Unfortunately, I needed a tow this morning, and I was fortunate that G responded. AAA contacted Wind and Sea towing. Original time was 85 minutes but G called me 10 minutes after the request that he was 10 minutes away. He was extremely professional and informative throughout the process. He had the truck cooled and ready for me to sit in comfortably while he loaded my vehicle, and he ensured it was safely delivered to the shop. In fact, the shop even complimented G on his excellent service. If I ever need a tow again, I sincerely hope G is the one who comes to help!

I had a 5+ star experience with this towing company! G was my driver and he was amazing! I was terrified broken down on the side of the 60 freeway and when he showed up I immediately relaxed. I had my dog with me who was also terrified. G was SO sweet, compassionate, professional and helpful. AAA Roadside dispatched this company, Wind and Sea Towing, and I really lucked up getting G as my driver! I highly recommend this company, and ask for G to be your driver. He is amazing!
I was in a car accident yesterday. AAA sent wind and sea towing to pick up my car. They got there faster then AAA said the would. I did have to leave to go to urgent care to make sure my injuries were not major. My husband stayed with my car and said there service was great, and that the tow driver was genuinely concerned for my well being. They followed up with me that night to check if I was okay. I was shocked as no tow person has ever done that. I want to thank them again for there superb customer service and there concern for the well being of there customers. Definitely would recommend them if you live in area.
I had an excellent experience with Wind & Sea Towing! After my AAA roadside assistance request, they arrived in less than 30 minutes to tow my truck. Mario, the technician, was outstanding—he was professional, safe, and very attentive throughout the entire process. After getting home around 3 AM, tired and ready to crash, I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I was stressed and didn’t know what to do, but I called AAA, and Wind and Sea Towing came to the rescue.
Angel showed up and was super kind, professional, especially considering the early hour. He got me back into my car quickly, and I was so relieved.
Honestly, he deserves a bonus or something for being willing to wake up and help someone out at that time of night. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing service—thank you! 10/10!
Best Tow Service Ever.
My car alternator completely crapped out on me while I was off-roading near Joshua Tree. Luckily I was able to make it back to the town on just my battery’s juice. Anyways parked my car in a parking lot and drove the 127 miles back home to OC, as we had another car in our group that could take our whole crew back and it was already 2am at this point.
Fast forward to the next day and I’m calling AAA for a tow thinking I’m screwed and I’ll have to drive all the way back out there.
Well I lucked out big time getting connected with Wind N Sea Towing. Not only did they accept my 127mile tow request at 8:00pm but they also told me that I could save myself the trip out there as long as there was a way to get them a key. Well luckily I keep a spare hidden outside the car for emergencies and boy that came in clutch.
They were honest and true, towed my car all the way back to my house safely, nothing missing from inside. They’re a great crew and very friendly and understanding. If I ever need a tow again out there, and hopefully I never do, I know who I’m calling.
Called AAA because we had a flat tire and they sent the order to wind and sea towing, after a couple issues and a cancelled order I called and the guy at wind a sea was soooo helpful and understanding and dispatched a driver for us ASAP and took care of everything for us. Very grateful!!
Yesterday, I got a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y, and I want to give a huge thank you to Cody, the flatbed truck driver from Wind & Sea Towing. He was one of the kindest and most professional people you could hope to meet!
Not only was he efficient, but he also immediately put us at ease, especially since we were in an unfamiliar area and unsure of what to do. We felt incredibly lucky that he came to our aid. The moment he started backing up his flatbed truck, I knew things were about to get better.
Cody transported our car and took us to a local Pep Boys. His truck was spotless, and he even reminded us to be careful getting in and out. He was quick, courteous, friendly, and professional in every way—handling our car as if it were his own. His safe and confident driving, along with his impressive maneuvering skills, showed just how experienced he is.

