Very impressed with the prompt service from this place. The tow truck was at my location 30 minutes early of the original estimated time. Alex was incredible and kept me updated. He is super knowledgeable and personable. Made the absolute best of a very difficult situation and had to work really hard to get my car out from where it was and onto his truck. He was super cautious during the whole process. He explained everything he was going to do and it worked out perfectly. Got my car safely to the Mercedes dealer. He went above and beyond. The worst tow experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Extremely rude over the phone, not professional at all not patient not flexible at all. I had some problems of coming into my gated apartment and I had to enter the code to the phone and they were allowed to come in. I saw the yellow truck coming into the gate and I was waiting outside for them. The dispatcher called me and told me that the driver was having a hard time going through the gate, but I confirmed with the dispatcher that I see the truck right now and they just have to move forward to building on the address. I missed a call when I called him back within two minutes and I asked the dispatcher where the driver was and the dispatcher said the driver was having a hard time and I confirmed the address again with him to meet me at the designated building. I don’t received a call from my GEICO insurance that they decided to Not follow through with the toe… What a waste of time honestly, it was better because with the attitude I was getting over the phone made it seem like they’re having a hard day anyway and I just don’t want any more of that negativity projected onto me. I already have enough problems with my car not working.
Mario is a great person. He went above and beyond making sure I was okay and that my car did not have any additional problems. He made the situation a lot better. I would recommend him to everyone!
Bunch of Thieves!!!! I wish I could give a Zero rating!!!My husband was in an auto accident, my car was towed by Auto Aid Towing. I went down to pick up my personal belongings out of the vehicle and was told my car was put on a 45 days investigation and to come back with the police will be the only way I could retrieve my belongings. My car finance company had found the car, which little did I know the had put out a repo on the car. The finance company had the car picked up and brought to their tow yard, who had took pictures of the vehicle as they received it. When I went to pick up my personal property in the car, from the repo man’s tow yard, all of my personal property that cost something was taken. My competition kicker 12 speaker, my kicker amp that was screwed on to the speaker and not attached to the car, my daughter’s Graco car seat, 2 watches, my husband’s earring, my husband’s CD player that was in the glove compartment and not attached to the car, my pack of air fresheners and my tire iron. They literally cleaned out my whole truck!!! Don’t trust these Thieves with your belongings at all!! I have put in claims with my finance company and made a police report as well! Next I’ll be contacting the BBB! Thank Thieves!!!
This company just pulled up to my business and threw their tire trash on my property and drove off. Please find another company to do business with!!!!
My tow experience with Auto Aide was very positive. John arrived in the biggest tow truck I've ever seen! He was professional, friendly, and took good care of my vehicle. Thanks to him, my van reached the repair shop safely.
It was the worst experience I've ever had with a tow. I got a flat tier early Sunday. The driver refused to pull his truck in an apartment complex wide enough to fit his truck. Asked me to drive the car out to the street. I told him I did not want to damage the rim, and he said, "What's difference it's already damaged! Without knowing what my car issue was. His excuse was that he did not want to block any of the other tentas in the complex. But it was ok the fact that he parked the truck in the middle of the street, obstructing traffic. Took his time lifting my car, then he was giving directions to a man, nothing to do with my issue. It took longer than it needed to. I just want to get to the tier shop ASAP!
I cannot say enough about Mario! He went over and beyond to not only make sure my truck was safely secured but that I got safely home. When I shared my fear of the freeway he took the time to take another route so I would feel more comfortable. He even made sure to put my truck in my garage so it wouldn’t be out on the street. Although I hope it doesn’t, if my truck should ever need to be towed again I will be requesting Mario for sure!!! Very much recommend to anyone who needs a tow! Thanks Again Mario!!!
7/27 I called Auto Aide at 9:17AM to find out what the fees were. I was told $388. I asked the dispatcher if that was the amount that would be good until 5pm same day. He said yes. I get to the tow yard at 3pm. Rigo radioed someone to find out the fees. $514?!?! I advised that I was told $388. The person I spoke to at dispatch FAILED to mention that the was good only until 11am which is the time my car was impounded and that the daily fee is $82. Also…. How does it go from $388 to $514 in one day? My math isn’t the best but that is a difference of $126 not $82. Dispatch couldn’t advise why I wasn’t told….. also stated that “Kevin the manager” is the only person that can reduce the fees. Kevin was unreachable.
I asked Rigo (the mechanic at the window) what time I had to pick my car up next day (today) for the fee to stay at $514…. He said 11am.
Returned to the tow company today at 10:54am only to be told the fee is now $548. Rigo FAILED to let me know that if the car wasn’t picked up on Wednesday there would be an additional $82 charged.
Rigo also advised that “Kevin the manager” (who is actually the owner) wasn’t in today again. Robert advised they are not authorized to reduce the fees. I was so advised that the tow fee was $308 and the daily storage was $248 as it’s the 3rd day. Again. My math isn’t the best but my car was towed on Tuesday. Today is Thursday. That adds up to 2 days not 3. I asked if there was ANY way to lower the fees. Apparently I was already given a half hour off discount. Woo hoo. Whatever that means?!
I asked Rigo the mechanic to please call Kevin. He said he already did but he didn’t answer. He refused to try calling him again.
My partner then asked Rigo about the car. Before Rigo could answer…. There was another employee whose name I failed to get…. Young, slim, blonde. He chimed in with an attitude towards my partner for asking a question. A question he didn’t even know the answer to. My partner had been speaking to Rigo and the young man was out of line chiming in. Words were exchanged and there were threats made as the situation escalated.
The young man though became the main aggressor the moment he stepped out of the building and aggressively stomped towards my partner making threats.
As my partner was walking to his vehicle, the young man taunted him with “ha ha I still have your car”. When I in reality it was my car.
Rigo walked out a few minutes later and stated they would not be releasing my car today and they aren’t open on weekends. “The camera sees everything” he said.
I then called Perris non emergency at 11:41am asking for a deputy to come to the tow yard. After that I called the dispatch office to see if there was any way to get my car. He then called Rigo and was told the only way would be if a deputy came to keep the peace. I asked if it made a difference at all that the young man became the aggressor by walking out of the building and towards the gate threatening my partner. Robert says “well that’s not what they say happened”. Hopefully someone looks at the camera footage….. since “the camera sees everything”.
$548 for two days?!?! You will see their definition of itemized in the picture.

