Everyone leaving negative reviews clearly doesn't understand how junkyards work. Either you don’t know cars, or you can’t grasp the simple fact that JUNKyards don’t guarantee perfect parts. It literally says “all sales final” right at the entrance — so it’s your responsibility to inspect what you’re buying. Don’t go crying in the reviews because you picked a part blindly and now want someone else to blame.
These kinds of comments make it harder for actual car enthusiasts like me, who come here looking for body panels or unique components. Today, I visited and probably met the guy everyone keeps complaining about — and honestly? He was cool. I came in for a bumper shroud from a dark purple Mazdaspeed 6 I saw listed on Facebook Marketplace. He told me it was already sold, but still let me look around the car.
Dude literally stopped what he was doing, hopped in a forklift, pulled the whole car down off the rack, and let me inspect it. That’s way more customer-friendly than the typical pick-n-pull yard, where you're on your own from start to finish.
And to those complaining about online junkyard orders — seriously? Why would you order used parts from a junkyard online and expect perfection? That’s either gullible… or just dumb. Of course, businesses use general listings to draw attention — it’s on you to confirm fitment and condition.
The owner’s responses to the bad reviews are on point. I defend him; I appreciate business owners that stand their ground. This place is legit. The whiners aren't.
This place is a complete Fraud bought set of 4 Rims that turned out to be bent. I asked prior to purchase if they knew if the rims were bent prior to purchase and answer was you can always bring them back if they are. A few days later after tire shop told me that the rims are bent I called this place to notify that the rims they sold to me were bent they stated they do not do returns on such items. If the owner of this places sees this please reach back out to me as the sales rep is impossible to deal with. Also took cash witch i find very sketchy if you go there do not bring CASH as you definitely won't get your money back!!!
This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I received a completely different item than the one advertised, and to make matters worse, it arrived in terrible, unusable condition. The electrical components were broken, the air sleeves were torn, and the product did not match the original description at all. This is a clear case of fraud and deception.
I tried contacting the seller to resolve the issue, but they ignored my messages. They are scamming buyers by sending defective and incorrect products.
DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, avoid this seller at all costs. If you have already been a victim of their scam, report them so others don’t fall for this fraud. They should be banned from selling!
Awful. Don’t go there. Such a scam. Terrible service. Had a price deal but they wanted me to pay more. Also was told to wait about 15 minutes until they get the part ready but waited more than hour instead. If I could put negative 5 stars i would do that.
Rancho Cordova Auto Dismantling is a terrible place to do any business, let the reviews do the thinking for you, go elsewhere, will list broken parts as functional, will list old stock as new stock to gain clicks and attention, will edit photos to look better, and will blatantly be rude to you
Cannot Recommend this company. Received Part and Right Out of the Box it was not Functional. Description says “Good working condition. Please see photos for detail.” Did not Pass Fords Diagnostics and Asked for Refund through E-Mails. Refund Refused and my loss Is $97.99. Company needs to stand by It's Products and sense customers Honesty and Sincerity.
Absolutely awful service. Was just hung up on twice. After selling me a $400 door that doesn't match my car, (attaching the receipt here so he can't continue to claim that customers are mixing up his business like he's done in other reviews below.) he was completely unwilling to work with me on any sort of refund.

Bought a driveshaft from this company off of eBay the sellers name is (speck102, RCAD) to replace my current worn out driveshaft. But after installing the driveshaft the problem was replaced as the item was faulty at best, from the sounds and vast difference in drive-ability. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller as they stated that this used part came from a car with the mileage of 20k of usage, which didn’t line up with the state of part or the affects I got while driving with it installed. To make things worse they were reluctant to help resolve this issue and had to get eBay involved to get everything straight. This company selling defective parts and having terrible customer service makes it a waste of time and money I’d go elsewhere.
I don’t know where to start, I ordered an engine from RCAD and never received it, The worst part is they continue to lie about it for a week saying that it would be delivered. I never received the engine I ordered.
