So happy with the services provided by Pro Towing. The driver, Rene, arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We were given timely updates while we waited for his arrival, and he was very professional and friendly. Thank you Rene!

How can they say that this battery is still “good” when it’s reading 1.82 volts??!! Battery cells are stills “good” claims Daniel the service driver. I purchased this battery from them less than 6 months ago, but won’t honor the warranty! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BATTERIES from them! And avoid their service! Took battery to autozone for a 2nd opinion. BAD BATTERY!!

Great staff friendly and kind. Have been towed by AAA Number of times. Had to wait in Lake Elsinore 5-6hrs to go to a tire shop. Broke down in Chino area waited 15mins. WTH. fast service. Some reason the number wrong on Google. Thank you Pro Towing

Office woman was rude and disrespectful. This was the first time I had to deal with Pro Towing and I had never run into such a miserable person. She must be related to the owner because I do not see how a company that has a contract with AAA could employ such unprofessional staff.

The gentleman who came to tow our vehicle was patient, I couldn’t find my AAA card & he patiently waited while I looked for it. Our vehicle wasn’t running and wouldn’t start. He towed our vehicle to the shop without any trouble at all

Pro Towing was very prompt, friendly, and professional in arriving at my house and providing me with excellent quality of service in regard to my auto battery problem. The technician's name was Eddie and he was G-R-E-A-T!!

Horrible service!! Told the tow truck driver I will be there in 5 min and he left and cancel my call. It would have taken him longer to start hooking up car and I would have been there. Dispatch is rude too!!! Definitely letting AAA know not to use them for my towing. They are lazy! If I could I would leave a 0 star.

Pro Tow is a crooked tow company. Beware of these tow truck drivers. They are liars and thieves. I am a Maintenance worker at 4200 Marketplace in Chino Hills. And this crooked company took my 3 classic cars when I wasn’t on the property, telling lies on there reports that my vehicles were on the property for over a year and that they have no vin plates. My vehicles were under car covers and they had no right in violating my property. So they contacted the property manager with false reports and had the ignorant security guard signed the papers when he knew those were my cars. Every time I seen those tow truck drivers watching my cars, I would make myself present and then they will drive off. Why did they not explain what they were there for because they know they are crooked thieves The owner should be ashamed of running a low dirty company that has to go on private property and steal vehicles and create fraudulent paperwork just to make revenue. I’ve been homeless for less than a year but have worked on this property for two years. Because of my surgery I was placed on worker’s compensation and have been going thru a difficult financial hardship. It’s very difficult to have crooked people take something you worked so hard for, just because they feel they are untitled to do so. A great company doesn’t have to make false reports to do business, a great company does their business by the book, not by being the crook

Art is an amazing guy. He was a tremendous help with loading a unit onto my trailer using his rollback!

I called AAA BECAUSE I LOCKED MY KEYS IN THE CAR THEY SAID IT'S BE 20 MINUTES AND THE TECHNICIAN DANIEL SHOWED UP IN LESS THAN FIVE. DANIEL WAS FRIENDLY EFFICIENT AND FAST. HE EVEN WAITED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CAR STARTED AND WHEN IT DIDN'T BECAUSE MY BATTERY WAS DEAD HE JUMPED IT. GREAT SERVICE GREAT TOW YARD AND DANIEL WAS A GREAT TECH THANKS GUYS

I was trying to get my purse which had my social security card in it and he told me I was pretty much screwed so I ended up calling the police and the officer met me there and he got the purse out for me. No social security card was in it!! It's sad that people have to be like that..

Nice and professional people . Had to call them to tow my car. Came out help troubleshooting and provide me some tips before towing . Also didn't charge me for the last extra mile . Hector ( the tech guy) was very friendly , helpful and professional too . I'm satisfied with the the job 😌

Tow truck driver drives like a maniac with no regard or respect for others. Cut me off on the 60 with no blinker then I watched him swerve in and out of traffic doing at least 80.