I'm sure that the drivers are great, when they do show up. The office / dispatch is real problem. They take calls from AAA and claim 30 min and then call me directly to tell me 30 min. Still never show up. AAA should terminate their contract.
Would give 0 stars if i could. These guys are scammers. Replaced a brand new battery. Called the manager who was extremely rude and did not resolve the situation. Don't know how they got AAA approved.
I called AAA and was told 1 hr for a flatbed and the driver arrived withn the hr and got me to the dealership prior to appointment. Zack the driver was very pleasant, knowledgeable and careful hooking up my vehicle. I would recommend based on my experience.
Kudos to my tow truck driver who helped us get out of some terrible weather and get our car home safely. He went above and beyond to get to us quickly. Wish I remembered his name but it was a AAA assistance call. Thank you again. Great job!
I’ve never written a single review but this experience was terrible. Called AAA they send wind and sea towing, what a dream.
The original driver was pretty cool he knew I was over 50 ft off the road and just backed on up to my truck.Started to wench me out. Later on while wenching me out he gets stuck. Within minutes he tells me somebody is going to pull him out with a 50 foot wench. I asked them to pull me forward a bit so I was 50 ft off the road and could pull me out aswell. It instead of doing that he told me it was a 200,000$ vehicle and he didn’t want to damage it.
1. You pulled up and connected to my truck so why not finish the job.
2. Why start the job if you’re just going to leave me hanging.
3. Had the opportunity to pull me out getting a client out of a bad situation and decided they needed more money instead and had to stick to their schedule leaving me stranded.

We had a flat tire but were able to get to a safe place. We called AAA and they connected us with Wind & Sea. They arrived within the time frame stated. Once the tech arrived he realized that the hole in the tire was too large to fill with air so we could drive to get it repaired. He then called for a tow truck. The tow arrived earlier than anticipated and quickly got the car up on the lift. He drove us to the tire shop and was courteous and friendly.

Update: they accepted the call from AAA knew good and darn well that they couldn't take the call after waiting 2 hours they canceled. Please find another tow company you guys so you don't waste your time. I don't know what kind of games they like to play
The worst service ever seen in my entire life!! They scheduled my towing for one hour and forty five minutes but they did not arrive, then they added another forty five minutes and did not arrive, no communication at all so I called them directly because they were sent by AAA, this time they got me on hold for another thirty five minutes and they said the driver was on his way about 20 minutes arrival time. Again they never showed up, when I called again they told me it will be another hour!! When I complained about it they cancelled my call!! So they got me waiting for four hours and at the end they ignored my service call. I have never seen a business so unprofessional. Good advice, stay away from this company. I hope AAA takes note of this.
In my experience most tow companies are a nightmare to deal with due to their greedy, shady, unethical business practices and behavior. But Wind n Sea is the worst. I slid off the road and into a dirt embankment with a large rock on the way up to Big Bear and broke my front wheel and my airbags went off. So I called AAA and they dispatched a Wind n Sea tow truck. When they got there I told them I wanted it towed to my friend's cabin that I was headed to. The driver told me that he could not tow it there and it was the law that if the airbags are deployed, it MUST be towed to their yard and I had no choice. He then told me not to worry, it would be free. So at this point, according to the driver, my choice was to either leave my car on the side of the road until it gets impounded by the police, or have it towed to their tow yard free of charge until I am able to have it taken to a mechanic. So I begrudgingly let him tow it to their yard. Two days later after being put on hold for over 10 min I finally spoke to whomever answered the phone. They told me that to get my car i would have to pay over $1000. I mentioned that their driver told me it would be free of charge and that I was forced to have it towed there and he didn't care. Then he told me that it would actually be over $1200 to pick it up. $1200 for TWO DAYS!!
Clearly this place is running a huge scam extorting people who are at their mercy. So if you are able to avoid doing business with this place you will save A LOT of money and problems.
One rarely, maybe never needs a tow for fun reasons. Nor is it ever the best thing to happen. It was a long day for me, I was headed back from a morning of saying goodbye to my cat at the vet's office and doing a quick errand for work. Of course when you least expect it, a tire starts to make that hissing sound and you know you're going to be stuck for a while. I managed to get off the dirt road and pull over, call AAA and get things started.
We had 2 Wind & Sea Towing reps check on us. The first was to see if he would be able to help us, but couldn't (still very kind to make a stop and verify).
My car is a hybrid, no spare tire, AWD and the rear was flat.
We waited a little longer for the next tech who was able to load us up and drop us off. We immediately got a water offered to us, a nice chat that kept my mind off from the day ahead and quick, courteous and assuring help to our next stop. I have nothing but the best to say about the service we received. Thank you!
OMG they said it will be 60mins but when I said I need the tow ASAP, because I need to get my meds then they arrived in 20mins just as they promised. Thank you very much. You made Mt day. Thank you for being 5star today. God bless
This guys are not a business. They went from one hour to never showing up. It’s incredible. Not only that. We called, and the person had the audacity to tell us to hold on and never answered back. Not a business to be recommended
If I could give them a 0, I would. Wind and Sea Towing was so bad that I refused to do business with them. I filed a complaint with AAA. AAA arranged for another tow truck company after i complained about Wind and Sea Towing. The other tow truck company got a call from someone impersonating AAA and they canceled the other company's tow.
My guess is that Wind and Sea Towing illegally impersonated AAA and fraudulently canceled the other company's tow, which made my tow be delayed to a total of 5.5 hours.
AAA claims they never canceled the tow with the other tow truck company. My opinion is that Wind and Sea is run by people who have no morals or ethics.

