Update, the one marker light they said they fixed also doesn’t work. SERIOUSLY. Next I’ll be up on the roof to see how they installed my starlink. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Got a new Diesel pusher and not a cheap one. We rely on our RV and can’t afford to be told story’s and then absolutely no communication. Over charged and lied to. I Dropped our 45’ Newmar on Monday for a new Starlink system, a marker lite, drawer slide repair, toilet bowl, oasis service and a TPMS install of the valve stem monitors and reprogram the computer. I told the service check in guy who is maybe 25 yrs old, who turned out to be the service manager, that I needed the coach back by EOD Friday to leave on Saturday The service manager said no problem. Thursday I called at 10 am left message for a status check with the service manager and received no call back. Called at 3 with no answer. Friday I called at 11 am and waited with no call back. Keep in mind I am calling their so called service manager who doesn’t return calls clearly. Also doesn’t respond to ANY text messages at all as he instructed me to text as well. I also emailed him to remind him for 2 other quotes and never got a response to them either. I then had to call the reception at 3:30 on Friday to page service manager. He comes to the phone and then tells me the coach is done and can be picked up so we can leave. Then says Oh we didn’t do the Starlink or Toliet. Not even a mention of the oasis. The biggest reasons I dropped the coach for. Tells me I owe 4300 bucks. I about fell off my chair as I asked for what. He says he will send me the bill to review that I never got. I then ask can you get at least the Starlink done by Monday afternoon. He says yes for sure no problem. I get a call on Monday at 11 from him saying he has no tech and that they all called in sick. Now if all your techs call in at the same time as an owner I’d have a big problem with that. Then I was promised absolutely on Tuesday by noon. I called on Tuesday at 11, ready to go, packed up, no return call. Had to call the office at 11:50 only to be told the service manager isn’t in. Now as a service manager wouldn’t there be some sort of back up manager or someone who would take his calls etc??? The receptionist who has no clue about my coach said she would have to find out. I then asked to be transferred to another guy who told me he knew nothing about it. Not sure his title said he was owner or family. I was told he would go check and call me back to let me know. 1.5 hours after his lunch he calls me back and says all they will have done is the Starlink and it won’t be ready till 3:30. I received the bill and it only had the Starlink charge for double what I was quoted. They claim over 7 hours. Now I’m extremely mechanically inclined and should have just installed it my self. So to drill a hole, seal it, mount the dish and then plug in the router takes that long. They may need a new technician. I am now also being told they didn’t even service the oasis because they claim they didn’t have the parts. Also claim they don’t see them that often. Clearly they don’t see high end Class As for mechanical work to often and now I know why. They also tried to charge me for some shore power investigation that I never requested. They did remove that from the bill. The now service guy I’m talking with gave me excuses of people being sick and out etc. That’s fine and I understand but when someone is out there needs to be someone liable and capable of filling those shoes. Bad customer service So picked up the RV and driving down the road checked the TPMS and nothing. They charged me 2 hrs labor to screw in 8 valve stem caps. They didn’t even program the computer and 2 hrs labor. Then the cameras they were looking at, one is now missing the cover so now it’s just exposed on the side of my coach. Dirt all over the dash and floor. Absolutely nuts. I would not advise any one to use this place for repairs of any kind. Truly a rip off and terrible service. Go anywhere else but here

Been trying to reach Egor for over 10 days now. Last I spoke to him he was going to get back to me with an estimate the next day. Dropped my fifth wheel off weeks ago. Last time I had work done there Jim helped me and he was awesome. Not sure what the deal is. Getting ready to go race King of the Hammers next week and can’t reach the guy. Gonna have to drive over there and let him know how I feel I guess.

Absolutely outstanding experience at OCRV Center! My Mercedes Sprinter van was in a serious accident with damage to both the front and rear. Mercedes dealership even told me to find a specialized body shop myself. After searching for a sprinter van repair shop in orange county online, I chose OCRV Center, and I'm so glad I did! Jim, Egor, and Sam were incredible from the start. They made the entire insurance process completely hassle free. I just provided my claim number, dropped off the van, and they handled everything else, including direct communication with the insurer. Four weeks later, I picked it up, and you literally can't tell it was ever in an accident. The bodywork, paint matching, and overall restoration are flawles! It literally looks brand new! The team's communication was excellent throughout the whole process with regular updates that kept me in the loop without any stress. In a nightmare situation like this, OCRV turned it into a smooth, positive experience. Highly recommend them for any sprinter collision repair! They're true professionals. Thank you, Art, Jim, Egor, Sam, and the whole team!

