The Japanese car specialist at HAP was extremely helpful, and the price we paid for the front end of my Acura was very fair. Not having to take the car apart myself — especially in the Sacramento heat — was a huge relief.
With how expensive things are these days, being able to find quality parts for much less than buying brand new is truly invaluable. What impressed me most was the extra care: after giving us the front of the car, he noticed a missing lamp and brought it out to us without adding any extra charge.

I just wanted to mention how helpful these guys were at this shop. When I called for information looking for a specific transmission for a vehicle that I have needed to find a transmission for and have been looking around for one for a year. Wouldn't recommend this place for nobody they definitely overcharge went to the honda dealership and got the bumper bracket brand new for $30 and they was trying to charge me $40 for each one

The WORST customer service ever. The main guy that always picks up the phone has something stuck up his butt for a few years now. It’s still there so he must like it… Had a few questions about a part they are selling and he has so much attitude and talks so harshly and can’t even check the condition of the part for me. Mind you, I’m not local to just come by and “check it out.” Or…. Maybe he’s just an ungrateful. Don’t let money change you bud.
I purchased a CRV side mirror from Ben and there was a problem with the mirror operation. Ben was very accommodating until I found a replacement. Once we found a replacement, I returned the problem mirror with no hassles, good customer service and a refund. Thank you

The worst customer service I have ever seen
Very BAD customer service and extremely RUDE!!! Spoke with BEN over the phone regarding a few parts that I wanted to purchase and he told me he was not going to pull the parts for me because it was not worth it for him to pull the part!!?? I was also going to purchase a computer module from them, however, after reading the comments about how they change the price from what they originally quote you over the phone, once you get there in person, I decided to just take my business else where. This place used to have friendly staff and great customer service. However, they have definitely changed for the worse. Will never give them my business again.
Too high prices one person gives one price and when you go there the price is higher and they say we never quoted you that price! So 1hour or more drive for nothing!
Went there for an intake manifold and got one in minutes. The first one was "modified" making it unsuitable for my purposes and I'm sure they just didn't notice. When I saw it in the parking lot and took it back, they got another, again within minutes, and it was all good. Good part, good price, friendly service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, they give you a price over the phone, when you show up in person to pay and pick up the parts, they increase the asking price! Not worth it to get negative reviews!

They had the part i needed but only problem was "Is face mask not required here?" Person helping me not wearing face mask, guy's working in the back coming in and out not wearing one. While I was there another customer came in without face mask???????? So i guess face mask not required here? Come here at your own risk.
Prior to going in, I found a set of wheels on their website. I even called and spoke with a gentleman name Chris. He validated the part number and confirmed they had the items in stock. So I rushed through traffic with cash in hand just to find out, they did not even have the set of wheels. Thanks for wasting my time bud. Next time, work on your customer service and double checking your inventory before even listing anything online.
Be carefull when buying engines from this shop learn from my mistake.
So here's the story, I called them and asked about an engine I've asked how many miles does the ENGINE have now I've specified that i want to know the mileage of the engine. I was told that the engine has 30k miles so I blindly trusted this shop and took their word for it. After bringing the engine home I ran the vin number and it turns out the engine had over 150k mils on it. So I went back to get my refund and talk to them about it.
First they didn't even want to give me a refund even tho the receipt said that I have 10 days to return it so it looks like they don't even know their own policies. After I handed them the recipe I told them that they told me the incorrect mileage and their response was that they get miles from the vehicle rather then the engine which then it clicked to me that they can just lie about how many miles the engine actually has. Rather then being honest they just lie about it give you a lower mileage and when u complain or look up the vin number they protect themselves by saying that they get the mileage from the vehicle or what auctions tells them. It took me 30 seconds to look up the vin number of the engine I'm sure that a practice that they can integrate into there business practice but who needs to be honest to there costumers when u can lie and make more money. Also they'll charge u a 25% restocking fee so which for me was $160.
I'd avoid this shop if your looking for an honest business but if you have to make sure to request the vin number of the engine and not the car. You would think that a shop of this size would be able to afford carfax account but what who needs that anyways. Also side no the will take 5 bucks of your invoice if you give them a 5 star review so they basically bough their reviews.
Dishonest, not trustworthy. Lots of excuses. Never offered to located another part. Save your money, time and buy elsewhere. Really bad customer service. Better off with LKQ, seriously.
I was at the store for Honda Ridgeline steering wheel on Saturday September 21, 2019. The part is very good. The service is excellent. Staffs are friendly and very timely. Highly recommended.
We ordered an engine from them the original quote was for $$$, to be delivered on the following Monday, on the following Wednesday they called to say the engine was shipping and charged an additional $50 for shipping. When we called to ask about the extra charge he claimed that we were wrong and that he had told us about shipping charge ( He did not ) so we cancelled the order ... We were not happy with the service

These guys are crooks. Will sell you parts for over priced and lies about mileage on engine just to sell it. Sold me one with 100k which had 200k. BAR will be up there a$$ soon to close their doors.
Do NOT waste your time there. They tell you one price and then up the price once you are ready to buy. And, when I told the manger I was taking my business somewhere else, he told me he didn't care.
Don't ever buy a engine from them!!! Took it back with the 6 month warranty, its been two months and I haven't hear from them!! And don't even go to BBB My Complaints, they're pointless, apparently my complaint has been closed due to company's failure to respond.
