I walked in here looing for a bulb replacement for my front lights and there was no line. I received helped right away. The young man was willing to help with a quick bulb installation. He went outside with me and installed the bulb in 2 minutes

Richard helped us out in a pinch, and the price matched the part that we needed for a Toyota Sierra. He recommended Jarod, a mobile mechanic who picked up the part and installed it over at dripping springs campground during excessive heat weekend!. He got us the guy and the parts! Talk about customer support at 100%!!! Jarod was professional, fast, and courteous. I highly recommend calling these guys! I already told my Temecula friends how awesome Jarod is and Richard for getting us on the right path to continue our journey.

This has always been my favorite parts store. I've got my parts there since the day I they opened the door. But recently they hired a guy who mumbles on the phone and it has literally ruined my experiences with getting the parts. I need. Communication is everything

This is by far the WORST O'Reillys we've been too. Most of their employees even know anything about what they sell or where it's located in the store. Make it make sense?? Train your workers accordingly and on the systems to have knowledge of said part you're searching for. I'm not saying they need to be a mechanic, but to blatantly just be ignorant and have no knowledge of how to look stuff up in the system to know where said part is in YOUR STORE? Why are you even working there?

Some of the employees are clueless of auto parts and fitment. Way over priced compared to internet auto parts. Think twice before spending a fortune here compare to ebay auto parts about 75 percent cheaper and they arrive at your house in 2 or 3 days

Located in a large plaza with lots of shade trees for parking. Inside store is cool and well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You can simply ask for what you need and they will either get it for you or guide you to the location on the shelves. Most cases if they do t have your parts in store they can have it brought in from their surrounding stores or warehouse later in the same day.

I love going to auto parts stores especially this one located on Temecula Parkway Sometimes I only go there because it is an easy Going relaxing atmosphere When I am there I am in my own free time Space The customer service offered there is exceptional When your 1st walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and a welcome If you decide you want to walk around and explore items see if you can find whatever it is you're looking for they have no problem at all asking you if you need help finding anything Most of the workers there are very knowledgeable of many different situations because not everybody's automotive situation is the same But I am treated very well there and The store is clean The workers do their job and if there is a part there that they do not have they will help you find where that part is or they will order it for you For the very next day This o'reilly's location has been getting my business for a while because I have been to other locations and not have had quite the experience as I do every time I walk in the door

Normally im treated great here but tonight with 2 minutes till advertised close time. They refused to reopen the doors to sell me epoxy to fix my vehicle so i could get my daughter home safely. Seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

Curt put a new battery in my daughters car this afternoon. He was very helpfuland accommodating. Curt tested the battery to confirm needed replacing, helped me choose a new one and installed in 10 minutes. Thanks!

Of the big chains I think they are the best, especially this location. Knowledgeable staff. Quick ordering if need be. Adrian and Dave are some of the last old school parts guys that know vehicles and their products. Staff has since changed a bit but thats to be expected. Service is still decent. Parts ordering is still fast, usually same day if you order early enough. In house inventory has seemed to dwindle. But still my go to.

They wouldn't sell me 6 individual quarts of 0w30 as if I had bought the giant jug, but what can you do? Joe Biden, and stuff. Was happy they at least had some of my car's oil so I could drive it to Walmart for my oil change.

The workers there were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for me. They helped me figure out the problem my car was having and got me the right part. They were all helpful and knowledgeable and didn't just brush me off with my questions for concerns.

O'Reilly Autoparts is a great local auto parts/supply shop. I wanted wiper blades for a 2006 Infiniti M45 and I hate putting those on. Dylan was so helpful and made me feel great about supporting that store. He asked if he could keep the extra parts that weren't needed for my model and would like to give them to people without them. All and all a very pleasant convo with a nice gentleman that took the time to help me out.

We've always gotten what we needed at a fair price from O'Reilly's and like that we are able to keep track of things online in their computer system. We had one problem recently and Jay the store manager went out of his way to set things right.

I have never been helped as much as I was helped here. Workers were very helpful. I had my Grandma in the truck with me and I had a bad power steering leak. Would have been stranded if it wasn't for the workers here. They were full of knowledge and assisted me thru my problem. Got me back on the road again. Love this place. They treated me great would definitely go here for all my car needs.

My car battery died and I was stranded. Got it jumped and went to this location as it was the closest to me. James was awesome. He was knowledgeable And helped me choose the best battery for my car and used his tools to remove and replace the battery and I was good to go. I definitely recommend this location and will go here for all my car needs in the future.

Great service, in person or by phone. Place is clean and organized, if they don't have what I need they help me fine it at another store. But I verry pleased with this parts store.

Got a call the part we ordered was there, got to the store 10 min later and they couldn't find it. After over 20 min trying to find the part, including asking the employee that called us ( who was the manager he didn't remember the call ) I found the part sitting on the front counter with our name and phone number written right on it! Unbelievable.

Went there to replace my wiper blades. I got service the second I entered the store! Adrian helped me pick the best blades, plus he helped me install them I have had a great experience here and recommend it to anyone looking for auto parts.

Would give a 0 if possible. Idiots working there. I was promised my part that was ordered on Sunday would be there Tuesday morning.. maybe in the afternoon. Never showed. I went there Tuesday night at 6:30 pm to check and was told not sure where it is maybe it will come tomorrow on Wednesday and as soon as it gets there they would call me. WELL it is Wednesday at 3:22 pm and still no call. I drive over and guess what they have it. Oh it was delivered early in the AM said the guy behind the counter. I asked why I wasn’t called and he had that look on his face and said “I don’t know.” I could have gotten it sooner elsewhere. Next time I will. NEVER again will I shop a store that can’t figure out “good customer service”. There are lots of other options to acquire auto parts then here.

Every time I go here, I get the BEST customer service and knowledgeable staff. I spoke with John last week for some new wiper blades. He offered the mid-range price and wasn't trying to sell me anything over my budget. I told him we were moving back north east. He found better blades for snow. We started chatting about the drive, the move, etc. He was very friendly to my sons too. He shook my hand when I left and wished us luck. I always feel like I make a friend when I go here. I know that sounds weird, but they're all so friendly and helpful!

I had been going here for roughly 19 years ... back when they used to be a Kragen. Over time they've changed for the worst and keep going downhill. After 3 bad experiences in a row and a clerk that treated me extremely bad, I had a conversation with customer services several MONTHS ago. Still waiting for him to get back to me. He said he would look into my complaints and call me back but obviously he blew me off.

I needed a sensor for my Mercedes, called another place and was told they could not get it for me for at least 3 days and it would be around $97.00 I called O'Reilly and spoke with Dave who was very helpful and he told me he can have the sensor for me the next morning. So I asked how much and he said it was around $60.00. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love saving money and I will be back!