We were travelling through united state and had a issue with our generator not starting and Egor and his team were super efficient and helpful. We would really recommend to anyone to use there services. Great team!

My experience with OCRV Center has been absolutely exceptional, and I want to give special appreciation to Egor for how well he handled everything from start to finish. I’ve been struggling with an issue on my RV for YEARS. Other shops either misdiagnosed it, temporarily patched it, or told me it was ‘normal.’ OCRV Center was the only place that didn’t just fix the symptom — they actually found the real underlying cause and came up with a permanent solution. That alone sets them far above every RV repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. Egor took the time to really listen to the problems I’d been having and didn’t brush anything off. He communicated clearly, explained the process, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair. The technicians here are on another level — extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. They didn’t stop at the obvious repair; they dug deeper, diagnosed the root of the issue, and repaired it the right way. My RV hasn’t run this smoothly in years. The OCRV facility itself is impressive — clean, organized, and equipped to handle anything from collision repair, fiberglass and body work, paint, electrical, solar system issues, mechanical repairs, roof work, upgrades, diagnostics, trailer service, and full RV rebuilds. I can confidently say this is the most capable RV repair center in Orange County. What stood out most was how honest and transparent Egor was throughout the process. He never overpromised, but he absolutely overdelivered. The team didn’t just fix the problem — they restored my confidence in my RV. The repair was done correctly, permanently, and with an attention to detail I haven’t found anywhere else. If you’re tired of quick fixes, misdiagnoses, or shops that don’t take the time to get things right, OCRV Center should be your first stop. Their technicians are true experts, and the customer service is unmatched. If you come here, definitely ask for Egor — he cares, he communicates, and he makes the whole process stress-free. Five stars is not enough for the quality of work and professionalism here.

An incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I left my van for about $19k of various repairs, was quoted in writing that it would be a 3-week job. My requests for updates were repeatedly ignored for weeks at a time and when answered I was given vague promises that work would be completed soon. Fast forward 4 MONTHS later - and I was forced to tell them I would stop by to pick regardless of the state of my van. They did a rush job to complete the remaining work in the last couple of days - and I even had to wait an extra 2+ hours at the shop while they completed the last bits. However, several items were left partially completed (e.g., A/C installed to work on shore power, but not connected to work on the lithium battery build -which was the entire stated point of going lithium in the first place). Worse, several items were never completed, but my final bill charged several hours of labor for said uncompleted work! In my mind, this is an unacceptable oversight at best, and fraudulent at worst. Perhaps the most frustrating were my interactions with their manager, Jim. He took an unprofessional tone, and essentially gaslighted me, making me feel like it was my fault for everything. My interactions with him were unpleasant in the extreme. In the end, I received a discount on the work - but I have lost several months of use and enjoyment of my van (missing one planned trip), and now I have to bring it elsewhere to finish the work, losing yet more time. Finally, I trusted OCRV for a dashcam install - they recommended a dashcam which I have been unable to get working and which I am now finding out has terrible reviews online, including for support. I am currently at Newport Sound in Costa Mesa getting a different dash cam system installed. I will concede that the paint and body work they completed seems good (I have not found any issues as of now) and the lithium build seems to work fine, minus the noted A/C connectivity issue. But overall, the entire process was just terrible and a source of constant stress and frustration. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and would warn anyone considering entrusting their RVs to them - sufficiently so that I was moved to write this review. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Absolutely the best in the business. There's no comparison so don't even bother. Just go here. They are the best at what they do. Promise you 🫶

