Toyauto mart is one of the best shops for parts , after going through all shops on recycle road Sam from toyauto mart was a great help for my shop , time , quality , prices , the 3 impossible things I was able to find at that store !

I’ve been to Toy Auto Mart a couple of times over the years, and today I was reminded why I keep coming back. I came in to buy parts for my daughter’s 2015 Toyota Camry and was helped by Sam — he’s professional, respectful, and genuinely understands customer needs.
He looked up my phone number before the purchase and immediately greeted me by name, thanking me for being a returning customer. Apparently, I had bought something years ago, and they still had me in the system — that small touch made the experience feel very personal.
Sam gave me a great deal on the parts I needed and even threw in a few plastic trim pieces for free. The atmosphere here is relaxed and honest. No pressure, no inflated prices — just straight-up good business. While I was waiting, I watched Sam help several other customers, and I noticed how well he seemed to read each situation. He’d name the price before they could even ask for a discount — and it always matched what they were hoping for.
This place has good energy, fair pricing, and top-tier customer service. If you’re looking for Toyota or Lexus parts, definitely check this place out — and ask for Sam. He’ll take care of you.
My go to place for toyota and lexus parts, amazing customer service and fair pricing. On one occasion when it was raining one of the dedicated workers went outside and pulled the part I needed without hesitating. Great doing business with Sam!

I got the wrong part the first week of December I called these guys the last day of March today and these guys take care of me they take good care of me I would highly recommend doing business with these people I did mine through eBay and the eBay guy there is awesome totally helped me making sure I got full credit towards getting the proper part which did cost a little bit more no big deal at this point getting the right part after this amount of time once again I got to tell you these guys are the best!
Great service on hard to find parts. Serge, Sam and Irving were wonderful on the phone and in person and provided solid tips on passing the belt and light inspection.
Terrible terrible customer service. They will change their pricing once you tell them you are interested in the part or come to check it out. Hanged up on me once I told them about price mismatch between different representatives.
After going to 10 different Toyota shops on recycle road that would not give me the time of day. This place not only had what I needed but gave me great customer service from the moment I walked through their front door. Not to mention great prices and the only spot that had parts for my 22RE. It's a junkyard basically trying to sell parts for brand new prices. I called and the workers don't even know about their "black friday" sale which is says "70%" off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE AT ALL.
Extremely poor customer service, I ordered a part and waited for more than 2 weeks. I had to call 2 times and eventually talked with a rude manager who was very proud doing business world wide and but when it come to handling a situation like that he was very disrespectful and street level. I strongly recommend not to purchase from here.
Recently purchased a 2001 Tacoma and was in need of some parts. Couldnt find what I needed in the Bay Area, or online, and Toyautomart was recommended by a friend. It was surprisingly busy for a Saturday and I can see why. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. While they didn’t have all the parts on my list, they went out of their way to accommodate me nonetheless. I truly appreciate great customer service and genuine people. Our son recently rear ended someone and my husband wanted to do the repairs himself. He searched for the hood and headlights we needed and found their website really helpful, accurate photos and descriptions. Pricing was more than fair, the guys we met were terrific, and they put loaded it right into the back of our truck! I hope we don’t need to become regulars lol, but if we need anything else we’d definitely look here. (And we came over from Reno!)

Amazing , Sam was amazing to deal with this past week! I'm with another salvage yard in MPLS and knowing this industry and dealing with yard across the US for many year and Sam was a refreshing breath of fresh air. His personality , follow-through his understand was just refreshing to someone that been in this industry for while now. I would recommend them to anyone! Sam great job again. Pros - was very friendly at purchase and had the part I needed (fuel tank).
Cons - fuel tank was the incorrect part. Apparently access cab Tacoma's 18+ have a slightly different tank, so the normal tank wouldn't work. No worries, I ordered it from the dealership.
Massive con - I went to return it, because it was the wrong part. This was no one's fault, however the salesman (sam) proceeded to start berating me, yelling at me calling me a liar, that this is the correct part for my truck. This shocked me as it visibly is different. I told him the part number I got from Toyota, the correct tank, and he proceeded to tell me "this isn't a Toyota part number, there's no reason to lie, just tell me you found it cheaper somewhere else."
Like.... Really??? I came in with no attitude, I was not angry. I fixed my vehicle, I just needed to return the part. Who treats people like that?
To top it off, he held "I'll return it this one time" over my head while he was yelling and berating me.
Talk about a massive power trip. Stay away from Sam.
Called about a price of a used part. First time I was hung up on, likely as an accident. Called back and gave the vehicle make/model from CL ad and stick number and part. Rep on the phone was quick, friendly and helpful but the quoted price was very high for a small interior used part. Will stick to CL ads and privately sold used parts.

I received exceptional service from Serg, really much better than my experience from the typical wrecking yards, where they are too busy to help you. They stayed a few minutes late due to traffic after an hour and half drive to get there. Will be my first call for my next Toyota/Lexus parts needs.
I had to write my review before I get my part waiting in their office because of how Nice and respectful they are, He just give a guy a window glass for FREE after he waited and I think someone already told him it's $20. I am here to get a Toyota transmission with 128k miles for $400 while everyone else asking $700+

I have nothing but awesome things to say about these guys. Over the phone they were very helpful and upfront about pricing. When I arrived the place was very tidy and they immediately called someone up from the back to show me a few parts I was interested in. When I was taken into their warehouse I was blown away by how organized this place is. Everything was neatly stacked, inventoried, and organized. That alone should make you want to shop here, because these guys obviously care about their inventory and keeping track of what's what. The guy helping me out was very friendly, and was able to take me right to where the parts were, which meant I was in and out quite quickly with exactly what I need. I will definitely be calling these guys first when I need Toyota parts again!
