I came in for an inspection for my car’s engine and leaking oil. Lorenzo , the Service Adviser , is so amazing at his job! He was so helpful and explained everything to me. He is very nice , professional and patient. I asked many questions and he answered. Thank you so much Lorenzo!
He even gave me organized paperworks about my car , with a detailed labor description and about what needed to be fixed with estimated prices , which is so incredibly helpful! I am so thankful for all of his help and his time!
I am also grateful for Khalid , the technician. I didn’t get to physically meet him or talk with him. But I wanted to mention him as well. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for your time! I truly appreciate it!

We went here today to have our Honda smogged Everybody that works here that we ran into was extremely friendly very professional very courteous If we ever need anything done to our car oil change anything like that I'll definitely be coming back here again these guys are top-notch And they take care of their customers they even have snacks sodas coffee for customers free while they're waiting for their car

My car runs great and really appreciate the whole teams effort. If you are having issues with your car I'd really suggest taken it here . Don't waste your time or money taken it somewhere else .
Although I had to take it back three times I was pleased the service I received. The place is nice and clean. All the guys there are nice and friendly.

I brought in my old audi that had been sitting for a few years and the guys at perris auto repair got her up and running. They did quality work and kept me updated on the progress. Now my audi is back on the streets and running in amazing condition!! I will definitely be back to get some regular maintenance done and i plan on bringing all of my vehicles here from now on .
Went to this shop about a year or two ago now with a very old 1987 Chevy Corvette. These people knew what they were doing and had the equipment and certifications to smog a vehicle this old making it road worthy. I plan on returning to this shop soon. It’s not cheap, but nothing is nowadays but the service and quality is of the highest caliber. The inspection they did at no cost to me gave me insight on repairs that needed to be done and gave me a roadmap to improving my vehicle. 5/5
Very friendly staff, assisted me when I had to stop on the way to a funeral and did me the favor of taking a quick look. Unfortunately the vehicle was going to need more time and I didn’t end up going through with the repair of the transmission, at no fault of them. Appreciate the professional attitude and willingness to help.

I decided to go to Perris Auto Repair Center after seeing the positive reviews online. I needed a door handle replaced on my 2016 Kia Optima. None of the local Kia dealers wld return my calls and I was not allowed to schedule my Repair request online The staff at Perris were wonderful! Lorenzo, the receptionist, walked me through all the options. Included, how long, etc.They even have a shuttle service if needed. At first, we thought the part had to be painted and I'd have to take it to a body Repair place. One of the owners/technicians, Khalid, saw a way to exchange a painted part so I wldnt have to take it to a body shop! Amazing! Saved me money and time. I'm making them my auto maintenance go-to.

Took my Honda HRV for an alignment with Perris Auto Repair since it was pulling slightly on the road. They did the job and car does not pull any longer, so they did fix that. They do a review of the suspension before and state that they charge for that if they dont do the alignment, but since everything was ok with the car, they waive the fee and only charge for the alignment. The team was very professional and friendly and even offered me a ride home since the service was going to take a bit and they had some other vehicles in line ahead. This was very convenient. They did a great job and seem to be an honest shop, which is important. Thanks to all the team there and I would return since I felt they were not just looking to push other services.

After catching a flat tire on the freeway, my car was towed to Perris Auto Repair Center and the team were able to ship and replace three of my tires within the same day. There was great customer service being updated on the status of my tire replacements and was offered food, water, and even a shuttle to wait at a different location. Definitely the place to go for your car troubles.

I needed to find a good auto repair and had been through quite a few challenges finding one. Khalid was on top of answering my questions so I went with Perris Auto. They did an awesome job and inspection. They are not pushy or expensive. Mario was great at explaining the repairs. I will definitely be using Perris Auto repair from now on and have already recommended them to my friends.
The guys at Perris auto were great. I was having AC Troubles and they got me an appt and gave a full inspection. They pointed out other recommendations but did not pressure or try to upsell me. At the end of the day I didn’t end up having them complete the repair as I discovered my car was still under warranty. They were flexible (I had already said yes to the repair and then changed my mind) and understanding. They also have a shuttle service and after hours pick up. I will be coming back if I ever need other work on my car. I feel they were honest and helpful, didn’t try to take advantage of me being a young woman and needing a lot of questions answered.
