bullshit waver that you have to do so you can go locate the part that you need and remove it yourself. And then when you finally get your part to the register, they'll charge you just about what the part could be purchased from AutoZone. Go if you have to, but remember Planet Auto is free admission.

Wife's car was in a bad accident. I called Pick-n-Pull to schedule a drop-off. The guy on the phone clearly didn't work at this location because when I got there (with the car on a tow truck) I was told the vehicle purchase office was closed on Sundays and they couldn't purchase the car today. They then told me to drop the car off on Fitzgerald in front of their back gate. Well the car was stolen overnight. Rancho PD found the car the next day about a mile up Sunrise parked on the sidewalk. Pick-n-Pull did end up purchasing the car but the entire experience was a mess. I don't blame the employees here, they tried to help me to the best of their ability. I mostly blame the call center for giving me wrong information.

THESE CYNICS HAVE GONE CRAZY. THEY USED TO COST $1 TO ENTER BUT NOW IT'S $3. THEIR PARTS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN AMAZON'S. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

I was looking for a specific car for a trunk and they looked it up and gave me a map. The guys were as helpful as one could ask.

More expensive used parts than other locations. Staff is focused on being a Poindexter vs helping you find parts or save money. They pretend their costs went up when food went up so everything is $5 more, now things like hood shocks or smaller items are cheaper across the street where they pull them for you or on ebay. Unless you need very big items wait for the deals or have the recycling rd people pull them its a better deal and you get a warranty. This location went downhill. Especially since now there is one entrance and one exit instead of multiple exits it funnels you through the tire area forcing a big circle to get you rhw side yard while lugging hundreds of pounds of tools. Idk who set that idea up but your brain needs retrieving, no longer a customer oriented place, i pick u pull on Stockton is much better

I purchased a few parts and we were told it is refundable however the parts didn’t fit so we returned it and front guys were not professional and behave a little awkward and didn’t refunded us they gave us slip credit which we can’t use it obviously it was a one time purchase. They need to refund customer back in the same way they are charging. Be careful when purchasing from here.

Were it not for the rude and completely unhelpful employees, they would have been deserving of a higher rating. 20 people in line to check out, 4 cashiers and they had 2 on the front and 2 on the back. The 2 on the front were literally standing there doing nothing. No one coming in and when one did, they barked out, you need a mask! I get it, rules are rules but they took joy in being rude about it! This yard has gone downhill for months now and if there was an alternative, I would never be back. Avoid this one until the figure things out.

Although I was not permitted to get my part since I will not wear a mask. I was still allowed to at least go look to see if the part was available. I paid my $2 entrance fee. Thankfully I was able to hire a person to later go back for the part I needed. I was a regular shopper for many many years. I've not been in about a year and a half. Now I buy from EBAY & Amazon or other places online. Today was great, I saved $800 by getting to shop here one more time...

We paid our $2/pp entry fee to a girl who wasn't quite as friendly as the girl we checked out with but it was quick and painless. Finding the inventory online ahead of time helps but they are also great about pointing your in the right direction for whatever car you're looking for. The online information for cars in stock and their location was accurate. We found 3 different cars with the same part we needed so we bought all 3 in case one didn't work. My husband came home and put one in and out worked just fine. Now he has 2 spares. With our $2 entry fee and the 3 parts we spent $25. This was the cost of one brand new part on Amazon that was from an iffy brand. So we're glad we took this route first.

I was very impressed with the front desk staff at the Rancho Cordova location. They were all very nice/friendly and 1 young man in particular, was very helpful. It was towards closing time and the line was long. He did his best to get customers taken care of quickly and efficiently. I've been to yards like this before and staff are typically rushed and not interested in helping very much.
