Me and my family had a tire blowout on the 215 freeway. We called a couple of different towing companies, and Brothers Towing was able to come out the fastest and the most affordable. They're flatbed tow truck was able to tow our three family members and our family dog. the inside of the flatbed tow truck was clean, smelled great, and they both had great customer service. I am a very patient, honest, and very forgivable person… but oh boy! This truck driver yelled at me telling I am stealing my own things from my own car ! How unreal is that! ? I yelled at him back to call a cops on me if he believes that I am a thief, u know what he said? I’m a b word ! Save yourself some trouble pls stay away from this garbage business, I read the reviews from other site and apparently there is a Trend from towing drivers and receptionist, all em think that they are above everyone else! U don’t want to feel like a loser in the middle of stress from accident/towed car/broken vehicle etc..bc that’s exactly how I felt when I literally I just got into accident which I know the guy can tell by the looks of my car and yet he chooses to be rude, garbage and gross to their own customer! How amazing that is ! I hope one day this business goes down !
I called the first Google business that popped up for heavy duty towing. That business couldn’t do it, so he referred me to Pat at Brothers Towing inc. My man was extremely personable and noted he just had his brand new F250 detailed, but agreed to get my truck off of a silty, narrow pathway half way up a mountain side on the verge of rolling into a canyon. Believe me, the Pucker Factor was there, 3 fold. The ranch hands on the farm that this truck was stuck on wouldn’t touch it. Pat didn’t think twice, but took one look and said “we don’t say we can’t” and laughed. So Pat and his employee Wyatt took me up the mountain without a complaint. And about an hour later pulled my truck out of it’s impossible position and only had smiles and humor the whole time. I highly recommend using these guys. Very personable, professional and reasonable with their price. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Here was my truck before they pulled it out for reference.
They said we can't come tow someone from ur private property unless there's a Sheriff there in case someone gets mad. has anyone been nice to u for towing their car? Lame. Just didn't want to come out in the rain.
We had to go pick up my daughter's car after it was stolen. It's a shame that you have to pay so much to get it out when it was stolen ugh. Don't know if that's the tow company or fair pricing but it still sucked. The tow guy was pretty cool though, guess that's a plus
I’m so thankful for this company! I was back and forth between State Farm AAA and ford road side assistance for 5 hours in the middle of the night stranded on the freeway. everyone kept cancelling on me. Cathy made sure that my situation was taken care of immediately when I called. A provider was sent to me and came ON TIME as soon as possible. Also kept me updated and gave me great advice for contacting towing in the future.
These guys helped to save my bad morning. The service was quick and professional and priced very well in comparison to the companies where I’m from. Allison was very nice and made me feel a lot better about being a dummy and parking where I shouldn’t have. If I ever have a breakdown or troubles in this area again these are the guys I’m calling!
Courteous and professional. I had Brothers Towing move an 8x8x24 truck box for me and place it a rather awkward spot. The driver was awesome! And the price was less than half what the competition wanted. I highly recommend them.
These people are rude and that lie I tried to pay half of my bill and give them my pink slip to my car because it's totalled so they put a Lean on it so now I have to pay 75 a day and the tow I had AAA coming out to get my Jeep but they get there to late. don't ask this company for any thing they like to lie and not to work with you if you don't have all the money and tells you that you have 30days before they do anything the Jeep was there for one day. And I guess the chp didn't hear my brother tell him that a tow truck was on its way.
They didn't want to tow a Abandon vehicle on my property. They want their signs up.... So I Call the different company.
The lady on the phone seem very rude. The Driver that showed up was more Intrested looking for their own signs. An didn't care about the abandon vehicle.

Car broke down last night and this company was there in less than 15 minutes. Usually would have to wait an hour plus with road side assistance. Driver was professional and caring. Will go to them for all my towing needs in the future.
Today, a Brothers Towing flatbed rig pulled perpendicular across double yellow, block three of four lanes. Southbound cars were forced to cross double yellows, into oncoming traffic! I witnessed ten cars somewhat safely pass. No caution, no care, no thought about this possible death trap!

These guys basicly stole my car broke down on the street so sherifs called them in to get me home. I get home ran inside tk get the guy his 220 for the tow that wasnt farther than 3 miles . Came back out with the money to no tow truck insight.. called in to the office imediately to be told it was now going to cost 400 $ i didnt have couldnt get to work anymore thannnks t pool the no car situation. the bill keeps going up now over 2500 basicly got a ride homd that cost me my car an 08 infinity g37
If I could rate this a ZERO I would! One of the tow truckers by the name of Rubert has the worst costumer service. He is so disrespectful and charged me an extremely high price. DON'T hire them! Unless you want to be treated like a animal and screamed at with the most utter disrespect.

Horrible! Very rude my mom was in a accident and we came to pick the car up. Pulled into the parking lot and Mr Bigshot comes running out yelling at us to park on the street. I let my mom out park on the street. As we’re walking back he practically pushed my mom out the way to get through the door. I said sir can you please give her a second to get out of the way she’s just been in an accident! He didn’t even acknowledge me. Please avoid this place at all cost!
Had a wonderful experience are Big Rig was broke down . Our insurance company called for us to be towed , after 1 hour & 20 minutes of waiting. We called Brother's Towing, they were there within 25 minutes . Great experience ! Thank You Brothers Towing

I did tap my horn to get his attention and as the driver I motion by moving my hand forward as the Driver locked eyes in his mirror ..I saw him look at the truck behind me and he pulled forward ..As I was putting my change in my wallet ,Sean buckled up I placed the Van in drive to pull forward AND AS i LEFT BUT NOT ALLOWED TO i WOULD HAVE THANKED THE DRIVER... Instead the drive backed his truck up rapidly in front of me and parked...boxing me in . I then asked him what was wrong and that's when he he began to threaten to Kick my Ass...Now I should have left it there but again I could not move! Again the driver (who out weighed me by 250lbs. With more threats yes I got out of my Van and said to him"Here I am now what you going to do" He didn't like that so again he started to spew forth threats but no action. Then the attendant came out yelling at me..The gas attendant was upset that he misunderstood when Sean asked for 14.00 just needed a little to get home and the attendant charge Sean $40.00 Sean caught the mistake before pumping the Gas and the attendant refunded the difference...So now I have 2 people screaming at me telling me they are going to now "Beat me up" so high school...They truck behind me finished with his fueling and we left...Don't care how old I get or how sick I get someone threatens me bring it on...You threaten me then throw a punch or shut your pie hole!
secretary is very rude, yelled at my boyfriend for coming back in to ask a question before we left, rolling her eyes, very blunt, get someone in the front who represents your company better, it’s pathetic.
Very unprofessional I saw one of the drivers towing a car down the street with the front steering wheel turned and drove unsafe the tow driver didn’t care at all until it hit the center divider from the street

Brothers towing was the towing company that the Riverside county sheriff's department used to tow my vehicle.
I was in a car accident on June 1st, rear ended and spent a week in the hospital. I got out on the 7th, to recover at home, and apparently On June 9th, these dirtbags put a fu*kn lien on my vehicle. My insurance company ended up handling the situation with these f'n blood suckers. I would never use this towing company willingly. F-U Brothers towing in Perris.
