Cesar was SO helpful. It was dark and cold and our location is not easy to find. He showed up in a great mood, gave extra information on our cars and was really fast. AAA chose the right company to send out and you can tell that Cesar enjoys his work. Great customer service and we highly recommend. We are very grateful..thank you.
They run their rate by the hour so expect them to take as long as possible to run up the bill. My driver pulled over to put dolly’s on even tho we were 4 miles away, just to make sure he got that extra time. Do not go with them
One of the shadiest towing companies I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Non-responsive, rude, and uncaring. I would recommend using a vetted, and reliable towing company, not S&R. It’s almost like they go through other towing companies to source drivers, but hey that’s just a theory.
Called today to tow my truck, from California Oaks Sporta Fitness, a woman at the office said it will take an hour. I waited the hour and when they did not show up I called again, someone else picked up the call, another woman, and she gave me an excuse and asked me to wait another 45 minutes. Called again after 45 minutes, got another excuse and they asked me to wait another 45 minutes. Called another tow truck and the driver showed up in 25. I least I was decent enough to call S&R and cancel their service
Very good service. Did their best to get the job done asap. Great communication. The driver was awesome. Would gladly recommend and use them in the future.
This company (sent by AAA) lied straight to our face while we stuck on a dangerous road after a scary accident. They offered to take our vehicle somewhere safe off road as a quite “courtesy” and then drove the car only two miles and charged us close to $200. They would not take our car off truck until we paid. No explanation. Such a scam. The tow truck driver was also surprised and was actually a cool guy.
If you ever get your truck stuck in the mud or ditch these are the guys you wanna call ask for Bobby serving the Temecula area dispatch was polite and very honest
Called for service but yet they were not very professional nowhere even close to be anything like a tow service . I don't recommend this company for anybody!!!
They should be ashamed to be called a tow company!!! If I have grounds to sue . you better believe ID try to put them out of business forever....

Our driver was very nice and patient in towing our Fifth Wheel. He took great care with the handling and safety while towing. I would definitely use this company again.
I could not have had a better experience. Here’s the story, cause I really feel like it should be told.
I just moved from Texas to Murrieta California for my first year of college. Today was move in day and i drove all by myself from La Mirada. About 10 minuets away from the college, my car just shut off in the middle of the road. I called my dad who was in Texas with all the rest of my family, and he figured out some roadside assistance for me and next thing I know I’m being picked up by a tow truck. Lee, the best S & R worker ever, took my car to a shop then helped me load all my luggage on to the truck and drove me to school. He then helped me bring my bags up to my dorm room. I am so so thankful for his kind heart. Even though I was 2 hours late to check in for school, it all happened how it was supposed to happen. So Lee, you’re the best and you’re totally invited to my college graduation!
Jorge was very professional, courteous and overall just a great person. Thank you So much S & R towing you were there when I needed you, when other said NO.
They were crazy late in helping us, but thankfully I was with my best friend and belle and we were able to have one of the most radical dates of all time in the jacuzzi while we waited. Here's to blessings in disguise *clink*!
I have a Landscape Business in Murrieta. Fuel Pump went out in the work truck. When I called S&R, I told them the type and weight of my truck. They took care of it from there. They knew what type of tow truck to send and got it there as quick as they could. Lee loaded and let if off perfectly. Better than I expected. Lots of Experience.
It’s a bummer to stall in traffic and become the obstacle that slows down traffic. What a joy to see the tow truck arrive and with Bob, a truly cool human being. His great attitude and humor sure made my experience a pleasant one...
I was locked out of my vehicle and S & R Towing was dispatched. I was told it would be about 50 mins but he arrived in about 20. He had a great peraonality and was done in mins.

Lee was our driver and he was awesome. On time, courteous and patient. I had two kids in car seats and he was very helpful and patient. He was super careful with my vehicle and drove safely. I am very satisfied with my experience with S&R.
The driver showed up faster than estimated. He was courteous and well spoken. He gave me options of how my motorcycle could be loaded and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend and will use their services first if available!
I believe his name was lee? Extremely helpful and polite. Arrived 1hour ahead of the scheduled time and even gave me a lift to my destination without giving him prior notice ahead of time. Great service, VERY professional, S&R will be the first ones I call from now on if (God forbid) I need another tow service in the future. Thanks again guys keep up the great work.
Wow, where do I begin? First off, Jodie was so professional, accommodating and informative, I was simply going to write a review in regards to her before I was certain I was even going to be using this company. She offered to have one of her driver's check if my car was still on the side of the freeway, however she couldn't get in touch with him at the time. She then proceeded to give me the number to the CHP and advised me to check with them, after looking for my car in her database of course. She told me what info I would need to give the CHP as well which was helpful. What a gem she is and what an asset to the company!
Next was Dulce. I'm guessing Jodie had gone home for the day by the time I figured out I really would be needing them to tow my car home. Dulce was very sweet and accommodating. I was able to get my car off of the freeway, but that was it. She arranged for a driver to come to me, but the downside: 1-1.5 hrs later which she informed me of and asked if that would be ok. I agreed. She did say she was going to call me again as well and she didn't, but after waiting about 1 hr and 28min, I was a little irritated and didn't really feel talking again anyway to be honest.
Next is James the tow truck driver. Ok, everything (with the exception of the wait and the call back ) went so well, I figured is my driver going to be a jerk or something? Far from it, lol! I couldn't have had a better driver! I was just so relieved when he got there mainly because I was falling asleep, I was alone and it was getting dark, but James had such a wonderful personality! Hey was funny, polite, professional, clean... I was very pleased! He made everything worthwhile. Really what a nice guy and what an in inspiration! He deserves many blessings... the ones he already has and the ones coming his way! I also know it wasn't easy getting my car in through the gate and into its spot, but he did a superb job!
A special thank you to James, Jodie, and Dulce at S & R towing! I've never had an enjoyable experience with a towing company until now, lol. Hope that all made sense as I'm very tired!

I called my insurance company which directly contacted S&R to help with the towing services I needed. After going online and reading the reviews, I have to admit I was a bit concerned. I was given a 45 minute window for the driver to arrive. Within 30 minutes the driver, Lee, was here. He not only helped me get my car going but was a very professional and knowledgeable individual. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for your help!
Avoid these guys. I was stuck and needed a pull. It took 15 minutes of work. They told me they had a minimum charge of 2 hours of labor at $100 an hour. $200 for 15 minutes of work. I used Road One instead.
