Johnny took away two extremely heavy objects I “inherited” when I bought a condo. I could barely budge them. He came the day after I contacted him and was right on time. Very friendly guy and strong! Price was extremely reasonable. Always nice to deal directly with the owner of a locally owned business. I highly recommend him!

Johnny was quick to return my call. We scheduled at time for pickup. He was on time. Courteous and nice to talk to. He worked fast. There were some things he could not take due to the chemicals so he gave me places to take them. He even called to make sure they still took them. I highly recommend him. They were very responsive and when they realized the job was larger than we originally thought they brought in some additional help and really helped us get the job done in a timely fashion. Was Low Desert Hauling Junk Removal Service the least expensive option out there? No, it wasn't. That said, I would definitely use them again. Fast, professional, and on-time, they did a fantastic job clearing out all the junk we had waiting for them to haul, and they even took the time to clean up the area after they finished moving everything. Super responsive communication, too - I called them on Sunday after hours, and they picked up the phone and scheduled the pickup for Tuesday morning. That's great service. Sure, you can probably find "somebody with a truck" who will be cheaper than Johnny and Low Desert Hauling Junk Removal Service. However, if you are looking for a true professional, who will do the job exactly as advertised, on time, quickly and professionally, look no further. Edit: I used these guys a second time and my experience was just as good as the first. Punctual and professional, answers the phone after hours, and even cleaned up our side yard after hauling away the items. You can't go wrong with Low Desert Hauling.

My brother recommended Low Desert Hauling to me when he moved and needed stuff removed from his old house. I called and spoke with Johnny who had an opening the next day, he was friendly and informative about the services he provided. I was told he would be there to remove the items requested between 8 and 9am and that he would send pictures to verify. I received a text from him right before 9am that things were taken care of and I was sent before and after pictures to ensure the items were removed. I know I’ll need more items removed once I get back to finish up, and I will definitely use and recommend Johnny with Low Desert Hauling again.