Tow truck driver slammed the hood with out removing the hood rod and bend the hood. Repairs are over $3,500. The company and Driver are denying that they ever touched vehicle. After he bent the hood the tow truck driver ran to his truck and drove away. This was a Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance call. Do not ever do business with any company that will not own up to their mistakes.

Our insurance called This company to tow our car and they went to the wrong location they drove right by me. When I called them and told them that they went to the wrong location they said that they already canceled the service and they would not be able to come back(the driver was not more then 5 min away). They could not miss our van it was right in the main road. We had to wait another 45 min for another tow truck company That actually perform the job.
Bunch of crooks! Had an accident on my 2006 Yamaha dirtbike on 7/29/24!
Ambulance came and took me to thr ER due to injuries they told my friend they had to take the bike when I literally lived 3 houses down from where I went done on the street!
The sheriff's sent me a letter saying there are no charges or fine to be paid and where thr bike is being kept
I send my dad & friend today to the yard and they are talking about $1200 for 7 days that it's been there because I've been in the hospital recovering! They didn't even explain the fees per day or anything!
I knw they are just doing this so they can make money off people the bike is not even worth $1500 are you freakin kidding me and if you don't pay it they keep it and auction it smh

Had a family member in a car accident, they had some belongings we had to get. We kept calling to get her belongings and they said they can’t until we have her death certificate. I called now that she passed away for them to tell us that they sold the car with all her belongings. Which when I had call back in December the guy said her belongings will be waiting for her. Do not trust this damn company
Unprofessional, expensive, and does not care about you (customer). Please don’t waste your time to contact them. I will be filling claims with evidence to all insurance providers. Does he not realize he eats from us what a stupid owner
The best customer service in the west! Not only I received a disconed on trailer storage fees but they even helped me hooked the trailer up! They even gave me a free hitch and soda drink. And healped to connect my trailer light. Good things will come back for good people!
Terrible tow company, at least their interface with AAA and the public is. I had an appointment scheduled a day in advance. They arrived 40 minutes early when I was not yet at the tow location. I called back as soon as I saw the missed calls and let them know I'd be there soon. I arrived at 805 and my original tow time was between 8 and 9. I was not late. Instead of waiting to honor the appointment they essentially cancelled my tow without telling me, asked me to call AAA which I realized afterwards was to re-dispatch now with a 3 hour wait time. I told the Auto Aide the situation and they did nothing. This is unacceptable for a scheduled tow in which I'm essentially being punished because the driver came early and couldn't wait. I even question if they actually had a new "3 hour wait" or just didn't want to deal with me.
I called AAA, cancelled with Auto Aide and got another tow company who was available within the half hour.
My sisters car was taken here after an accident. She primarily dealt with a man name, David. Not only was he rude and not helpful over the phone, but he was even worse in person; which I got to witness. We ended up talking to another associate because David thought it was ok to talk down to us and raise his voice. He also felt it appropriate to slam the service window I our face several times. I don't know how this place is still in business. If he is not the owner, the owner should fire him, David clearly does not know how to talk to clients. If your car ends up here be prepared to get extremely frustrated. I would also recommend filing a complaint with the BBB which I will be doing next.
Being stranded can be stressful. And I was very stressed. Luckily I had the pleasure of Daniel coming to help me tow my 1970 VW bug to my house. He was very helpful super nice and knowledgeable on how to handle my vintage car. If I would ever need a tow again I would definitely call Auto Aid and ask for Daniel. Super cool guy!
Don't use these clowns , I have a low profile car and he's telling me it will scrap . It won't matter since you already have bumper scratches, what a joke .
Had a piece of our equipment stolen and recovered by sheriffs. Unit was impounded at Auto Aide Perris. I worked with Kevin at that facility. He was very professional and worked with me and my company. He was great highly recommend.
