I was thoroughly impressed with Temecula Valley Junk Pickup from start to finish. My positive experience began with the initial phone call—whoever answered was respectful, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their communication system is top-notch, with a comprehensive text messaging service that confirmed our appointment and kept me informed throughout the process.
When Jeff and his assistant Pedro (I believe that was his name) arrived, they were punctual, neatly dressed, and courteous. We had three stops scheduled: first at my office, where they efficiently removed several heavy items; then to a storage unit for additional pickups; and finally to my home for the last load. At every location, they worked quickly and professionally.
I especially appreciated the care they took to protect the flooring and surroundings—particularly at my office—to avoid any damage. The billing at the end was very reasonable, and I truly felt I received greater value from Temecula Valley Junk Pickup than from other junk removal services I’ve used in the past.
All in all, a seamless experience—definitely a 5-star review!! Don't forget to tip the workers. I did. They deserve it!
I’m not criticizing the crew—they were friendly, prompt, and professional. But the pricing was outrageously high. I accepted their on‑site quote because I was in a big rush and felt trapped by the pressure when they arrived. I’d been told by phone the starting price was $120, yet they ultimately charged me $468 for an amount of junk that matched what two other local companies—based on photos I sent after the job—quoted at $280 and $264.
Can I give 10 stars?! Honest, efficient, kind! I am so impressed by the great service! And now my garage is completely clean! Best feeling. Thank you, Jeff, Abel and team!

I live about an hour and a half away from the property, and I never even had to be there in person. This is my first time using a junk removal service. I typically haul old stuff the the dump myself, but wanted to try having it done. TVJPU showed up on time and had a great attitude. They seemed like really great guys. I will use them again for sure -- but would probably use them a lot more if the price was a little lower. : )

I met Isiah and Jeff and both were very friendly and easy to work with. We were able to agree on a number for the services and the scheduled day they were prompt, helpful, and fast.
