This is a place where every single individual is courteous, professional and super friendly and accommodating. My interactions with Elijah and Maran were superb. They both went above and beyond. This is gonna be my place to go for auto needs for as long as I am in Temecula.
Received extra special auto assistance yesterday from employee Ehab when I needed antifreeze for a possible radiator leak. He came out of the store and personally inspected the radiator hose and attachments. He even personally added the proper amount of radiator fluid. My girlfriend and I were very surprised at this unexpected service. We will continue to use this O'Reilly's for all our auto needs.
Writing this review to give a shout-out to Ehab! He was very courteous and assisted me in speccing out the replacement headlight bulbs for my Elantra. He went above and beyond in helping me replace them and showing me how to do it in the future! Thank you for your time!
Last week I stopped by to get a headlight for my car but I know next to nothing about buying the right one or much less installing one! Fortunately the young man who helped me not only quickly knew which one was right, but installed it in minutes and I was on my way.

Don't go to this auto parts store because the employees there won't help you. I needed help with something but they didn't help me at all. Don't go to this location.
Beyond wonderful help from the gentleman with curly hair, I believe his name is Ehab. He was extremely helpful and truly amazing. This was the best auto help I’ve ever had. I highly recommend asking for him if you ever come here.
I came in to purchase new wiper blades for the car and a break light. I asked Patrick if they installed the brake lights and he said they normally don't but he helped anyway. Such a nice guy he installed both for me. I really appreciate the amazing customer service. Thank you!!!

Fantastic staff here. Very knowledgeable guys who are kind/willing to help the best they can. Was here from out of town and they were nothing but helpful, came out to check my batteries and made sure they were cleaned up nicely. Only ended up needing some fuel additives but they were easy to work with and very helpful. Will definitely be back if the need arises.
My check engine light was on and the manager (Anthony?) assisted me. He did a diagnostic for free, as they advertise (such a great service as many charge $85 or more just to plug in this devise). Anthony printed out the results for me. He went into detail about what it could be and identified that it was an emissions issue and that I should take it to a Smog Check place that also does repairs and recommended a place. Just before I came to O'Reilly I went to Jiffy Lube as I needed an oil change. They did a diagnostic but it came up with no reading and he gave me the name of a repair place. I am glad that I went to O'Reilly as I think I would have spent more money at a straight forward auto repair shop.
I had the best experience at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts! The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed.