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and in my opinion based on my experience, a complete scam. All they care about is taking your money, not fixing your RV. They ignore you, lie to you, and treat customers with complete disrespect. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced — extremely rude and dismissive. The manager actually told me, “I don’t want to hear this, this is something I already know.” The technician even said, “I don’t care.” That should tell you everything about how this business operates. We had just purchased our RV. One night, we ran the A.C. for a long time, and during the day we expected the solar panel to recharge it. What we didn’t realize was that the solar panel charges slowly. For this very simple issue, we made one of the biggest mistakes of our lives by bringing our RV to this repair shop. All they had to do was recharge the RV, and we would have gladly paid for that service. Instead, they completely rewired everything — and that’s when all the problems began. When we picked up the RV, the inverter control panel wasn’t working. They told us they would replace it under warranty, but even after installing the new part, it still didn’t work. Then the solar panel and the display panel also stopped working. After that, they claimed the inverter itself needed to be replaced — but we knew for a fact our inverter was in perfect working condition. When we questioned them about this, they kicked us out of the shop and flat-out said: “We’re not going to work on your RV any further.” When we told them, “You caused these problems, and you need to fix them,” their response was simply, “We don’t accept that”. I have already reported them to the BBB and encourage anyone else who has had similar experiences to do the same. If customers don’t report them, they will continue operating this way, scamming people and getting away with it. Here are my strongest warnings to future customers: • Do not sign any paperwork before you fully inspect your RV after service. • Write down and document every part that isn’t working before leaving. • Expect to be ignored, mistreated, and left with more problems than you started with. And most importantly: fight for your rights. There are state agencies and consumer protection offices you can file complaints with — use them. After reading the reviews, I realized we are not the only victims, and unfortunately, we will not be the last. This business has lied and refused accountability. If you value your RV, your money, and your sanity, stay far away from OCRV. I read one the reviews someone said I wish I just gave my RV to the homeless guy outside instead of OCRV I couldn’t agree more. Don’t let the good reviews fool you, I wouldn’t be surprised if those were fake too. Who knows at this point. I don’t know where their technician received training but they keep claiming they have “40 years of experience”, they have 40 years of experience getting away with terrorizing vulnerable RV owners but they definitely don’t know how to repair an RV.

Egor was super helpful and patient with helping and listening too my specific RV body work/electrical issue. If you need RV service, trailer repairs, or custom work…this is the spot! Fast, professional, and they stand by their work.

Dropped off my rv for some upgrades and I was seriously impressed. Egor helped me out during my visit was extremely helpful and didn’t try to upsell me at all. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

Been to a few RV shops and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. The place is clean, the team is sharp, and the results speak for themselves. I had Egor during my experience and he was very friendly and professional!

I came in looking for a part, not sure if it would fit. The owner was so cool he let me have the part and said if it didn’t work bring it back. Not a big issue but I felt very confident that if I have a higher job I will be well taken care of Thanks so much

Very good work. Took 20 days longer than stated. Left gunk on my keys. Missing blind spot mirror??? Nothing done to mirror. But quality of repair is great.

They have a ridiculous policy. They charge $600 just for the inspection. For example, if your car breaks down, they will go to several places and decide on a price. They say that there are many people who just get estimates and don't fix it for us, and they don't want to waste their time, so they charge an estimate. I understand, but I think this is a ridiculous policy that you should get your repairs done by us and not anywhere else. Know this before you contact them. Okay, I won't go to you.

My experience at OCRV Was terrific. Jim and Kimberly kept me up on what was going on and the job that was finished was done very well. I have nine years in the RV business and 40 in the car business so I know how things can go wrong. When I picked up my coach, it is as if I hadn’t left it at all everything worked no dead batteries very happy and the coach looks terrific.

My original complaint is below followed by OCRV's hollow response. They've only responded online for readers to see. They've never followed up or responded to me directly. You might want to check out their "F" rating at the Better Business Bureau website. I brought my RV to OCRV and was told it would take a month. Three weeks later I called to see how it was going and they had not even started my RV yet. And it only got worse from that point on. After five trips and 8 months I finally have my RV back and they left me with two broken blinds. I cannot and would not go back again so I'll have to pay for those repairs. The customer service and communication is horrible and their work is sloppy. I had been referred to OCRV so I was willing to drive 180 miles round trip for what I was told is good service. My expenses came to about $1,300 in addition to my deductible. The owner refused to even talk to me let alone do anything about what I had gone through. I'm doing this review so no one else has to go through what I just went through.

