I had an unexpected tire blowout while driving west on I-10 the other morning, which left me stranded on the side of the freeway. Through my Geico app, I was connected with South West Towing, and I couldn’t have asked for better help. Pablo came to my rescue and immediately put me at ease with his professional attitude and experience. I don’t know much about towing or what usually goes into it, but Pablo made the whole process simple and stress-free. He not only hooked up my car quickly and safely but also made sure I had a ride along with my vehicle to get new tires. I have nothing but positive things to say about South West Towing. If you ever need assistance in the greater Coachella Valley area, I highly recommend giving them a call. Huge thanks to Pablo and the team at South West Towing!

My car 🚙 was picked up ☝️ less than a 1/8th of mile from this company and they charged $325. I wouldn't have given such a poor rating but, they attempted to charge me two ✌️ days despite my vehicle being towed the prior day. Had I not complained I would have been ripped off worse than I already had...

It's easy to complain about bad service when your upset. I made this time to thank southwest towing for my excellent service. I was sent an angel with a smile. Someone not just doing their job. I told Geico to please stay in business with this kind of company. Obviously the owner is reflected in his great employees. This is rare these days. Outstanding customer service! Prompt, professional and very polite! We had one of our dalership vehices on a test drive and broke down near a dealership close to us and had to pull on their lot to get out of the street, a cvall to Southwest Towing and Ron showed up within a few minutes. Had the vehicle loaded and ready to go in a jiffy with a smile! Our dealership uses the team at Southwest for all our tow needs and we recomend them to all of our customers as well.

I needed a scissor lift removed from an HOA, ASAP! Gerald was dispatched over to the job site at 9 pm. He met me there at the time he said he would, and he was very easy to work with.

I had my Tesla towed because of a dead 12V battery. Johnnie was amazing and so friendly, professional and honest. I can’t say enough good things about him. Thanks for a great experience Johnnie. You are the best!

I was broken down in 112 heat with my wife and 2 kids called this company because they were the closest tow company to me. I asked for a price to home and then I asked for a price to my brother's down the street from their office. She asked for the address and I said I was looking it up but that it was on the corner of two streets and I named them but she said she had no clue where they were then she says the street name in Spanish and I said I guess because I unfortunately don't speak Spanish. She then proceeds to tell me I'm being rude and that they are refusing service and hangs up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. We used R&R Towing out of Indio and they were amazing!

All I can say is that Johny went above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys in my trunk. He was polite, professional, and efficient. Without his quick thinking and willingness to assist, I would have been stranded. I highly recommend Johny for any assistance you may need - his kindness and expertise deserve a five-star rating. We needed to get our Subaru to the dealer ship in Cathedral City for repairs. Contacted South West Towing and received a fair quote for the tow. I checked a few other towing companies and South West was very competitive. I made an appointment with them for the next morning. The next morning Johnny called to let me know he was on his way to pick up the care. He showed up on time. Loaded the car on the flatbed and the car was delivered to the dealership within the hour. From the front desk(Thank you Julie and Traci) to the driver(Thank you Johnny) I found South West to be very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them.

Ron was an amazing driver. My insurance company left me stranded (USAA) and these guys gave a respectable quote and got me home ASAP. I would recommend Ron to take my anywhere. Thank you Ron!

They picked up my son's 2019 Chevrolet Trax after he was broadsided. When I took my son to their yard, they were by the book (this is a good), and my son had no issues getting his personal belongings out of the car later. The staff were friendly and responsive. I'd recommend them to friends moving forward.

Everyone I dealt with and spoke to handle themselves in a very professional Manor. Perhaps my time there was a little lengthy compared to most perhaps that's why there was no chairs. PS perhaps you're already aware that the electrical receptacles or upside down as well as the swing gate hinges installed wrong. The man who showed up to bring me gas did a really great job. The poor guy was from New York and not familiar with sand and the poor soul drove where I said not to but he was open to direction on how to quickly get unstuck and what could have been a horrible nightmare turned into a 10 minute fix. Not all men can accept a woman's help when it comes to these tthings but he was super charming and a professional the entire time.. thank you South West Towing.

