The guy who sold me the battery wouldn't install it. I had to find a shop open after 5 pm to install it. Will not buy here again

Great place for your automotive quick things or repair. We've been doing both and OReilly has had all the parts and oil..etc that we needed. 1 guy didn't really know very much about anything.. but overall the employees there are very knowledgeable. There's a lady that works at this place, she's knowledgeable! Nice to see

Went into the store (Ramon - Date Palm) and was greeted by Armando who helped me choose window wiper blades and offered to install for me. What a treat. Kind and courteous…

Everyone was wonderful and Janelle went out of her way to help us find what we needed. I highly recommend shopping here first because they seem to know alot and will solve any problem you may have

Our car indicated the motor oil was low, since we were from 2 hours away from Cathedral City, we thought it’s a good idea to fill motor oil right away. We went to O’Reilly, and salesman Raphael was so helpful and friendly, he recommended what kind of oil we should buy, even offered to refill oil for us. Raphael was so wonderful, we had a great experience in O’Reilly, from now on, O’Reilly will be a place to go. Thank you so much Raphael, you made our day. 👍😄

The Dexron 6 (GM) ATF is cheap here, I think cheaper than Carquest, and AutoZone. I couldn't find a gallon jug at Walmart so it's basically cheaper than Walmart too! It was $37 at CarQuest.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even took out my old battery and installed a new one in my 1981 F150 pickup truck.

Phenomenal experience. First of all, I have owned my vehicle for over 2 years. I needed to replace my wiper blades but didn't know what I needed. Ryan was exceptionally knowledgeable about cars in general and was able to steer me in the right direction. He also put the wiper blades on for me! He even informed me that I had a rear wiper blade and showed me where to go to activate it. It's tucked up under there and I had no idea it existed. 😅 anyway, Ryan did all of this for me in the desert heat without making me feel like an idiot. Thank you O'Reilly auto parts for hiring such an awesome employee. I will be back for anything car related and I'll be spreading the good word too.

Had the best service today , two individuals which I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of fully but I believe it was Jessica and a male whose name starts with an A helped me with a busted brake light . Amazing service went out of their way to help me out and I’m so appreciative for it ! Great store and amazing customer service !!! 10/10

I went to 3 different auto stores last week looking for a fuse for my car and finally I came to O'Reilly's and I'm so grateful for the two men who assisted me. I am 5 months pregnant and stressed out my car isn't working because I needed this fuse ... Nobody had it and could find it ... But these men Abraham and Christian (yes I read their name tags.) were determined. They even called Ford for me to get the price. I'm so grateful. Thanks guys and great work. We need more helpful people like u around. Stay kind.

The assistant manager is awesome!!! He got my back headrests down in my car so that my convertible top would work again....so very grateful!!!

Great customer service. The guy at the counter , he believed me instead of the book, and sold me right parts. Even though his boss wasn't on deck with it. thank u, u saved me money and repeated returns.

Went for brake lights for my 2015 Ford Focus after 830am on my way to work. They were busy but CHRISTIAN C was soooo very helpful to me and I was on my way to work in 30 min. Thank you O' Reillys and CHRISTIAN C! Only place I go for car care needs.

Don’t shop here if there’s a possibility you may need to return purchased items. First instance, lug nuts (that cost $110) didn’t fit my truck like they said they would, and when I went to return the box, they actually told me that they don’t even sell that item!! They had to pull the lug nuts from the back and now they don’t stock them!?! Even with receipt and on same day. Year later (today) I go to return some headlights that were wrong size. Still in sealed packaging with receipt and my credit card I used to make the purchase. What do they say…? That’s not the receipt for the headlights. Seriously?!?!! Zero care about their customers and service that is flat out insulting.

Big shout Out to Trini and Jamie there customer service is Excellent, my friend and I were stranded and they went above and beyond to give us great customer service. They explained how there business is better than Autozone in detail. I am now committed to the O'Riley store and there brand because of these two awesome ladies.

Jessica went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. My battery had died and I need it replaced. Without any questions she sprinted into action to check inventory and replace the battery herself! I truly appreciate your help today. Great leadership and customer service.

Francisco really helped me out. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, and didnt hesitate to help fix my issue. I was having a bad day and he turned it around. He is a huge asset to O’Reilly's. He deserves a raise!

This place has a great variety of inventory. There was a girl working there that I cannot remember her name... The morning of Halloween. She was happy and super not just knowledgeable but went out of her way to help me find and carry everything I needed. She made my day! She was thorough and followed up on some extra items I needed when they came in.

I was the only other person in the store other than the sales associate and she assisted me after I asked for help. She seemed to be knowledgeable about their products. Although they didn't carry what my vehicle needed she suggested competors. I would go again much more friendly than that competitor.

I have been an Auto Zone patronizer in previous cities that I have lived. My one buying experience at the Auto Zone nearby this O'Reilly store led me to try a nicer looking store. I am glad I did because not only is the store much better organized but the people working there are much more service oriented and friendly. My new home in Palm Springs has given me the opportunity to spend my money at a new auto parts chain and that will be the O'Reilly store on Ramon. Keep up the good job you are doing here because I am a loyal shopper when I like the location and I am treated right! Oh and their online shopping for store pickup is good too compared to "the other store" I mentioned herein.

Had to get a new battery tonight. Alexander waited on me. He is very kind and caring. His customer service skills are 5 star. He went beyond to help me. He's a keeper for your business.

I am traveling from another state on business when my alternator started to whine and overcharge. The O Reillys team stepped up and found the correct replacement, then directed me to the store that had it on the shelf. We swapped it in the parking lot. They found my original purchase information on there computer and honored the life time warranty. I was back on the road in less than hour after the problem occured. I cant thank them enough. Its nice know this store has got my back no matter what state I traveling through.

Make sure to request a manager for your auto parts needs at this location. There's a high turnover of employees, and the new employees still dont know how to use the computer system properly, or know which car parts are which. I really appreciate how nice everyone is though. Thank you!!

Good store but needs help in the personnel department. Clients walk in and are barely acknowledged by y employees. If they're helping a customer they seem to move at a slower pace. And if they're not busy with a client they go to the back and you can hear them giggling. Poor service.

On my own for the first time in 28 years, navigating car parts as a woman isn’t fun. Thank goodness for the kindness of the employees at O’Reilleys !! Needed to change a headlight, and he walked me through it. Didn’t do it for me, but guided me to make sure I did it right. . I wish I had the name of the employee who helped me. Thanks for making me feel like I wasn’t stupid and that I could do it myself. It’s the little things that help, and they are the most important.
