The staff are very knowledgeable at Pulido's Auto Repair. They performed my alignment for my Toyota tacoma 4x4 and cleared a traction control light that had come on after I hit a bump on a offroad trail. Truck rides much better. Very happy!
Work was done as promised. Staff was courteous and explained work to be accomplished in detail. Repairs completed as promised and vehicle is back to normal, working great.

The guys at Pullido's are outstanding. They service and repair my vehicle properly on the initial visits. Their warranty on a lot of their work is better than the dealership.
I went in today to get a headlight replaced and the prices are very good. I called around and they were about $70-80 under the asking price for other places in the area!! But what really set it aside for me was the over all atmosphere and the customer service!!! Right off the bat when the receptionist answered the phone she was so nice and answered all my questions as best she could with out looking at the car, mind you I had called around to other places and got a few rude people, so she was a breath of fresh air. Even once they got started on my car she was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and even the mechanic was so friendly and took the time to explain to me what they were gonna do. I had other things wrong and he took the time to do an estimate and actually tell me how it worked. It was such a nice place with great customer service! I definitely recommend. We have 3 cars in our home and I hope we don’t need them fixed anytime soon lol but if we do I definitely want to take them here!

This business gets the gold star! From the initial call to inquire on brakes to the entire process of fitting me in, and completing the work, the staff at Pulidos was exemplary. They were courteous, helpful, thorough with great follow up and communication about my vehicle and the service. They bent over backwards to accommodate me with drop off and pickup service also! AAA discount was honored and awesome 0% financing offered through Synchrony helped me to budget for the repair costs. This will be my go to shop and I suggest you give them your business as well. They won’t disappoint!
They went above and beyond on finding out that the computer on my car fail and fixed it at a very reasonable price compared to other places.
They also work on a friendly clean environment. Sure I will come back for any car service in the future.

I went in for an alignment and it turned out I needed a few more things, but to begin with they were very upfront and honest explaining the routine and whether or not I would need the alignment. I appreciate that they take the time and tell you they'll check it out and let me know other places wouldn't question why you think you need those repairs. All of the staff was super friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and I'll be going back for any repairs needed that they're able to do.
My experience with Pulidos was very positive. They go above and beyond in customer service which is a dying trend these days. Worked diligently to diagnose and repair my vehicle in a timely manner. I will definitely entrust them with my vehicle needs.
These guys don’t have a clue how to do alignments. I didn’t want to even waste anymore time trying to get them to fix it or give me my money back. Drove down to Lake Elsinore got it done right, cheaper and much less time. Told me I needed new shocks too trying to up sale me smh
Great place to get your car serviced/fixed. George in the front office is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer all of their services to you and don't try to sell you senseless services like some other mechanics. The mechanics are also fantastic! They go over everything with you and are very thorough. They offer great warranties and great prices. I will keep taking my cars there time and time again. I received a follow up call a week or so after going there just to see how their service was. These guys are truly hard working, honest and trustworthy.
Came to this place because of the high star rating. I am glad I did! Pleasently greeted by one of the family owners George who was wearing a mask. Thumbs up from me especially during this pandemic. He quoted me on a reasonable price for a synthetic oil change. They even put plastic coverings on my steering wheel, seat and pedals which even received more approval from me. I instantly felt that I could trust them with my vehicle and trust them to be honest in giving me a fair price for service. During the service they told me I needed coolant (which I suspected) and even notified me of a possible nail in my tire. After removing the metal object it turned out that it did not puncture the tubing so all was good. Although located in a remote location, this is definitely a hidden gem. Please don't come here because I want my car to be serviced right away when I need it. (smile) Keep up the good service Pulido's Family
Have been going here for years! Rhey have worked on every car I have ever owned. Have never had any issues. Real honest & hardworking. They even refunded me for work they had did because the dealer said they installed the wring spark plugs, turn out not to be true the dealer was lying. Ever since then I only trust them with my car. They do things by the book and they do it right no short cuts. I know how hard it is to find trust worthy mechanics and let me tell you Pulidos is the place to go you wont ve disappointed. Wish i could give them 10 stars.

I recommend pulido's Auto Repair to anyone. I installed the Mopar srt coils and shocks on my 2013 charger rt, and to my little knowledge of suspensions,it was difficult to get the car into the proper spec of adjustment so at Pulido's, they advised me to get the upper control arms that are adjustable to get proper wheel alignment. Witch other shops when I would ask them they would say that it wasn't needed even if the srt suspension package would lower the vehicle 1 inch in the front and 2 inches in the rear. From the mechanic's to the staff in the office, they are knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Went for an alignment. Charged me $220 which I think was too much. Said my car was old that’s why. My old car has nothing but brand new parts on it. So there were like it’s a custom alignment. So witch one is it? My car old or is it custom.
The workers here are very knowledgeable and help you understand the issues. They definitely try to help you prevent future problems too. I understand it is one of the more pricey mechanics in town but you get what you pay for and I'm happy with the service they provide. I gladly continue to trust Pulido's as my go to mechanic shop.
