Made a phone call, got a quick quote, Fernando was very friendly and informative. Arrived half an hour later and got my oil changed and car inspected promptly.

This place is great they give you an oil change for a decent price. The costumer service is why I keep coming back they’re very polite and their appearance is very professional. They even vacuum your floor board as a courtesy. This place is awesome
I highly recommend it you taking your car to this shop to do your oil change they’re friendly and do it in a timely matter the last time I’ve been there I only I can’t be waiting maybe 10 to 15 minutes to get it done. Highly recommended.
Guy is very unprofessional, was waiting for an oil change since they opened and another car comes and he helps them first and tells me I should’ve been closer so I could get help, I was the only one parked in front of your entrance how do you not know to do your job and ask a customer if they are ready. As a manager myself that is very bad customer service.
They ruined my new oil pan with gasket sealer on the bolt and they hand tightened the oil filter and left it lose. They also used regular oil instead of the Royal Purple I paid for.

What an absolute joke. I called ahead of time if they can do a Porsche Cayenne 2013 S .....guy tells me no problem. They can do it for roughly $200. I get there. I'm there for about 15 minutes ....and they come in and tell me that the drain plug is damaged..... I did the last oil change on the car myself.m, And there was nothing wrong with the drain plug ....zero... And then actually the guy tells me that they don't have the proper tool to take the drain plug off..... What a bunch of bullshit.... Colossal waste of time.....I would never go back to this place
I can't believe I felt so loved, valued, and taking care of with such great customer service. They gentlemen that helped me was such a pleasure. Plus a air freshener, wow. Quick service. I called around and was told between $90-150. Here I spent $55. Great prices and beyond premium service
I got here when it was empty and the oil change took no more than 10 min. The time before that it was the same. 5*. Only comment would be on the visit prior, they left a little residue by the drain bolt. No leaks though.
Will always go to Speedy Lube. They are very nice and very thorough. They did my oil change, replaced the air filter, checked all the fluid levels and tire pressure. They also vacummed the carpet in my car. Highly recommend them. Always do a great job! Thank you Speedy Lube!

Fast, accurate, great customer service! Didn't have to get out of the car. The people attending went over every step taking place... Definitely coming back.
Horrible. I came for oil change and tech didn't put all screws back on my skid plate. I drove back to shop because it was dragging. Manager drove my car up on ramp & taco'd skid plate. He hammered it back and put it on. Screws were still in bay. Next oil change I went somewhere else and they noted missing skid plate. I called speedy Lube. They said come in & they'll take care of it. I went in and manager looked at my car and said, "yup it's missing." He called owner and owner refused liability. As I was waiting a women complained she got an oil change earlier that morning and her e fines now leaking oil.
Go somewhere else. May be speedy but no efficient.
