The cars always arrive without floor mats because they get stolen; they appear one way in the photos but are delivered to you in a completely different state. The windows get smashed, and the delivery personnel damage the vehicles because they handle them without care—they seem to think that since you paid very little for them, they have no value because they are salvage cars. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

This is for Angelica the Mexican lady who was being racist and rude over the phone of course she deals with low class people everyday thinking she can treat people as she wishes just because they are tuck drivers . Watch out for this lady . Branch manager doesn’t care at all . Tried contact them and still haven’t heard from them . Horrible experience at this branch .
