Be careful ordering from this company. I ordered a 22” Cadilliac Esclade chrome rim which they shipped in a CARDBOARD Box! This rim weighs 30-40 pounds and would never survive the cross-country tip undamaged.
UPS noted the damage to the box and left it. Upon dropping the box off to my tire center, they noted damage to the box and then unpacked it and noted damage to the rim but they mounted it with a new tire.
When I notified Santa Ana Wheel at first, they issued a return authorization but then retracted it saying it was void because the rim was mounted and that they would issue a $65.00 credit.
Unfortunately, I was out of town when it arrived but warning anyone, have someone examine the packaging when it arrives. If damaged REFUSE IT as to not get in this mess.
BTW Santa Ana Wheel never issued the $65.00 credit either.
Do not order internationally through eBay from this company, received 2 damaged rims though international shipping and eBay and this company is telling me I can’t return them

They are scamming on eBay. Sold me a fake Chinese wheel and claimed it was OEM. Pictures on eBay listing were of a real wheel to add to their deception. I left negative feedback on their eBay account and they contacted eBay to get it falsely removed lol.
Do NOT trust this place with your money and make sure you’re checking any wheels you’ve already gotten because there is a likelihood it’s not genuine!
Extremely happy with their service. I ordered a rim on Thursday and it was delivered on Friday..the used oem rim was in excellent condition. I will definitely use them again if needed.
I've never purchased a "used" wheel online because you never know what you are going to get. One person's view of "excellent" can be very different from another person. Very nice company to deal with. They were helpful and responsive to my questions and worked with me to arrive at a satisfactory sale. I had never sold wheels to anyone, especially 2000 miles away and had no earthly idea how to sell and ship them. They made the whole process easy and absolutely followed up on everything, exactly as they said they would. If you have wondered where the wheels come from that they sell, well I am one of those people who sold 2 complete sets of S class Mercedes OEM wheels and I took good care of them while I owned them.
I ordered a rim for my work truck in May. A 16-inch rim for a dually step van. it came a few weeks later and I took to my shop, and they said it was bent beyond balancing, after contacting Santa Ana they took care of the situation and sent another. I will have it mounted and balanced and update the review soon. Great service at Santa Ana!!! Will recommend to my fellow delivery business owners .
Perfect fit for accord! On time delivery and helpful staff. Thieves stole all 4 wheels on my accord so I replaced with wheels from oemwheelshop. I added rimgard to prevent them from being stolen again!!
Very easy to find the wheel for my vehicle. Transaction was a snap and they notified me by e-mail with every status change (including tracking number) all the way up to the delivery date. Going with these guys was a no-brainer because of the free shipping. Any listed price difference from other vendors was canceled because of it. The wheel was delivered, well-packaged and in fine condition. I bought a steel wheel for an older truck. The photo showed a shiny, painted wheel. The wheel I received wasn't quite so shiny but all surfaces were smooth and ready for tire mounting without any prep. Again, can't say enough about the communication. I never had a concern about the progress of my order. I'm definitely going to Santa Ana Wheel for my next OEM wheel purchase. Great work guys!
Ordered 2 replacement rims from them after hitting something in the road back in January. Car has been in 3 shops and fighting with State Farm over the claim.... I finally after almost 4 months am getting things settled. My shop goes to mount the new rims and one of 2 are bent and unable to be balanced. I called and was told I need to ship the bad rim back and once they receive the tracking number they will send a replacement. Why would I need a replacement if I bought a "New" rim from you?
They shipped this to me in two days. FAST shipping and free. However, I ordered the wrong design. Since I live within 20 miles, I went to them and returned the wheel, got the correct one, and was done is less than 10 minutes. They were willing to send out a return shipping label for me but i needed it before Saturday. But none of this was their fault--it was all me.

We became a victim of one of AZ infamous pot hole last week and cracked a rim, so I went looking for a replacement and found another Sana Ana Wheel. I didn't understand that there was more than one color made of my 20 inch for my F150 truck, so after finding what I thought was what I was looking for and placing an order, I got a follow up text requesting a picture of my current rim and it turned out I had ordered the wrong color and it would not match my other rims. We hit a pothole on a highway entrance ramp and ended up with a flat due to a damaged rim. Santa Ana Wheel was able to get us in and fix the rim right away so we could get back on the road within just a few hours. I purchased a New Single 22" 22x9 Alloy Wheel for Cadillac Escalade ESV 2015-2020 Machined Grey Replacement OEM Quality ALLOY RIM 4738 04738 from Santa Ana Wheel about a month ago. This rim is not actually OEM spec for this vehicle and you cannot use your factory center caps, as the drilled center bore is actually for the older model. I spoke with two individuals, the first claimed that replica wheels can be hit or miss with center caps (not really OEM Spec). Both promised to look into it, but would not call back, I have also used live chat twice, but they have only acknowledged the issue, not agreed to make it right, and I sent a letter and waited another week for any kind of solution at all with 0 response across all fronts. After some research, I discovered that this replica is actually for a 2007-2013 Escalade and the bored out hole only fits the old GM center caps with the previous logo and design. I relied on Santa Ana Wheel do right and at-least respond to my 5 attempts at a resolution. I do not recommend Santa Ana Wheel. Find a reputable provider who will actually stand by the products they sell.
Bought used steel wheel from Santa Anna wheel for my 2016 Toyota Camry to mount a full sized spare tire on recently. The wheel I received was in great condition, shipped and delivered as expected all the way from Anaheim on the west coast to Silver Spring MD on the east coast. Product quality, shipping container quality were excellent. Shipping time was a little quicker than stated too. -Great source for good quality used OEM wheels/rims. Bought three used (low mileage although not new take off) wheels for my Toyota Sienna and it went great. Wheels were exactly as described, without any damage whatsoever, packed very securely, and shipped very fast (same day I think). Price was very reasonable. I could not find a replacement Audi S7 2016 20 inch wheel here in Australia but located one at Santa Ana. It was well priced and the shipping cost surprisingly low. II wanted to have a 5th wheel for my mighty S7 so that I could rotate when any of the original four wheels got some inevitable rim damage. The wheel arrived safely in about 18 days and it was exactly as described. Some very minor scratches and I had it repainted to match. Excellent result all around!
