It took a while to get someone to help and when he did, he was in a heck of a bad mood and uncooperative. Couldn't answer basic questions and was mad and argumentative like he wanted to fight with me. Odd experience.
Very odd experience. I went in there looking for a 4x4 piece and some 20 foot sections for a gate i only saw 3 options. So i ask the little guy named ethan if they had more options( not sure if he is just socially inept or autistic but he was very odd) . He said yes, so i asked to see them and he asked me for a blue print of what i am trying to build. I told him i didn't have one, so he told me to hire a contractor. Very odd . drove to metal works and spent 600, bought what i needed. Problem solved..go elsewhere. That place has incompetent sales reps.

Staff is totally cool. We love it there. You should see the giant machinery they have for cutting big pieces of sheet metal and stretch wire. Totally worth a visit to consider what you might need. Scrap metal options are available also. Best prices in town. You will not regret visiting there. Kudos to all of the brothers and staff who work for Tuskers.
I love this place.It doesn't matter if you have a $200,000 order or you just need 40 dollars worth of material for your job. You are treated as important for both . With these insane price increases we have experienced recently I can always call tusker and breathe a sigh of relief that not every company is trying to take advantage of these price hikes and trying to make their whole years profit on one single order! As if their phone may not ring again for another year! My God it has become more than ridiculous! These guys value their customers and want you coming back for more and to me that is awesome! Plus I can make a little money on my job because they haven't tied up all the money in materials. Perfect combination that to me is a no brainer when deciding where to get my materials from.
3 stars is average. Not a large stock of shapes and sizes and not a wide variety of metals either. Nice friendly helpful staff. Decent prices, much lower than larger retail stores anyway but there is a minimum amount to buy some things. Respectable variety of ornamental steel, some structural aluminum stock and some stainless steel. If you know what you need call ahead to confirm stock. They can special order steel stock like odd sized H-beam, channel etc. Snd they can accomodate if you need your stuff cut into smaller sticks. They do have a selection of very usable scrap stock as well so its worth taking a trip in and browsing what they have, hinges, caster wheels, all great quality stuff you wont find at HD.
I would give 4 stars if they had more stock of stainless and aluminum alloys. 5 stars for the same in more unusual metals like titanium, magnesium etc.
Only place I'll go to for metal! I drive over thirty miles from my shop to Tusker because of their amazing customer service, great prices, and fantastic organization. They seriously go the extra mile and care about their customers and their employees are always working quickly. Best place around!
My father is a fitness equipment manufacturer and has used Tusker Metals for years. I've gone here many times for various projects for my overlanding build needs and have always had a great experience. Fair prices, good scrap selections and very knowledgeable. And they have always done very accurate cuts and sheers for me. Will continue to do business with them!

Been to all the metal suppliers in the IE. Tuskers is the best bar none. Has everything you need. Very knowledgeable staff. Young lady at the counter knows her stuff. Prices can’t be beat.
I love this place! They usually carry all my metal fabrication needs at great prices! I would give them 4 stars for the fact that they us to be located down the street from my house in Wildomar. Now I have to deal with all the Temecula traffic.
My husband ordered and paid for almost 200.00 worth if items. Was told he would be called and could pick up next day. One week later and after three phone calls he went in. The customer service is terrible. They liked to his face and then didn't provide him with all the materials. Not worth the head ache. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Was not pressured to buy a new piece..Purchased primer also for the metal post...Piece cut and placed in vehicle by technician, with a smile..

Tusker Surplus Metals recently did some A-frames for our slab yard Simply Slabulous. The workmanship was great and they even painted them for us at no extra charge. Great service, nice people.
There are times when specific fabricated metal parts are hard to find, inappropriately sized, or poorly made. To avoid the frustration of jury-rigging an off-the-shelf substitute, Tusker's offered an affordable bespoke solution. Seems no job is too small to receive great service and workmanship.
Great local metal supply. I went their not knowing what I would find, and found everything I needed, at very reasonable prices. Good selection of new metals (flat bar, various tubing, sheet/plate). Staff was very helpful, a couple guys were in the middle of doing some fab work, dropped what they were doing to help me find what I needed. Definitely will be back. Thanks