DONT GO THERE!!! I cant believe they are still in business!! I've never experienced such a complete lack of professionalism and care as I did at OC RV Center. I brought my RV in for a repair estimate, and I was promised a quote within 2 days. What actually happened? More than a week passed, and not only had they done nothing with my RV, but they didn't even bother to inspect it or give me any updates! The attitude of the staff was just as bad. Every time I called to follow up, they were rude, dismissive, and gave no useful information. It was clear they had no intention of getting the job done or even treating me like a valued customer. It's like they couldn't care less. I had no choice but to pick up my RV and take it somewhere else--to a place where they actually know how to run a business and treat customers with respect. I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this service center if you value your time, money, and patience.

I have an old 2003 Itasca Suncruiser and not many places around this area will work on rigs getting near end of life. Art and AJ were able to explain to me what it needed and the quality maintenance work done and confidence they gave let me know my next long trip won't give me any surprises. They are very knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and charge a fair price. Thank you Art and AJ.

My wife & I are absolutely thrilled with the service at OCRV Center! Our Sprinter Camper Van needed urgent repairs right before our long-awaited camping trip, and they delivered beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, their team was professional, friendly, and clearly experts in their field. They quickly diagnosed the issues and got to work, ensuring our van was road-ready in record time. Thanks to OCRV! We didn’t have to cancel our plans and enjoyed an amazing camping trip. Highly recommend them for any RV repairs!

I'm writing on behalf of my mom's friend, Angelina. She had a really great experience with OCRV center. She had parked her RV in a paid RV lot. Someone cut her gas lines, so she contacted OCRV about this problem. They were very understanding and had great communication. They were able to schedule her to bring her RV in. They talked her through everything and fixed the cut line. She said she will definitely be returning back to OCRV Center for any future issues with her RV.

A neighbor at our client's house rear ended our supplies trailer last month with his truck. We really needed it to get fixed asap. Luckily it wants anything serious, but two of the side panels needed to be replaced. They got it done two days before the time they said we'd get it back, which is a HUGE plus. We scheduled to come back to get it a new vinyl wrap since the old one was very faded. It only took one day to get the whole thing put on. We picked it up the following morning and got back to work. We've already been having people ask us for more quotes as a result of the new wrap. Thank you Jim & the team at OCRV!

Josh our service advisor is great to work with. His knowledge of the scope of repairs necessary was spot on. He kept to his word on repair time and with great communication throughout. The only ding was several issues that involved incomplete reassembly of propane, electrical and windows that I was able to correct in 3 hours myself.

We were some 1500 miles from home and had serious mechanical issues with our RV. After a 23 hour trip from San Francisco to LA, (yes it took that long) we finally had to be towed. After many desperate phone calls to many RV and truck repair places, we finally found a listening ear and all the help we needed at OCRV. We had our rig towed to their shop and they immediately made room for us. Their main mechanic, Matthew, and others worked several late nights and day off to make sure we were up and running again. It was a team effort to solve all of our problems, and I can't say enough about Joshua (shop manager) Matthew, and Joel (shop foreman). Their care for us, and careful attention to detail, not to mention skill and resourcefulness is what got us back to Edmonton, Alberta. It was a joy to work with their team, and to meet Art (the owner) and the others who work there... they all had the same goal... to make sure we were well cared for, and to get home with no more issues... Their warm and friendly approach really kept the stress down while work was being done...I also appreciated the follow-up phone calls by Joshua on our trip home to make sure everything was going well for us. Great job guys, it sure was appreciated! I can't say enough... I'll be dropping by every time I'm in Anahiem to say Hi. what a great team!

This place is awesome! We damaged the back end of our trade show trailer when backing up. We called to make sure they had all the right tools for the job and sent our assistant with the trailer to get fixed. It was about 11 days until we got a call saying it has been fixed and read for pick up. They did an amazing job! The back end is completely flush and all everything lines up again. It was embarrassing driving home with a damaged trailer. Not anymore! Thanks to OCRV Center for repairing our trailer.