I called AAA and they said the tow truck driver would be here at 9:30 am. Wind and Sea arrived at 12:00 pm - that' a 4.5 hour wait. I refused because i filed a complaint against them with AAA and they arranged a tow with Desert Tow who were professional and on time. I filed the complaint after I called them asking why they were late. They wouldn't answer and immediately put me on hold indefinitely without coming back. After 5 minutes of being on hold I would call back and again instead of speaking to me, they would put me on hold and never come back. They did that over and over to me. They never wanted to explain to me why they were late. Then they lied saying AAA never told them about my tow. Plus, they lied to AAA about being able to honor the ETA, which clearly they had no intention of honoring.
IN MY OPINION, WIND AND SEA TOWING IS ONE OF THE WORST TOW TRUCK COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HORRIBLE.
Scam! Don’t use this company! Dirty place and $530 for “2 days” when it was actually hours, from way late night to the next afternoon. Shady and Dirty place! Avoid at all costs. If I could prove they rummage through your car, I would post to all social media outlets. Don’t let your car get towed here for any reason whatsoever! I’d rather sit in a jail cell than have to worry about dealing with this “company”.
They ruined my car, tried to say it was my fault, I threatened to sue, got AAA involved. AAA looked at my case and said this tow company was 100% at fault for destroying my wiring harness and AAA paid me the cost of repairs and said they would worry about collecting the money from these scumbags
I had AAA send me out in order for me to send my car to a auto repair shop. They sent me a text message stating wind and Sea Towing would be the ones coming out. Fortunately for me they were Towing it from my residence to the auto repair shop. I received a text message stating that they would arrive in 55 minutes. They finally arrived 2 hours later. They said they were super busy and I can understand in that industry. The driver was very professional and delivered my truck to the repair shop with no problems. Cheers
Allen, my tow truck driver was awesome. He took his time with my Porsche Boxster and even dropped it right in my garage all while taking care to not cause any damage. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
Had to get a tow after my car decided to take a shit randomly after an already long day of course car issues make it worse. Luckily my tech was super helpful and nice and was easy to talk to on the ride to the shop I was getting my car fixed at. Cody if you see this or your boss sees this please let Cody know he’s the shit lol. Thanks Cody. Will keep these guys in mind next time I need a tow hopefully it won’t happen but nice to know these guys were super helpful and knowledgeable and funny
