All I can say is do not trust this place, You are at high risk not getting your parts you have paid and jerk you around for two weeks and then say oops we don't have a part and know get your refond,good luck.
Over charged for a small hard brake line ($75), then the manager became verbally aggressive when I refused to accept the part because the flare nut was stripped during disassembly. "Use a pair of vise grips to tighten it." He said... for a part that was later found online for $20.
He's friendly while he thinks he's taking your money,but that changes quickly.
Do buisness elsewhere.
Gave me a wonderful specimen of a motor! Runs great in my 2002 tundra. Left me with 99% of the wiring, and for a great price. Serge was helpful and knowledgeable.
Please save yourself the trouble! They will promise you parts they don't have and then will not give you a refund. I wish I had seen their reviews prior to such a horrible experience.

I bought an AC Compressor for my Lexus Ct200h from here and realized I didn’t need it due to a wire harness being bad on my end. I go 2 days later to return the part because of a misunderstanding only for them to give me the run around to wait for the manager tomorrow. I call back the next day and they tell me the manager wasn’t in again and to call again the next day. Finally on the third day of trying to return this part I have yet to touch the manager tells me “we will charge you a 25% restocking fee and you will only get store credit back.” I understand the restocking fee because time is money but I’m a student who already is getting screwed over by my car needing repairs, especially since it’s my only way of making money currently. There is no website despite the link for one on the Google page for the shop, there is no warning about the refund terms (which I was also not made aware of when buying the part). Im genuinely telling you, do not buy from this store unless you want to experience nothing but the most rude and disgusting form of customer service that you will ever run into in your life.

I fell for there shady scam and unfortunately only read the reviews after I placed my order. I ordered a Suspension assembly from a guy named Cash for my vehicle and was told that it would come in 2 days. A week later my package shows up looking oddly small for a full suspension assembly. I opened the package and half of the assembly was missing. I called the company and they kept repeating there was a second package and that they were going to call me back. No call back. Days go by. I called the shipment company and they mentioned that no other package was coming. TOTAL SCAM!!!
These guys are great. A+ service. Low prices and super helpful. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Look at the picture I added. Sign speaks for it self.
So far my experience with this fine establishment has exceeded every expectation that I started out with. I was a little overwhelmed with trying to figure out the website so I decided to call I'm happy that I did I was able to speak with the gentleman by the name of Kash, who was more than helpful with pricing and locating the needed parts for my Lexus. They were kind enough to give me a courtesy reminder that my fender was in shop and ready to be picked up and we're more than willing to coordinate with me so that I can make it down outside of my business hours. Parts not working!!!
I bought a converter from them, the part didn't work. We gave it back to them. They promised to send another one that worked. 3 weeks passed and I was told they would send your part tomorrow and of course they didn't. A week later they told me they would refund my money. I waited another 3 weeks and they never refunded my money. When I called them and told them I was going to report you to the Better Business Bureau, the guy on the phone laughed and told me they couldn't help you. These places are a steal!!! Totally not a reliable place!! They are thieves!
My visit here was nice and simple, I was able to talk with the gentleman that was at the front and they had exactly what I needed and I also found the price was 1/2 what some of the other locals were charging for just a basic hubcap and it wasn't in perfect shape so he adjusted the amount $5 which I greatly appreciated!!

I tried to Purchase a Engine From this Establishment ($2,800) and I was told it would be ready Thurs, then Friday, then Monday Morning “ For Sure “ and low and behold I go in there to see a man named “ Cash “ , Sketchy I Know . (1:30 PM I’m expecting my engine) Meet the dude say hello he responds with a “ huh “ I explain my business he proceeds to do a half axxed fake axx page on his “ walkie talkie “ to “bring the engine up” and so I’m waiting . 30+ Min he never brings an engine . I stop to read reviews about this shady spot and it’s says “RUN! FRAUD!”. I’m so Grateful for Google reviews . Almost got taken for $2,800 . You should see the Stipulations on this establishments RETURN Policy , Typos and ALL . When I read that I knew I had to get the hell out of there , called and Canceled the transaction with my Bank . Thank you B of A for Fraud Pertection. Google Reviews! I Owe U One . READ THERE RETURN POLICY BEFORE U BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT.
These guys are fraud, I bought some parts for my Toyota venza 2009 from them, and the parts did not work and I tried to return it in January. The guy told me to hold on to it and bring back later. Only for me to get there this month. I was told its over 30days and will not take it back. They're total fraud, please don't patronize them.
Bought item off eBay seller canceled said it did not cover shipping sent new invoice for shipping for over 250$ in shipping cost. I paid in full. Requested a tracking number for item after waiting a week for them to send me tracking. Tracking finally sent with delivery date Feb 3. Item did not arrive opened a claim with USPS who advs shipper sent a product in a flat rate box with max weight being 15lbs. I bought a tailgate with a weight of 60 lbs. Seller never sent item and refuses to make right. Will only do store credit at 25% for returns for a product they never sent to begin with. When I attempted to have them correct the issue store manager laughed in my face and refused.
I hope the owner of this place sees this review and sees the truth of what is going on at his company. I was there this morning looking for a car part. I got greeted by two men at the store, the one that helped me when I arrived was a very friendly person. He asked one of the workers to go out and help me get a part that I needed, once I found what I thought was the part that I needed I went back to the lobby. The second person that helped me at the lobby called himself a supervisor I started asking him some questions on the part that I had but then quickly realized it was not the correct part that I needed. Once I realized it wasn't the part I needed the supervisor started cussing at me telling me that I had wasted their time and wasting their employees time. I first thought he was joking around with me but then quickly realized he was angry and started calling me names. I let him know that he had no customer service and that he should find another job and retire since this is not a place for him. He expects every customer to go in and buy the item that they need and try to sell it for more money he does not listen to his customers at all. He is a very racist individual that I feel bad for the employees that he has there that are Hispanic just like I am. If he talks and treats customers the way that he talked to me what should we expect him to be treating his employees at this location.
Be careful with these rats who charge you for something they don't have. They send you the wrong part and when you call to make the claim you realize that your number is blocking, they think they will get their way, this time they got the wrong person, since I am not the only one who has had this happen. Kevin and another are the ones who will face the full weight of the law for the rats

