Great place O’Reillys Auto Zone wanted over $100 more for the battery that I bought they always seem to have the part that you need and the people involved in there a long time another job well

This store and company is weird pick up was fine order was ready but was overcharged on my bank app the following charges were not the same beware ordering from this place online when I called the customer service line they gave me the run around and said they charged me the same but on my bank app was more that it was fall off in 24 hours and it didn’t they were rude and false disgusting establishment imagine if I wouldn’t have noticed you’re better off going to any other store autozone etc …

If I could give it one star I would my experience picking up the product was quick and easy however the price I paid online was way different than what my bank account charged me by 20$ so beware about buying online called the store for them to give me a number to call and give me the run around called the number and they didn’t give me a solution they claim to have charged me the same amount but on my bank account shows a 20 increase almost adding up to 200$ mind you I didn’t the 5 dollar discount online for signing up I know 20 isn’t much but it’s the principle disgusting

Went in looking for a caliper mounting bolt for an older Subaru that no one else in the valley had. Brandon was super helpful and ran around the store looking for a bolt the same size. He gave us some options and advice. Really appreciate the great customer service.

Came here due to their vast inventory of older truck parts and got the best old fashioned quality service from Irene who was more then helpful who patiently worked with me and even cross referenced everything by pulling out the big old book with pages just to make sure part numbers and pictures were correct with what I needed. The price wasn’t all that much for what it was but the quality of product matched with the home like customer service with Irene made this place and the price worth every red cent. Thanks for the parts and the memory!

We were headed back from Brianhead with my son and busted a belt. We pulled into this NAPA and Tim was amazing. Helped us find the parts, held the flashlight for my hubby while it was fixed. Tim even stayed late after closing to make sure we were all fixed. Gotta love the customer service that you hardly ever find anymore. Thank you Tim for helping us out!

Never expected to have someone at at parts store be so friendly, I was looking for a special socket, 36 mil for a special project, after visiting the expected places and not finding what was needed I was told about this NAPA auto parts, counter man worked with me , founs waht i needed at another store and had it sent for me to pick up the next day. NOW THIS IS TRUE Customer Service

Rude manager and thieving employees. This location tried to accuse us of not paying the full amount for parts purchased the Day AFTER we purchased them. Obviously your employees are stealing cash and now you are trying to blame us the following day. Do not shop here- do not shop at NAPA. They will thieve your money and blame you for it. We have already launched a complaint with corporate and will not stop until these employees are fired

This place is great! They helped me find the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum synthetic motor oil that's hard to find. This oil does wonders. I'm never putting any other type of oil in my Cadillacs.

My husband had called Napa and was told that this particular part was what my husband needed. I went down and picked it up. I'd say that the customer service was mediocre not bad not great. Neutral. So my husband had to go back to Napa to get a different part to replace the incorrect one. It's too bad that he was told this item was the correct part. We would have to do more business with them to give a proper rating honestly.

Horrible customer service and horrible drivers slamming on brakes almost causing an accident just to get out of his truck and come up to my car with my 1 year old son in the car. Bad reps in store and bad drivers on the road. Too a phtoto of the jerk fully out of his truck after the threats

This NAPA store is huge. Something that differentiates this store is that the staff is that they are not the "year make and model" guys. They are car people so off the wall requests are not met with a blank stare. I even got a couple bits for this car

I only came in looking for one thing. But the gentleman who helped me walked me to the product. He didn't just point and say, "it's over there." I appreciate the customer service like that. He helped me find exactly what I needed. I'm glad I stopped by here. There was no trouble with parking. They have a lot to park in.

I pull into this place with my RV in town from Florida on my way to San Diego I was having some mechanical issues with my RV that I was buying parts from this store and trying to fix it. While I was working on it they called the police who threatened to tow my RV if I didn’t get it out of the Napa parking lot. That is not the kind of customer service I would expect from ANY Napa auto parts, much less one in California.

Female Employee was polite and helpful taking care of 2 customers and answering phone while the Male employees doing nothing in the commercial counter area while I waited for help. Store should assign 1 employee for phone calls while customers in person don't have to wait everytime the phone rings every minute.

Raul provided top notch customer service when helping me with a battery replacement. He made sure I received the proper credit for my old battery and assisted with the removal and installation of the new one. I highly recommend.

We went in for some truck parts, we had a a serial number ready, we called in and they said we had what you needed. When we got there it took 45 minutes to find what it was, and the gasket we were looking for was a different thickness that the one we need (with a serial number) the people in their cant even find a part, WHEN WE HAVE A DAMN SERIAL NUMBER!!!

This is a massive NAPA. They have so much stuff here and the employees are very helpful. My only complaint is their hours kind of suck. Closed at 4 PM on a Sunday? Seriously?

Two times in the last week I've had to go to Napa because the guys at O'Reilly, Pepboys, and AutoZone had no idea what to do when there computer wouldn't give them a part#. I went to 2 different O'Reilly stores and an AutoZone looking for a standard universal joint for an older truck (about 3 hours). None of them knew anything except what was in the computer screen. Finally I went to Napa. The guy ask me for the specifications of my truck, he walked to the back and boom I had my part. It took me longer to get to the store than for him to get my part. It was a little more expensive, but well worth the three hours I lost at the other stores. Those other stores might beat Napa price a little bit, but it's not worth the hassle.

Always a little quiet when I go, there's no long waits and the staff has never been rude or disrespectful. The parts counter is always knowledgeable and helpful, they have found or ordered everything I've needed for my '69 Ford. I always try them first.
