My back brakes went out on me, i was able to safely pull into a plaza, I looked up tow company's and called J&Js, by far the best price and Chris, my tow truck driver came in 10min, I am so grateful. Definitely call them! Chris was very helpful and im so thankful for his help..no doubt about it, call J&Js!.

I talked to him a month ago about loading some equipment for us at an auction 1850 miles from us. I texted him the day before he said yes sounds good. We had a little trouble getting a truck and had to push him an hour. He came an hour later just like he said he would got it loaded took pictures did extra to help it get strapex safe. Wish I had a nice story to tell unfortunately I don’t. I called because I ran out of gas and needed my car towed less than a mile. He shared it would be $75, only for him to get there and inform me he could not tow it. I was charged $85 for $10 worth of gas. Never again.

I needed a tow and Chris helped me out. He made sure my car didn't receive any damage from this tow and took care of my vehicle. This service was quick and efficient. I first called West Tow Inc for a tow to take my car from Perris to BMW of Murrieta they wanted to charge me Double of what J&J Towing charged me, Driver was very nice and secured my car perfectly to the Tow truck. I called because I needed a jumpstart, the guy who answered the phone was very polite, gave me an estimate of how much and how long it would be and within 30 mins they came out and got my car started. Great company will definitely be using for any future issues! Quick, convenient, fair pricing, and great customer service.
Driver was reliable on time courteous if I break down again I will use the same company. Beats big companies. I rather go for the Smaller but better companies
Chris was my driver and was very professional and had great customer service: He was kind enough to put my vehicle into the driveway and not just leave it parked in the street. From the time I called and had my car dropped off at my location it took less than an hour. Also price can’t be beat. I will definitely use J&J towing in the future.
