These guys were absolutely amazing. When I came in on the day I was to get my flat fixed the reason why I had a donut on my car. I got cut off using a donut.... This was really bad the donuts do not like reacting to any sharp turns or turns at all. So when I got cut off I swerved trying to avoid hitting other drivers including the person who cut me off and the donut driving my back end introduce me to the center divider. I will never I repeat I will never have a donut as a spare on my car again. These gentleman were nice enough to help me unfortunately they did not have what I needed in an inventory but they were able to fix my flat patch up my rim and get me another tire until I'm able to get a whole new rim and tire for my car. I am so glad these guys were able to help. Word to the wise do not leave home without a full size spare tire..

The service there is terrible except Erick that was the person who helped me. Other workers serving other people first when I am waiting online first. I complained about that with the employees and the owner or manager came to shut up and tell me to wait for the service Meanwhile the work was already finished I tried to talk to him to tell him that it is not a way to treat customers and employees in that way but apparently the Lord has no idea how to treat a client seems that way to treat everyone .

This shop is great. I needed 2 rear tires on a Sunday morning. Not only were they open but they had my size and were fair priced. Quoted me out the door no extra bs. They told me to show up and I was in and out in 30 min. Great service, great staff, good prices. Highly recommend
I always used to come to this tire place the individual that is manager is very disrespectful to minorities he was very rude I asked him can I get a cheaper tire he said you people always asked for cheaper things he proceeded to be rude and disrespectful I pay my money all the time here and this was the second time this person was rude to me I will never be returning I will never understand people that are rude to costumers as
Tire place a little down the road is better I asked for semi used tires and he showed me tires that clearly were not gona last long. I need the tire so I told him for the more expncive option I paid 70 per tire and noticed that the once I got for 45 at the place down the street have more tire life and have been replaced 2 months ago and they look newer than the ones at jimbos tire looking for good used tires not expensive and good service go down the street to the other tire shop and they will take care of ypu and aline them correctly for your ride
Came in a pinch to have my own tires mounted and balanced. They were the only shop open after 5 pm. They did the work quick and with no resistance. they did not seem concerned about showing any sort of friendly customer service. Because I drive a foreign car they charged me about $20 more than the price that is on the sign.
Great prices and very fast. Had an irreparable flat, came in for a new one and was out in about 15 minutes. Only lost a start because they do seem to make you wait i.e. no one said hi when I drove up so wasn't sure who to talk with, I wasn't told where to pay until I asked, etc. but overall very great and will come again.
I had a nail on one of my tire so I was close by took it to get a fixed. I got charged 25. I noticed my light from my dashboard when on from my censor tire. I called them and they said they weren't responsible that they never did nothing. But the guy that changed the tire told one of his co-workers he broked the censor. I took it the following week to get all four new tires hoping they would fix or replace it for a new one They put a used one i still have the light on never went off. They don't do a good job. This was couple month ago.
These guys are the best. I'm such an inconvenient person when it comes to my car, but these guys went the extra mile and gave me a price that was more than fair. They did an excellent job of fitting my tires and aligning them. They are all very nice gentlemen and I highly recommend this place and their other location, Jimbo's Tires Too.
I went to get two used tires at first they said it was 60 for each but after he said it was 70 bc it was apparently in “better condition” also the employee Jesus stripped out one of my lug nuts. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Got to work on the tire, checking it and testimg it before I even got to the counter. Very good deal and had me out in less than 10 min. Can not say I have had service to the point and what I needed as fast as these guys did. Great.
Worst customer service. I bought a used tire and the day after woke up to a flat tire. The tire was cracked in multiple places because it was old. They did not refund me or even want to help. They said they couldn't do anything. I had the tire for less than a day!!! I highly recomend Juan's tires in perris. Went there and they were nice enough to hook me up with a new tire for half the price.
Sunday no one is open except Jimbo's tires he ordered tires had them there in less than 30mins im back on the road and I really recommend Jimbo's tires 7days a week everybody thanks
Place is small and very busy. I wouldn't recommend taking a trailer as I had a hard time coming in and out. With that said they had a used tire for my truck that no other shop had and they were friendly.
Jumbo is a badass, just needs to have better crew. If he's there you'll have the best customer service . It just takes a bad worker to mess up your business. Sorry jumbo, but you are awsome.
Came to have some tires installed , called a day before to check prices if I was to bring in some ATV tires they told me 10 dollars a tire . The day comes and I go and the guy changes it to 20 a tire. Drove up the street to this other tire shop literally a couple doors down they charged me $10 and I kept my tires . The guy was nice at least .
Best used tire business in the area. With a large selection of used tires and quick and friendly service I was in and out within 30 minutes. A few other local tire shops, which I went to first, claimed to have used tires, but didn't have any used15" tires at all.
