Turning in all my old beer can and bottles for the last time. My old drinking ways would have me coming down here often for an extra payday. Giving it my best shot this time. Clearing house, out of sight out of mind. The first three days is always the hardest.
The two gentlemen that were working the day we went to recycle our recyclables, were super helpful in guiding us with our sorting. They offered my mother-in-law and me some water and were extremely friendly.
Not worth it if you are recycling cans and plastics. They ask for a lot of personal information and record your Drivers License information before they recycle your material.
I have been coming to this location since before it changed names to aim. I have never had a consitant 5 star customer service at plants like these. The codling is not expected but I appreciate it when it happens. This is not a hotel. They have signs posted for the coupons and the rates are on the wall in the line. Everything you need to know is posted so if you don't do it correctly they will instruct you firmly. I respect that because it makes the line take so much longer when people refuse to read the instructions and get mad when they are informed. They are trying to move things along for people so don't expect to strike up friendly conversation. They provide canopies in the line for the last 70 feet or so as your in line and there is a/c in the building. The pricing is fair for the cans and bottles I bring and I can't comment of the other prices since I have no experience. I trust this place to be exactly what it is. I will keep coming back because it’s convenient to my home.
On most days I am in and out of there which is great. The employees and nice. But I don't speak Spanish so they should speak English at least for me and the other ones that don't speak Spanish.other than that it is great. I have no problems.
No deal! brought in 8 8d agm batterie's at a weight of near 1400lb’s (lot of lead) and some heavy stranded copper wire and they gave me $86.00 not even core charge value on them at $19.00 each a battery supplier would have paid me, so no good review from me!
I started going to this recycle place after Recyclewise closed. This place is just as friendly maybe more. They always remind their customers to use a coupon, they always have cold water for their customers and have even given out tee shirts.
It took an hour to get to the scales and only 11 customers before me. Scale man hasn't been trained correctly when extruded Aluminum is anodized it not painted . I have 65 years of experience scraping metals and he had to keep asking the other guy what's up about this one what the other guy said I said the same thing to him about the metal in question but not the worst place I ever went too
I take all my recyclables here pretty much don't go anywhere else anymore it's not worth it for me to drive much further to get just a few more cents on the dollar or pound for recyclables the best friendly and knowledgeable and they can't help you learn more about your recyclables if you have questions or wondering how to get a better price

Younger Lady at the front with glasses is just ridiculous lol she is rude and has poor customer service. She takes my ID and when I tried to present the coupon, she said it was too late, because she already paid me, she still hadn't given me the money. The other lady was going to accept the coupon, but the other lady right away told her not to. I told her to give me the cans back and she got upset. If she couldn't make the coupon valid how was she able to give me the cans back? I asked her for her supervisors info she said no, I asked her for her name she said no. It's all a joke to her, why is she even employed? Lol she sucks at her job. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great experience! Came here with my son & the clerk behind the counter was very nice & friendly with me & my son. Definitely recommend this place good rates too. Make sure to scan the QR code for a coupon on the wall to get a better return
I recently visited the recycling center, and I was thoroughly impressed by their commitment to sustainability and the environment. I had an easy and overall pleasant experience here earlier today. The girl behind the counter (I believe her name was Brandi) was very helpful and friendly, and had great customer service. Overall a good pricing and I will absolutely be returning for a smooth and easy recycling day next time :)
So I’ve been coming here for a while due to the convenience of the location and the fair price they give. However today I called and they said they no longer give pricing over the phone. This is bad for business. Lady told me over the phone that I have to bring my material in to get a price. What if you guys are not the best price? I have to load up all my material just to find out the price? That doesn’t seem right. Gas isn’t cheap and, as a customer I should be able to shop around to find the best bang for my buck. These are hard times we are in and every dollar counts.