Engine came dessamble my mechanic couldnt put it on also came came alot of water inside the engine and i explain to this company what it actually happen with the engine and even though i had guaranteed and they decide it to blame all to my mechanic because they didnt want to fix their own mistakes, not only got treated unfairly but got stolen my money. Now i am stock with no car and i had to get more money to buy another engine i feel ashamed of this company, because all what they do is to steal from good client i dont really recommend this company to no body. BECAREFUL BECAUSE IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU AND GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN
This place is an absolute RIP OFF, sent me the wrong part, 11/10/2022 even though i had given them the correct Vin #, they don't care . after many many phone calls they finally picked their part April of 2023. i continue to call them, Manager Serg and owner George, they keep promising me they will take care of it, its August of 2023 and they won't return any of my many phone calls.
Only place that had the part I needed. Shipped out and through no fault of Toyota Plus Auto Parts the item was lost by USPS. I contacted the business who stated they would look into it. We discussed shipping out a second part to replace the one lost. Then I was contacted stating that USPS had located the original package and it was on its way. Very easy to work with to resolve the shipping issues we experienced. Would purchase from these guys again. Thanks!
Purchased an engine in august of 2022.
It was through a third party seller. It was faulty. I towed it back and was promised a replacement engine. Went back again to take a look at another engine that wasn’t working. December rolls around waiting for the engine and was promised they would deliver it the one that that finally worked. Then the delivery date came and was told I would not get a replacement or a refund which the manager told me would be the case. They gaslight me for 6 months and then told me because the sales record wasn’t in my name unless I could contact the third party which was a scam and they knew it. Now I’m out of pocket $1800 and getting evicted if I can’t find a replacement engine. They still have my funds even though they told the bank they returned it to the third party which is a lie because they could never get in contact with them. They should just do the right thing and honor their word.

I ordered a complete rear suspention and Paid up front as he said I had to. When I received it half the parts were not there. After a hassle he sent most of the missing parts a week later and the struts were not even the right ones for it. I should have gone to pick n pull. I will never use this place again
Toyota plus auto parts was a cool place. Actually this made my third visit to them. Excellent used recycled auto parts if your balling on a budget. Lol but seriously, I've never had any issues from any of their products
Ordered an engine. Told the sales guy exactly what we needed. Was told this engine was low mileage and ready to go. We paid extra for all auxiliary items to remain with the engine. Paid extra for the ECU. What arrived was a non-usable core engine. All electrical items harness plugs were cut off, throttle body was gone, plastics missing, and the ECU was not present. This was secured to the pallet with cut seat belts and then wrapped in plastic. The pallet was damaged, and the shipping company put it on a second pallet and wrapped in more plastic. I made contact and the claimed they don't sell engines with aux parts like a harness or pumps, etc. I explained to Gor what the deal was when I ordered this engine. He then explained that the throttle body must have been sold and was pulled sometime after we bought the engine and we got a good deal, but he would have the sales associate " Cash" call me back. That didn't happen. I called again the following day to them answering and then putting on hold endlessly. Very disappointed in their customer service. Things happen, but when a customer reaches out to take care of the issues you should work to fix them, not avoid your errors.
Not certain if it's because we visited on a weekend but they were really busy and understaffed. Only 1 counter guy and a language barrier between the guys pulling the parts. They said they had some Nissan wheel sets. Took a look at their wheel sets and saw one I liked. I wanted to shop around first before committing. Decided to go with what they had in stock and it turned out the other wheels in the set were for a Toyota. I understand an auto wrecker isn't the most organized place but time and effort was wasted here.
This place is the best!! Arthur was incredibly helpful professional, personable and got me exactly what I needed. All in under 20 minutes and for a steal, really good deal, I couldn’t believe it! Thank you so much!!!
