I had an excellent experience with Gosch collision from start to finish. After my accident, they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the repair process and timeline. Claudia was such a kind person and Laura was amazing in keeping me updated with my vehicle. I highly recommend Gosch Temecula.

I purchased a truck here and immediately had to have it in multiple times in the first few months. The service advisor was horrible a communication. Multiple trips there to resolve issues. Fast forward to now, I scheduled a mobile service request for another vehicle and I get a window for my scheduled service between 11:30-6pm worse than the cable company time frame. No big deal I’ll stay home. Then get a text your arrive will be at 12:30. Great! Well 12:30 comes a goes. I give it time, things happen. Well at 4;45 I call to find out what is going on. gosch tells me I don’t have an appointment. I read off the texts that I received and ask how is it possible your “system” is sending text but you don’t see. I spoke to the service director, she was nice and explained that the system is new and they are still learning it. She offered to help and get the vehicle in tomorrow. Unfortunately, I’m taking the vehicle out of town and the purpose was to have it serviced before I left. Unfortunately this dealership has a poor track record of communicating with its customers. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again nor, have any of my vehicles serviced with them. Such a shame that companies like this care so little about our time.

The team at Gosch Ford excelled in transparency and efficiency. Colleen and Eric on the sales team were straightforward and made the sales process for my 2026 Ford Maverick Lariat AWD Hybrid incredibly quick, which I truly appreciated. They had the exact truck I was looking for and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable—I am just so "Gosch"-darn happy with the whole deal! Lucio in finance was also excellent and made the paperwork seamless and stress-free. I honestly couldn’t love this truck more. We’ve already taken it up to Big Bear and the performance was stellar: we averaged over 30 MPG in Sport mode on the climb up, and an incredible 57 MPG on the way back down. It really shows the amazing range and power this truck has! I highly recommend the team at Gosch Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

I agree with the low reviews here. So far this is the worst Ford dealership I’ve ever visited. I have the TireCare Plus package for my new SUV and they are untrained to handle claims. I have called into Ford 3 times now and left several voicemails about them needing information and confirming my coverage; I even left a voicemail for the “director” of service there. Getting anyone to pick up the phone seems to be hard for them to do, subsequently when you do reach someone, hope you don’t have to spend hours like I am. I’m more than happy to update this review if the right people get involved and provide the right solution - for now certainly the worst Ford dealership 1/5 stars.

I’ve been coming here for years, dealing with the same people. This is a great place to bring your vehicle. When you walk in, you’re greeted by Claudia at the front desk. She is very attentive and friendly and will make sure your vehicle gets going on its little repair journey. The rest of the staff there are amazing. Matt and Laura are the estimators there. Both of them are great people and both provide you with excellent customer service and make sure your car is handed back to you in better condition than it arrived in ;)

Carlos in the Parts department was awesome. I called about buying an EV charger and he helped me locate the nearby locations that might have one and when he realized I was in a rush he was able to get mine same day. He was kind, answered all my questions, was not pushy about anything, and ensured I was happy with my purchase. If you need anything from the parts department I highly recommend contacting him.

Scheduling a pickup for warranty service was easy, they did a great job communicating, and dropped my truck off same day. The service department also looked into my brakes to diagnose an issue free of charge. Great experience overall!

I’m honestly confused how this place maintains a 4.7-star ratings feels misleading at best. I’ve dropped my car off here multiple times, and while vehicle issues happen, the real problem is the lack of honesty from the service department. The service advisors consistently make excuses and provide false updates, likely because they take on more cars than they can handle and prioritize only high-dollar repairs. I was told my car had been “diagnosed” for five days, yet during that entire time it never moved, was never started, and was never put into service mode. The problem is, the Ford app tracks all of this and sends alerts—so I knew that wasn’t true. When I called them out on it, instead of taking accountability, I was told I could take my car to another dealer if I wanted to. That response said everything. Poor communication, dishonest updates, and zero concern once caught. Do better.