I just want to shout out to Pro Towing today! In this awful rain in a busy parking lot! They took special care not to damage my car even further since this was not an insurance claim. Shout out to the two drivers that came out Hector & Chris. I imagine that tow truck drivers face a lot of variations of circumstances and danger. People are sad and upset 😢 dealing with one of our most valuable purchases. It isn’t easy I imagine. They were patient and respectful and helped us out. I’d like to mention names because employees come and go and sometimes those bad ones can tarnish a company’s name! However Hector and Chris represent what I imagine the company stands for and were great and if I need service again in the future, I hope to run into them again! January 2023 Also, Aaa said they would be there at 11:53 and it took only 15 minutes to get to the location. So I felt bad because I made them wait because I had to drive to where they were at.

Got in our car this morning and it had a dead battery. Called AAA at 8:39 and they said Pro Towing would be here at 9:12. John arrived at 8:52! He was friendly, courteous and kind. Had a new battery installed within 20 minutes! Excellent!!

This place is a freaking scam. My little brother got his car impounded. I called told them I was going to come and get it that day. They told me what it would cost to get it out. When I get there and they upped it by 100 bucks because they put a lien on it.

After waiting 2 hours, they cancelled the order, never notified me and had to find another company. I tried calling and out of the 10 attempts got through on one and the woman claimed she was waiting for confirmation of payment? She said she would call back and never bothered to.

The dispatcher is super rude and she should be fired. The workers that came to assist though we're professional and helpful so the stars are for them.

RUDE & UNHELPFUL Their driver named “Echo” came to my residence to take my vehicle to the dealer Loaded my vehicle and my father proceeded to tell him to take it to the backside of the dealer they are waiting for it. The driver “Echo” rudely stated that he will drop it off in the front and not to tell him how to do his job. He proceeded to unloaded my vehicle, left it in the street, and refused to service me -__- Do better pro towing get some drivers who actually care about helping

Was stranded on the 60 fey for more than 2 hours by a complete mess up by AAA. Jose from Pro Towing came after I had to call AAA again to see if someone was going to tow me. He was extremely professional and told me that had not been for the mess up from AAA they could have picked me up within 30 mins of my first call.

I have had multiple negative experiences with Pro Towing, they showed up within 30 minutes only to decline the tow of our 2000 F250 and left us on the side of the 71 FWY in an unsafe area earlier this year in April I believe. It took 3+ hours for AAA to get another tow truck out to us from another company. In July I needed another tow for the same vehicle, I requested any company besides Pro Towing, well AAA dispatch sent me Pro Towing… to my surprise they did tow our 2000 f250 no problem. I was satisfied with the service and performance of the driver. Flash forward to this morning I needed a tow for the same vehicle yet again. Pro Towing not only declined us once, but twice this morning even after AAA roadside manager provided ProTowing the call information for the PREVIOUS TOW they had performed for our vehicle. There is a lot of inconsistency with this company when it comes to towing Trucks. I can’t imagine how many other people they have left stranded on the side of the road in unsafe areas for the same reason. Please note: I have had fantastic experiences with other AAA contractors such as Advanced Towing, Stagecoach Towing, and today with Hooked On Towing FOR THIS SAME VEHICLE…. None of these companies had any issue at all towing our truck due to size or weight and their equipment is the same as Pro towing.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dispatcher was BEYOND RUDE. AAA should never use them as a vendor. I went out of my way to avoid them and the actual tow company that I found was absolutely phenomenal. Thanks Pro Towing for being so absolutely terrible that I found an amazing relationship with your competitor.

What a great establishment. Each person I dealt with from dispatch to tow truck driver was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. Gabriel was a magician and knocked out my flat and replacement within 10 min or less. Fast and friendly! Will definitely recommend to others.

My vehicle broke down with no electrical working, which meant no hazard lights. Rene stopped behind my vehicle with his hazards on so my vehicle wouldn’t get hit. He waited till the flatbed truck came. Luis loaded my vehicle up and off it went. Both technicians were very professional.

I can’t say enough positive things about Pro Towing and their service expert Hector!! Hector was a life saver and I’m beyond grateful for his time and patience getting my Cadillac unlocked to retrieve the keys and charge the battery!! It wasn’t an easy fix! Cadillac CTS4 is an extremely difficult car to break into and Hector worked his magic until the door popped open!! It took a patient cool calm collected person to do this in the hot SoCal heat mind you!! And it’s a black car!!! Thank you Hector! I’m forever grateful!! Sincerely Donna Rivas
