Had service from this company yesterday, and I was so impressed with the delivery, the competency, and the courtesy of the mechanic. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she took time to answer all my questions, and got me quickly on my way. I hope I nor anybody has a car break down but if you do, I highly recommend Mohica towing.

I had forgotten about this place but I was recently harassed by one of their employees for a review almost 4 years old. This place is terrible!! They stole my mother 2006 Honda Odyssey and would not return it even though local police said I could take possession of the vehicle as my mother was not able to retrieve the vehicle and I was the only person who was able to obtain her vehicle. They forced my mom to leave work early to retrieve her minivan and charged her an arm and a leg times 4.

I was no ordinary tow. it was complicated and I got myself into it so there could've been albeit deserved, degrading side comments but there werent. these guys (people) were professional, very personable,knowledgeable, and reasonable. good looking, well kept,connected, totally fearless, cool. they are the ones.

Mohica towing guys are the best! Always super friendly, timely, and helpful. As a young woman with a lot of car problems, they always make me feel safe and accommodated for.

Daniel was very professional & we have had 3 previous help with dead batteries & towing jobs. Every driver was excellent even in late afternoon @ 120 degrees.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I was lied to and scammed. DONT EVER TRUST THIS PLACE THEYLL LIE AND KEEP YOUR VEHICLE. THEY CANT COMPLETE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A TRIPLE A TOW. AGAINST TRIPLE As authorization, and what was initially verbally agreed upon, they stole and impounded my truck when all I wanted was it towed from one residence to another . Don't ever use this company! Scammers and liars. ZERO STARS.

I was stuck in the mountains, and after being refused service by a competitor, Mohica really came through for me! They showed up quickly, got me out quickly, and were very professional. I hope I don't get stuck again, but if I do, I'll call them first!

I have many experiences with Mohica--all of them very positive! Mechanical failures, dead batteries, the staff often goes above and beyond. I even had their owner drive me to an auto parts store for a new battery! Highly professional and highly recommended!

Customer service was horrible. I asked to pay out of pocket but I had to be there at the vehicle. Couldn't! No way around it. Mr Jesse Sir you lost my $110 to Southwest de volada they helped me out. Was able to give me good service and within 25 min I got it taken care of. I'm sure to others they helped y'all out but one of the young lady dispatchers even hung up on me. Not cool. Called back like 6 different times and mgr wasn't even available. If you aren't with your vehicle and no proof of ownership or can't pay over the phone? God help you.

Wow, great service by Chris! He found out my old battery had cracked and leaking. Cleaned it all up and put in a new battery. So very thankful for his help.

I went to mohica towing when my best friend's car was totaled we came to see how bad it was... Our insurance company is taking forever but they allowed us to go to the car, get all of our belongings and even brought us water cuz it was really hot. They are AAA provider but as I live in Palm Desert I'm sure if I needed a toe it would not be them but my experience with them was a good one

Horrible experience with Mohica i honestly dislike them why? Because they have the rudest employee ever the employees are unprofessional,very rude , and with an attitude I don't know what the problem but apparently its not the the first issue but multiple time of them disrespecting people plus they have some employees that they are raises so no horrible experience ever he even wanted to fight my brothers in my property like excused me sir!!!!! No i dislike them !!

I bought a truck that ended up breaking down far away from where I live. These guys where so awsome an helped me tow it somewhere safe they even helped me get it started up. I highly recommend these guys best tow company I’ve ever delt with thank you!

I didn' catch the guy's name, but i was rescued by Mohica towing and i've been h0me about an hour now. I was locked out of my 2011 Cadi at the gas pump and it's VERY difficult to get into this make and year without breaking a window. The guy worked Carefully to not break a window for 45 minutes. He got some on-the-job training and greatly increased his value as an employee to Mohica Towing as far as i'm concerned. The 2011 CTS has interior doorlock buttons and should never allow the driver to lock the door with the electronic keyless entry device in the car but this time IT DID. the guy was able to fully pull the interior door handles and push the unlock buttons from outside the car with a heavy wire, but they wouldn't work and the car was locked inside as well as outside. WEIRD! At 30 minutes I had already assumed my car was going to wind up an insurance claim and i was ready to essentially make like a trapped coyote and gnaw my leg off to get out of the trap. The guy won me over and after another 15 minutes got into the car, but i'll never say How ; )

Very kind and professional driver. Made me laugh anddd he helped carry my groceries. My car breaks down fairly often (especially for a Prius!) and they’ve helped me a couple of times. Very professional and accommodating every time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t trust this company. They apparently hire people that will drive you off the road. How is it that the same driver tries to drive into my car, causes me to drive into a part of the freeway that has no shoulder (there’s a drop on the side of the road with no shoulder), and THEN do it again when exiting the freeway?! This company seems to hire people that will force you to need their services by almost crashing into you AND drive you off a road without any safe access to avoiding it. What a disgrace!!!! Already called the office about this, I’ll be calling again to talk to the manager.

The friendly owner greeted to me at their office front. It was only 3:30. Was told they are closed for the day and come back tomorrow. The. Official buainess hour was 5. Plan your trip early of the day or in the morning if you wish to get your towed vehicle off the facility to avoid additional parking storage fee.

Everyone is super. Quick, friendly. The owner is a nice guy and may be willing to work with you if your vehicle is being stored due to reasons not of your doing..

Stranded and hopeless, that is what I felt before giving Mohica Towing a call. Three other "Heavy wreckers" turned me down, because my rig is so unique, but Mohica did not, they worked really hard and towed my HEMTT cab swapped 5-ton truck to safety using the coolest triple axle peterbuilt ever. Thanks for saving the day Mohica!

If I could give you a negative 10 review I would the woman on the phone should take a course on customer service that would be appreciated. She never let me talk and was so disrespectful in her tone I let my insurance company know not to do business with these people. So nasty and rude.