My wife and I were involved in an accident with our toy box hauler and we found OCRV online and read the reviews and decided to take our RV here and I am sure glad we did. We received impeccable service, you can't even tell we were in an accident and our RV was demolished from the front to the back and it was returned to us looking brand new and they even waxed it for us. Very grateful for the wonderful way were taken care of. We have recommended OCRV to all of our RV friends.

We took our 2008 Berkshire to OCRV to have the interior overhauled. I first paid a visit to his shop was given a tour of coaches in progress and finished. It was clear Art has the team to get the job done so our decision was made. OCRV removed all our carpet and replaced the floor more suitable for our Grandkids. His team put in new lighting, new carpet in the rear room, completely and expertly re-designed the dining table and cushions, installed a new chair, upgraded our couch cushions, and installed a new cabinet. Then it was off to his body shop where his expert crew re-painted the forward and aft caps as they had weathered. Again, perfect job. I cannot say enough kind things about Art and his wife Bonnie. Both worked closely with us to meet exactly what we were thinking. The job was flawless. Thanks to all of the OCRV crew for a job well done. Highly recommended. Ed H.

I have a 45' Monaco Executive, been bringing it to OCRV for the last 5 years, they have handled everything from the routine maintenance to heavy customization. They are always ready to partner with any challenging request. Work is done quickly and they are always happy to explain any other options available. I would recommend them for your general RV maintenance, any special custom work that would make your RV experience more enjoyable and those small emergency situations to keep you on the road. I have criss crossed the country numerous times and always feel comfortable bringing the Monaco in to OCRV to deal with any major issues and the whole host of small annoyances. Highly recommended...from my experiences

I was so excited, I had just purchased my Dream RV, 2005 Georgetown...I was ready to take my family camping across the country. However, before I had the chance to make it happen I backed into my Brick & Concrete Mail Box, tearing apart the rear fiberglass. I was devastated! I immediately started calling RV Auto Body Repair Shops in a desperate attempt to save our family summer plans. The first 2 shops I called gave me initial appointments 10 days later, I would never get my motor home back on-time for our trips. Then, I came across OC RV Paint & Service, I called them and Art answered, he immediately asked me to send him pictures and asked me how soon I could get in. He told me, he would do his best to get my Coach back to save our vacation plans. He understood the urgency, and was jumping all over it. In less than one hour, I had already dropped off my RV at their shop which was very impressive....they even drove me back to my home. Josh was assigned as my point of contact, giving me update calls and emails throughout the process. They did everything they could to calm my nerves, and assure me that my Coach was in good hands. By the date others were ready to see my RV to I was back picking up my GeorgeTown....It was perfect, as if my accident never happened Do not go anywhere else for your RV needs. These guys are the best! Mario Fernandez , 8-20-14

First let me say I have been getting my various trailers and 5 different rvs serviced for 15 years. We all know you get a to know the service centers more then you want to due to the units you own. I needed a quick check one on my small pop up trailer as I am going to sell it and of course out of the blue the refer stopped working and the ac was not spooling up. I worked with Art initially to schedule the drop off on a Saturday and Josh who handled the service and the pick up. I was very happy with the service and advice they provided me. I feel very confident with them based on this simple and small project, clearly it was no money maker basically an hour of their trouble shooting. However they handled it with excellent customer service and the right attitude. even after i opted to do the work myself they offered some guidance and advice. I was impressed and they have won my business moving forward, I also have other trailers and a diesel coach and I will be having them service it when needed. Clearly if they take care of me on the little pop up trailer I know they will take care of my coach. I Highly recommend.... I will post in the near future as I have some retrofitting I need done with my interior on my coach and I will have them do it but so far 2 thumbs up!!

OCRV did an outstanding job repairing/painting our Blue Bird Wanderlodge. Their CAN DO demeanor is exceptional! You can believe what they say and they back up what they say with excellent workmanship, great timing, and follow through. The staff is very friendly. I’m a hands-on guy and enjoyed stopping in to see progress made and watching the workers. I requested to be kept in the loop from start to finish and that is exactly what took place. Josh is super to deal with. He made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend OCRV for your body, paint and service needs.