Had a great experience working with Alec at Gosch Ford in Temecula. We were looking at new F-250 trucks but ultimately decided to buy a used truck elsewhere. Even so, Alec was fantastic to work with—very personable, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. He genuinely wanted to help us make a good decision rather than just push a sale, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Alec to anyone shopping for a new truck who wants honest information and a low-pressure experience. Because of him, I plan to bring my truck to Gosch Ford for service in the future.

The sales representative (Jonathan Del Rio) was a true professional. The sales manager that gave me the purchase price and the trade in value needs a lot of training on how to be professional! The car delivered was dirty in side and out. The windows were filthy. The negotiating was an insult from their first offer. Their initial offer for my trade in was a total insult! Their sales manager asked me to call to discuss ! I called the same day and have not received any response to my call!

Purchase of my F-350 with Gosch was good! Service Department is a big disappointment. Difficult to contact any service advisors or management. No return calls? It’s unfortunate that I have to go to another Ford service center. See Gosch Ford Response Below my update. We’re sorry we weren’t available to answer your calls or return your calls? We now want to talk with you and discuss this in more detail? Please send us a message with your contact information? This is their problem! They already have my contact information, I bought my truck there. I reached out 2 times to the Service Manager responding to my review with no response prior to writing my Review. Now she wants me to contact HER. Why is it the customers responsibility to reach out? Where is the customer support? Several other Reviews are pointing out the same lack of customer support that apparently isn’t getting addressed?

I go to this dealership multiple times because it's convenient. But unfortunately the customer service is horrible. I call and always immediately placed on hold forever, if I bother to stay on the line (because I want my car cared for). It would help if their online appointment system even worked! I arrive to my appointment and never is anyone available to check me in. I have to go into the office and I feel like I am bothering whoever at their desk because they never seem to want to help. Then they force me to just wait outside ,which I see service team just bypassing me anyways. The same happens when I need to pick up my car. Just lousy and someone needs to address this.

Had to take my Ranger in for work on the transmission. The service advisor did a great job comunicating and setting the right expectations. I had several summer plans I was worried about and got to keep all of them thanks to Gosch Ford doing what they said they would do for me. I had a couple extra situations that required more attention and they handled that until I was happy too. Shout out to Joseph for making this a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Gosch Ford. Angel came directly to my home to change my oil and provided a very thorough inspection—just like the one you would receive at the dealership, but with the convenience of being at home. Angel is an outstanding technician, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I also want to thank Gosch Ford for their generosity and continued support of the educational community. Recently purchased an Expedition from This dealership, Jordan in Sales assisted me and did a phenomenal job. He even responded to my requests on days off. His dedication to customer service should be noted. Lucio in Finance was knowledgeable fair and transparent. Eric came through and helped finalize the sale, all I can say is this team effort helped me and the family feel comfortable with the sale. We have done commercial and personal business with several Ford dealerships in the Inland Valley for many decades. Our family are loyal customers of the Blue Oval brand and actually share holders. So, believe me when I say we are experienced with Gosch, as well as other local dealerships. But,… despite years of relying on Gosch Service for support, we have had a somewhat negative opinion of The Gosch Temecula Sales department for various reasons. Until now. This experience started in the typical patern as usual with me doing months of research and planning to make a purchase. I stopped in to see Maurice (The Shining Star of Gosch Temecula) and, as usual, he was informed, kind, and knowledgeable with his typical no nonsense apreciation for time and energy. So when Stewart showed up to -Seal the deal- I was primed to give a little more back than I typically would have. We made a deal that both of us were happy with. A true WIN-WIN. So, in a financial environment that makes consumer confidence a rarity, Gosch Ford Temecula provided my family/business with exactly what we needed at a value that we appreciate. We’ll be back! I have had my F-150 repaired by the Gosh Ford body shop and was impressed with the first accident repair. That when I needed a second repair I went right back to Gosh body shop. Matt and the staff were great and the repair was first class again. We had them fix the hood and roof clear coat and now my 2012 F-150 looks like a new truck. I would recommend Gosh Ford body shop to all. I’ve had a few other body shop experiences that were disappointing. I even sold my Suburban because I was tired of fighting with the body shop and the insurance company said “It’s just a car.” So bottom line, I have found a home to take my vehicles to. Can’t thank them enough.
