HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Waited 15 for someone to help me find a battery. Jose had a really bad attitude saying that it wasn't his job to help do batteries. While speaking with Jose I asked him about getting a part from a vehicle in the back. He said talk to the SUPERVISOR Brian. I asked to talked with him Jose LAUGHED and said today's is Sunday he doesn't do anything beside stay upstairs and watch football... Asked if I can leave my name and number so I can talk to him Jose laughed and said you better leave money with the note Brian doesn't do anything for free. Openly admitting your manager take bribes is HORRENDOUS. Just bad experience overall. Place needs to get investigated from top to bottom.

Not the biggest or always the best stocked, but it’s well organized and safe enough if you’re careful. Way cheaper than buying new parts, and unlike buying used parts online, you can physically examine them.
Usually pick a part is just pick a part, but I went to the Anaheim location last week and was impressed. They keep it pretty clear and clean and the cars are not already picked thru. But then the best part is at the end. If you're lucky, you get to go to Lety's window. Mmm Lety, she's awesome, very intelligent and quick thinking and knowledgeable about parts and pieces. And she gorgeous and not scared of smiling! Only conplaint is she didn't slide the number

So to male a long story short i saw a topper on a van i wanted. After getting a price of 130 my cousin and I spent the day removing it. After freeing it from the van I assumed id be needing to beg a worker for help getting this elephant out. This review is for The "Sheriff" he came with a forklift and saved the day. Some how he was able to get it off and out of the tight isle and onto my car with some persuasion. Definitely a day to remember. Thank you LKQ of Anaheim.
Your car is not safe here!!! I been picking parts at "Pick your part LKQ" for many years and today I had my front windshield busted by one of the Ecology/LKQ Scrap Car tow truck guys picking up junk cars. They denied the damages and refused to assist in any way to view the video cause it was going to incriminate liability. Bryan the manager useless and rude, declined to help in any way and acted as if customer service is not a priority. LKQ needs better management assistance!!! I'm sure im not the only one who has experience problems with there poor team resources in assisting consumer questions or concerns. Sucks but i felt violated by LKQ management....... make things better and fix my windshield
My son spent an entire day trying to remove a fuel line from one of the vehicles, with no luck. For a small fee, Louie and the team at this location were able to retrieve the part quickly and in perfect condition!
This particular fuel line wasn’t available anywhere—not even as an aftermarket part—so their help was a lifesaver. We truly appreciate the effort, skill, and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!
Friendly service accross from a thrill spot on beach blvd a main strip huge parking lot, the only thing I don’t like about this one is they have so slick asphalt or something so if u got boots you’ll be fine also they give a military discount, a buck here and there add up, I got the wrong dash panel so Im gonna get a refund but they sell a warranty if you buy as is there is no returns, they got normal hours 9 to 5.

Jason at the Exit has a really BAD ATTITUDE UNACCEPTABLE.... I bought a few items and on the way to exit he said he needed to check my receipt. He dropped my headlight I purchased I asked him for a refund he want on how I was incompetent and stupid. He refused to call a manager until Johnny called a supervisor. Jake was a really polite called me sir really respectful. Told Jason I would write a review he laughed and said they won't do anything anyways. So hopefully my writing this will change something. Overpriced parts. They're abusers. My son bought some brackets for the running boards for a 2005 Yukon. They charge him $127 four the brackets only I look at it online and they're only $94. Unacceptable. These people are going to make these places going out of business and I hope they will
Everything is 10xs the price at store or online sites. And the entrance is $5 now . Most of the time the people charging do not know what parts they are charging for. Overpriced…and the updates on their website are long overdue….you waste your time going..LONG WAITS, mightiest well go to Disney, atleast you know you are getting something out of it; at an overly priced ticket. Good luck finding the right parts..
Drove half an hour to get here, paid the $5 entry, waited an hour and a half in line to buy a single item—just to be told at the front that “the system’s down, come back Monday.”
No refund, no heads-up, no workaround—just a complete waste of my time, gas, and energy. Got covered in grease pulling a part for absolutely nothing.
I even tried showing them the exact part’s online price brand new and offered them that price so I wouldn’t have wasted my time but they refused
I understand tech issues happen, but if your system goes down after people have waited this long, you should at least own it and refund the entry fee.
I won’t be coming back. If your time matters to you at all, think twice before showing up here.
Cashier Jason needs to go!!!! I've been coming here for years I told him multiple times only warranty on 2 items and he took them off of all items... When I arrived at the exit I had to them mark 2 items only. They informed me that there was no warranty on any parts.. when I went back to the cashier he gave me attitude and said I cannot get it no more everything was final sale. He's refused to acknowledge me until I got supervisor Jacob involved. Jacob apologized and took care of the situation himself. But the cashier needs better training or is attitude adjusted. Very unprofessional cashier .. Jacob is an awesome Supervisor tho
If I could have rated this junkyard zero stars, I would have. Pick Your Part - Anaheim knowingly purchased my stolen vehicle off the person that stole it. And they did this without any proper proof of ownership paperwork. And then they lied to me about having my car in their inventory. However I ended up finding it online on their websites online inventory. When I went to recover it the following day, it was completely picked to parts. It was sold to them on the same day that it was stolen and out in their yard right after purchasing it. My car was missing for less than 48 hours and the end result was this...(refer to photos) my car was in perfect condition and had no missing parts. When I went to recover it, the entire transmission was gone, along with many of its other parts. Deemed a total loss because my insurance doesn't cover theft, unfortunately... Now I'm literally on foot and not to mention, 7 months pregnant. I'm hoping to raise some money so that I can replace my vehicle, along with all of my belongings that were in it. (I had just purchased a ton of baby stuff and it was all in my car. Now I'm literally having to start all over. I don't have not one single thing for my baby. Everything was in my car and is now gone...)
These company owns many locations across Southern California, to make it easy to find the right parts , I recommend to download the Lkq app , we came to the Anaheim location to get parts for a Toyota Prius, and a Honda Accord, we found most of the parts in our list, also if you buy electrical parts or engine parts, transmissions you can get warranty and have a peace of mind in case the parts is bad you can return and get your money back, you can find from imports to domestic , just bring your tools, customer service is good, at the register window is slow they have only one window open , and customers asking many questions jaja
