Jaman was super helpful! I had to replace my alternator and they were kind enough to let me borrow their wrenches. When I was having trouble with the 14mm bolt at the bottom, Jaman gave me some advice. I've never done this before, so having him there to watch over me was a huge relief. Gerardo was very helpful when I asked to borrow a 12mm socket, and he was very friendly and helpful with the other customers, as well. I really appreciate you guys!
Ordered a part online, called and employees said it would arrive by 4pm. I arrived at 4:30 and they spent 20 minutes looking around for the part, told me to come back the next day. The next day they called and said that they couldn't deliver my part. Going to O'Reillys next time
Came in for a battery replacement for my wife's Subaru Outback. Geronimo was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable for the car. He took care of the battery and new terminals. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. Thank you again Geronimo!
Short of physically doing the labor on my old Ford, the guys here have been integral in getting it back on the road. Excellent advice on diagnosing problems, product recommendations, and general maintenance. They've saved me thousands of dollars, and I've learned so much in the process. It's great to have knowledgeable, experienced, and enthusiastic help just down the road.
I bought $150 snow chains, they looked dusty and a bit old but the staff assured me they were in great condition. A few days later the chains were installed and the left set of chains was manufactured poorly with a loose link, causing the left tire to be loose, loud, and dangerous on the snow. A week later I went to return the chains with the receipt and I was refused a return as they had been used. Horrible service and horrible customer care, don't shop here.
They were incredibly friendly and helpful in getting the car sorted. (Windshield wipers and hood issue) Really appreciate the extra tips they taught us. Will def come back if we have any other issues. Highly recommend!
My car wouldn't start when I was at the gas station across the street from Napa in Davis. One of the guys at Napa (wish I could remember his name) was incredibly kind and helpful. It was right before closing, but he came over, tried jumping my car, then ran a test on the battery. It was completely dead. He found the right battery for my car, came back to the gas station, took out the old battery and installed the new one. He went above and beyond - thank you!
Went in almost panicking after my car would not start and I had to jump it. The cashier Greg helped me out with buying and installing a new battery, cleaning up corrosion from the old battery, and running tests to see if the battery worked well. Thanks Greg for the amazing service!
Pretty good location, they have a lot in stock and had my water pump for my not super common car, some prices here here are really good too, I don't know why but it can be cheaper than AutoZone for some parts and other items
Shout out to Greg for his friendly customer service. I came in for some new headlight bulbs and I was in a hurry. After purchasing
the bulbs I needed, Gregory installed them for me in under five minutes. Thank you sir!
Showed up Sunday afternoon 1 hour before store closes. Staff extremely unhelpful. First saying that we couldn't return purchases from a different store and then how he couldn't search for any parts because the computer was down. I asked if he could look at what wet/dry sand paper they had in stock and it was like pulling teeth to have him go look. I left and went to O Reilys.
Helped my replace my old and dead car battery in an afternoon. They went above and beyond by helping me figure out why I had two differently sized batteries, and when I dropped and lost a nut and they found a replacement in the back. Great experience, friendly staff