We blew a tire on the I-10 in Desert Center on Saturday on our way to a funeral in Lake Forest. The driver had to "find us" as our insurance company did not give him clear direction where we were. He did not give up!!! After several phone calls between South West Towing and our insurance company and between us and the driver he was finally able to locate us, in the middle of nowhere, and tow us to Indio so we could get a new tire. This driver is our hero! He was kind, professional and quick to get us to the tire store so we could get a new tire and be on our way to the funeral. South West Towing did a good job coordinating with him and our insurance company and we are grateful we were connected with them for this service.

Danny from South West Towing was excellent to work with. My Aston Martin had a blow out in a very remote area and he was able to quickly (relatively speaking) get to me and recover the car. Working with roadside assistance they even towed me more than 100 miles to our local dealer. As much of an inconvenience as the blow out was, Danny and South West Towing made getting the car and I home a painless experience.

Used Southwest Tow as my vehicle was recalled, was way of having "no contact" with dealer during COVID-19. Had the most reasonable rates locally. Telephone service was great. On return they confirm with Service Rep vehicle was ready. Recommend.

Roger, Pablo and others do a great job. They are timely and efficient and experienced. Above all, they are reasonable & standout guys who do the right thing. I know, because I have used their service and know they are the real deal, around a long time. I would not hesitate to utilize their service again.

Just had the uncomfortable position of following one of their trucks from Anza down the mountain to Palm Desert. A flatbed with a car on it at 30 mph , passing all turnouts, and had no courtesy for the row of cars behind him. Before every turnout there are signs “ slower traffic use turnout “ if this person hasn’t figured out he’s slower traffic maybe don’t drive the mountain or maybe not even a tow truck

Pablo saved are bacon when out Tesla wouldn’t power up due hotel bad charging station. He was able to jump start the car and get it to wake up saving us from having to be towed to the Tesla shop. Thank you!

These guys are the real deal and will help a stranded mofo no doubt. Good people,good prompt service, and they take excellent care of your car when it's in transit. And management is awesome and will go the extra mile for guy in need ill tell you that much!! All around good company

Great people! They came to my rescue, helped me, and then proceeded to show their compassion and business savvy by recognizing my efforts and generously billing me in a non greedy and generous way!!! I can not recommend them here Guly enough!!!

I have roadside service for the bikes through Geico and this evening Southwest responded to my flat tire sos. Even with the heavy traffic in Cat City this evening, they had a truck and a professional on site within the stated time frame and kept me kept me informed via text messages. Unfortunately I don't recall the name of driver. Thanks Southwest Towing!

Refused to provide service because "we stay away from residential service." If you don't want to tow cars, don't open a business to tow cars. I wont hire you for residential nor commercial since you refused service. Moving on to a company who will provide towing services. Wasted my time to even call.

So these guys are not good. They have a contract with the city to tow vehicles at owners expense and there is no regulation (apparently) on the rates they can charge for this 'service'. My car was towed for having expired tags, from the street where I live. It was $430 to retrieve the car and that's after I asked them to take off a day of storage ($60) because it happened on a friday. They couldn't get to my car because it was so triple-parked or whatever within their storage lot that they needed to wait until a driver came back to tow away the cars they didn't have keys to in order to get to my vehicle. Two and a half hours later, I was able to drive.... oh no wait... the car wont start. It only starts in neutral now because they damaged it in tow. These are not stand up folks. Avoid them.

My car stopped on the freeway. I had a 4 year old in the backseat and it was 90 degrees at 8:00 am (I live in the desert). I placed a call to my insurance and they sent Genaro from Southwest Towing. Originally, the operator told me it was going to take 45 minutes to an hour for someone to come. I told him that I had a child in the back seat and the temperature is rising as we speak. He communicated that to the towing company. Genaro made it in less than 30 minutes. By then my husband had come with his car, Genaro told my husband to go ahead and take us to the car shop as he gets the car onto the truck bed so we can get out of the heat. Once we got to the shop, he unloaded my car very carefully. Genaro was very professional and friendly. I especially appreciated that he had the sense of urgency to show up quickly and how quickly he took care of business.
