Iam customer from long time but today I decided to change Aouto zone forever I checked website to see kind of battery and price my car battery dead I see many I go to shop to buy one and fixed to my car I asked sales man ho told me only one kind avalibel cost 174.99 I said ok no choice car can’t running if switch off I told him I wait you near my car because it start he said pay first I said ok he go ring battery he bring it without cartoon box that’s mean it fix for other customer and turn back and terminal scratch iam not say anything he prepared invoice I saw in screen I said what’s that he said now when I finshed I till you I told him off course you take old one then detective from price he said wait final invoice 225 jump price from 174..99 to 225 I said what about 22 $ you still not told what’s that he said if I take old one I remove 22 $ funny really new kind of rubbery He should not put that only should put price plus tax then detective old price battery from total should coming 169$ with tax but I paid 195$ so that kind of bad service and rubbery let people no trust on organisation and not satisfied to buy again Maybe someone aske why you agreed and pay no choice for my car no start if I left I wish respond person contact with my my phone in system Note I work in big agency cars on service department we never do that with any customers all 20 years I work because we need customers trust and loyalty for our company I advice everybody see invoice before he/she paid It’s funny to till me send Emile to us and let you satisfied only trust on you when repeat back 22 $ you take it and take old battery free When I review I put one star not5 And also nobody solve problem and I sent email nobody do anything

The Shane's are awesome! I was trying to leave work when my car battery was dead. I got it jump started only to barley make it to auto zone on whatever juice that gave me! I got there and the guys took great care of me im super thankful. Being a female alone with car issues is not the business! They swapped my battery and made it such an easy and great experience i was on my way home in no time. THANK YOU SHANES SO MUCH. Store #5545 – Excellent Customer Service I visited this location to have my car battery tested. Anthony assisted me with the test and confirmed that the battery had failed. I was about 95% sure I had purchased the battery around two years ago and that it was still under warranty, but unfortunately, there was no record of the warranty in the system. Anthony and Shane went above and beyond to figure out why my past transactions weren’t showing up. After some digging, we discovered that my account was listed under the correct phone number but with an incorrect ZIP code, which caused the transactions to not link properly. Thanks to their patience and persistence, they were able to locate my purchase history and process the warranty. I’ll also be getting both accounts merged and corrected. Big thanks to Shane and Anthony for taking the time to help. I left very satisfied and will definitely continue shopping here, just as I’ve done in the past.

This Yorba Linda AutoZone is the Absolute best in the chain and I have been to a ton of them as a 70 year old Car / Truck addict. Andreas the Manager honestly Prioritizes Customer Service and did an Exchange on I Battery I bought months ago for a 1970 Bronco, that didn't fit with my A/C condensor. I could not be more Satisfied. Really nice, and helpful. Got stuck bc my car key fob battery died. There's really no service who replaces these fob batteries for us people who have no clue what to do. So I called this nice location bc Pep Boys told me to try and Tyler said bring it in they will try. Got in and out in 5 min. Thank so much!

I needed to replace a dead battery on Al old Ford van and Tyler was amazing . He handled replacing the battery in the hot sun. The old terminals were a problem and he took care of it with a great attitude and friendly smile. Thanks again Tyler !

Friendly greeting approaching me in the store asking how he could help me, and went above and beyond in selecting and personally installing a new 12V battery for my 07 Prius. I went in to get new headlights and signal lights. The Assistant Manager (I believe his name is Andreas) helped me out and he really went above and beyond! My car is super tricky and he got out his tools and really was a life saver! He was also really knowledgeable and gave me a few helpful tips.

Anthony W. is AWESOME! I came in today with a dying battery and he gave me truly outstanding customer service. He was helping another customer when I pulled up and I mentioned I was there for the same issue. He assured me I could shut my car off (before I even asked, though I was about to!) because he could jump start my car if I needed. Whew! Considering I had jump started it to get there....After testing my battery he checked if it was under warranty (alas, no, but I got 5 years out of it!) But Ford made this particular battery a real pain to get to - one you tube video shows disconnecting hoses and disassembling the air cleaner with wrenches and screw drivers - ugh. That is aside from removing the two part battery box lid, unbolting the hold down strap, popping the front off the battery box, and disconnecting the cables which combines to be on the fussy side of usual. The negative cable is in a space too small to reach with more than my finger tips - it seems designed for folks who are triple jointed. Anthony took his time and with care and dexterity he managed the swap without crazy disassembly. I have changed batteries on multiple cars but I was ready to pay a dealership for this mess. (And let the dealer know what a crummy design it is, except for them to squeeze extra money out of me.) Thank you SOOOOO MUCH ANTHONY - you ROCK, my hat is off to you! Oh, he was easy going and pleasant to talk to too😁.
