Same thing that happen to us happened to so many other people that took their car here, paid almost $4000 to have the trans rebuilt on our 2009 Pontiac G8 GT, transmission started slipping when going from 1st to 2nd gear, other trans shop did they never programmed thr trans computer properly now couple years later have to rebuild it again smh, they obviously don't knw what they are doing
Transmission was slipping took it in they rebuilt it saying it was like new .2 months later it shifting hard took it back was told my warranty was lowered 2 only3 months because I brought it back .3 time now it's shifting bad and check engine light on saying transmission .I'm going to Amco no theses guys don't know what they are doing

Never take your car to this place I took my car there telling him what was wrong with my car he test drove my car then told me nothing was wrong With it three days later check engine light comes on my transmission is blown
I drive a 2008 Ford E350 15 Passenger Van, transmission went out completely. The first thing that came to mind is I'm screwed. Lakeside Transmission did a complete rebuild and front brakes. 60,000 miles later the transmission is still running strong. I haul a Harley Davidson and trailer, deliver materials. I'm Happy! Thank you guys for awesome job! I see you soon. Think I'm do for new brakes.
Over priced they told me $55 to $70 and I get there its $75. He told me I need new parts which I just got at the dealership. So I went to a mechanic shop around the corner and he charged me $25 so I tipped him $25 more. Don't waste your time coming here.
