Abel was super friendly and understanding of my need and explained to me how I can save cost doing it myself. This company truly cares about customers and their hight rating is well deserved. Abel and TV Junk Pick-Up are the best! They were able to get me scheduled and showed up right away. I have used TV Junk Pick-Up in the past and they are always courteous and hard working. They were able to remove a spa and some other junk in a very reasonable time, at a reasonable price. They came back out to pick up some junk just before Christmas so we could have access to the backyard for a gathering. I would highly recommend Abel and his crew and will definitely use them again.

When Jeff and his assistant Pedro (I believe that was his name) arrived, they were punctual, neatly dressed, and courteous. We had three stops scheduled: first at my office, where they efficiently removed several heavy items; then to a storage unit for additional pickups; and finally to my home for the last load. I especially appreciated the care they took to protect the flooring and surroundings—particularly at my office—to avoid any damage. I’m not criticizing the crew—they were friendly, prompt, and professional. But the pricing was outrageously high. I accepted their on‑site quote because I was in a big rush and felt trapped by the pressure when they arrived. I’d been told by phone the starting price was $120, yet they ultimately charged me $468 for an amount of junk that matched what two other local companies—based on photos I sent after the job—quoted at $280 and $264.
I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, they made a stressful part of moving incredibly easy. I live about an hour and a half away from the property, and I never even had to be there in person. They went in, took pictures of everything I wanted removed, and sent follow-up photos once the job was done—quick, clear, and efficient.
