Absolutely the worst oreillys as far as staff goes, came in this morning to return a part and was told they dont keep cash in the store and it was to early that I should come back around 11, so 11:30 here i am and again they tell me they won't do my return because they dont have $335.00 and then he calls an oreillys 20 minutes away and asked if they had the cash and then told me none of the stores in the area could do my return, waist of time talking to them because all they can offer is to put the return on a gift card that cant be redeemed for cash later, but can't refund it onto my debit card or refund it in cash, when I paid haft with my card and haf with cash,
i came in to get some new bulbs and Elijah was kind enough to help me replace them after my purchase. he really didn’t have to but he didn’t stop until it was done. shortly after, his manager came out as well to help with the other bulb.

Their posted closing time on here and at their door, says they close at 9:30 pm. I pulled on their doors 10 min ago, and they were closed and gone. I guess they don't need my money!
It's good but remember your paying for convenience. About all the parts they sell are 2-3 times cheaper online at sites like Amazon etc. And for my car battery... I go to Costco best price, free install and the best warranty hands down..
Great service! My son took his Toyota Tacoma in on 4/28 around 5:30pm to replace the light bulbs for his headlights. The gentleman there were very helpful and kind! We will definitely be shopping at this location again. Thank you for such great service!
I was helped by Glenn at the store regarding my engine air filter. I was unable to find one anywhere in town but he located a unit and even installed it. Great experience and awesome service.
Had the pleasure of walking into this store after several auto part stores were unable to assist me after a smog test fail. Thanks to Glenn, who was not only an amazing person, but very knowledgeable and even gave me step by step instructions on how to replace my torn air intake hose in the parking lot! So very grateful and will recommend this store to EVERYONE!
Was searching for a particular item.. DupliColor Perfect Match Redfire Pearl spray paint in which O’Reilly didn’t have in stock, though the sales representative was very very helpful to put in a request for the item I was looking for. He got back with me about the item the next day that there was a back order for this item. I think service was great as far as doing a quick research. The store was very clean and organized with vast selection of items to choose from. I would recommend O’Reilly to a friend.
The Manager Anthony hes just an Awsome person he saved me a tons of money by changing my battery, even though the manual of the car says "it's a complicated.

In and out quicky. Purchased windshield wipers. Staff promptly asked if I needed help putting them on. I said yes . Lady came out and put them on quickly. No fuss. All good!
What a pleasant surprise! I stopped by on my way out of Sprouts to get a new wiper blade and a nice young man at the counter greeted me and asked if he could look up the size I needed. He went out to my car to double check what I needed and he even offered to install the blade, which he did. Unfortunately I didn't bring any cash for a tip. You know what he said? "that's ok, it's the thought that counts". Whoever raised this person, you did a really nice job! To the O'Reilly Manager - give this guy a raise please. Thank you!
O'Reily's is closest to our yard. We frequest here and appreciate the willingness to give customer service. We have been here for 11 years and have only had good experiences
The sign on this store says they close at 9pm. I showed up at 8:53pm to grab just one quick item off a shelf and the two guys working had already locked up and blocked the door. They ignored my knocking on the window and my questions through the glass. Not cool.
I went there to gey a error code reading. I realized I had a maintenance light on but I wanted to see if I had any other codes going on as well. I didn't catch the guys name but he would not do the free check for me. It would have taken 5 minutes and there was no one else in the store. Bad service.
Best auto parts store in town. They are always extremely helpful whether I call, visit in store or order online. Cougar has helped me with repairs on 4 different vehicles tracking down the right parts, installing windshield wipers, deciphering codes and then some. I always recommend this location to anyone who has car questions!

ALSO, if you have a check engine light I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend coming here to get it checked out before seeing a mechanic. It could be a $10 repair you could do yourself instead of giving the mechanic an opportunity to scam you and charge $1000 in repairs. And even if you can't do the repair, knowing what the check engine light means makes it harder for the mechanic to rip you off.
I bought a set of front brake pads. Two of the choices were similar, with the difference being some "clips" that added $15 to the price, of the otherwise same pads. So I installed the pads and the clips. Both clips broke before I had the car back on the ground. I then had to install the old clips, which are still working great. When I took the broken clips to the store and asked for $15 back, since that was the difference in the price of the two sets that were the same except for the clips. Well the counter associate declined to give me the refund. I continued to try to make my point, he went to ask the manager who also refused to give me the refund. I am an avid DIY guy who had switched over to O'Reilly a few years back after going to Autozone for more than 20 years. Needless to say I will not be going back to O'Reilly for ANYTHING!!!! If someone from the company wants to make this right, I will be happy to accept their apology and some type of appropriate monetary compensation from the manager at that location.
Had to recycle about 3 gallons of oil- staff was really courteous and took it no problem. Gave my container back nice and clean. Was able to purchase some odds and ends and they gave me a military discount. Will be returning.
I’ve been here twice now and both times I received top notch customer service and help. I’m not super educated on car stuff and got educated and helped with wiper blades and paint chip restoration. They even installed my new wiper blades for me!
Today I had a not so fun experience. When I got ready to go to work this morning my car wouldn't start. I knew it was the battery. I had to walk a hour to oreilys from home to pick up a battery. There were 2 nice gentlemen who helped me so much. They made sure I didn't have to walk home carrying this heavy battery and went out of their way to get me a ride home and showed me exactly what to do in order to change the battery. I am a single mom of 2 and this meant the world to me. I don't usually have people around to help me out. I appreciate you guys going above and beyond for me today. I can't even imagine how I would have made it home carrying that heavy battery lol. You guys awesome!!!!
The best people you can count on. Great advice, great knowledge. Josh, juan, and all the crew are very helpful, whatever you need for your car. call them, I trust O'Reilly for all my car problems. They are my car advisers and they don't stiff me. They go out of their way to help you.
Staff highly knowledgeable and experienced. They were able to determine the source of the problem and part I needed was the upper transmission line as opposed to the lower one. Also note O'Reilly often has items on sale and their regular prices often beat the competition.
They had what I needed, what more can you ask for? Most of the loaner tools are trashed but they are always willing to get you a new one to replace it. Overall good service and nice staff.

My husband's go to place for oil change items and car parts. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Shelves are always stocked. Have never had a bad experience here.
