Amazing dealership! Nathaniel was AMAZING in helping us with our Range Rover Evoque! As first time Range Rover people, He was so thorough and thoughtful during the process, explained EVERYTHING we needed to know plus some and even took the car off the showroom floor for a test drive! He had such a friendly attitude and worked out an AMAZING deal for us! Usually I dislike dealers but being with Nathaniel was like hanging out with my big brother! Same with James! Both men are a definite asset to your company! Thanks for walking me through set up and the gorgeous bow on top of my new car! Thank you for not once hovering or pushing me! I love it! I love my car, it’s SO COMFORTABLE!

Had a great experience as far as the price of my lease and the smoothness of the transaction. James from Sales and Mark from Finance were great. The price and the fees were exactly as stated ahead of the deal and there were no hidden fees or tactics involved. There was an issue with the vehicle that we discovered on the way home from the dealership. Contacted the salesman James and he arranged for the issue to be taken care of in the most convenient way possible for me. Miriam in service was a pleasure to work with and her communication was great throughout and she had my vehicle back to me with all issues resolved. Overall the people at this dealership are honest, upfront, professionals that make the buying/leasing process a breeze. They stand behind their vehicles and take care of any issues that may arise and work for their customers. Thank you to all of the employees at Anaheim Hills Land Rover, you all earned a customer from here on out and I will recommend you and your dealership to any and all people I know. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Range Rover from this dealership, and while the initial buying experience was smooth, I encountered a technical issue with the dashboard screen and entertainment system within the first day. The screen began turning on and off intermittently, which was unexpected and concerning given the vehicle’s brand-new status. To their credit, the team responded quickly and performed a hard reset. I appreciated their willingness to investigate and acknowledged that this may be a known issue, possibly related to software. However, I would have appreciated more transparency upfront—especially if service teams had already seen similar cases. It’s important for customers to feel informed, not blindsided, especially when making a major purchase. I’ve requested that the issue be formally recorded via a repair order, and I’m hopeful that any necessary software updates will resolve it. I also want to acknowledge the staff’s professionalism and their offer to assist with loaner vehicles if needed. Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic, but I do hope the dealership continues to prioritize clear communication and proactive support for new owners. It makes all the difference.

Have only had great experiences at this location (with the exception of calling the front desk for scheduling a service) my go to for buying is Washington and George in the service department. They provide impeccable service and as my first experience with a Range Rover dealership and having come from Mercedes and Alfa, this has been a breath of fresh air. Charles and team were amazing. Called to let them know I was coming to look at a new Defender. When I arrived it was pulled up front and waiting for me. The team was extremely helpful and stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. I’ve have my 2025 Defender 110 for a little over a month now and love it.

Hello, unfortunately, I should have read the reviews before contacting Land Rover Anaheim Hills for service. As you can see from reading the reviews carefully, most people are satisfied with the sales department, which is understandable — buying a car is usually an exciting and happy moment. But what’s more important is the service and after-sales support, and unfortunately, if you look at the reviews, all the negative comments are about that part. Negative issues include things like not returning calls, not following up, providing incorrect information regarding the prepaid service plan, and overall terrible customer service. In fact, after giving me inaccurate information for eight months, today they are the ones who are upset with me — which is honestly quite unbelievable.

I had the best car buy experience of my life at this dealership. I purchased a Discovery Sport and was able to do most of my communicating (including working numbers) via text with James, who is the actual BEST. He is such a nice guy and so willing to go above and beyond. He wasn't car salesman-y at all and I never felt like I was putting him out or keeping him from another sale. The night I bought my car he sat in it with me for an hour showing me how to use all the features that confused my 47-year old brain. Any time I texted him after that, he responded within five minutes, (no joke!) no matter when I texted. He is such an asset to this dealership. Todd was the Finance Manager I worked with and he also explained everything in great detail and didn't try to upsell me. I've since had my car back for little things (it's a lease and I want to make sure I'm not charged for anything, plus I'm easily confused). I've worked with Jay every time and I could not adore him more. He's hilarious and real. I am 100% IN LOVE with my Baby Rover and this is such a great dealership. I will be a customer for life and will definitely be back for my next LR/RR in four years! Thank you!!

I purchased the 2025 Range Rover Evoque on December 31, 2024, just 4 months ago. Since then the car has been in the service department at Anaheim Hills Land Rover on five separate occasions to correct a “check engine light.” They have had the car for a total of 21 days over these five service attempts, but it remains unrepaired and not drivable. Yet the management at this dealership refuses to characterize the car as a “lemon.” Obviously, I am not happy with the car, and despite attempts to resolve the “lemon” issue amicably, the dealer has been unresponsive. I would NOT recommend the vehicle or dealership to anyone!!!

I’ve never had a worse experience at any service department in my life, and I regret taking my 2025 Range Rover to Land Rover Anaheim. I purchased the vehicle in November from them and brought it in early January for repairs due to several defects. After leaving my car with them for three days, I was informed that none of the necessary parts were in stock and everything had to be ordered. When I picked up my car, I found it stored in a dusty environment with all the windows down, resulting in a $200 bill for an interior detail to remove the dust. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. I kept calling for updates and was told that I would receive a callback, which never happened. A month later, after I insisted on speaking with a manager, I found out that my service advisor had left the dealership without informing me. I was then passed off to Joanna, who promised to take care of my repairs. Unfortunately, she never responded to my calls and always told the receptionist she was too busy to speak with me. It wasn't until I left a voicemail for the manager, Scott, that I finally received a call back and was told to bring the car in that same day, with the exception of one part still on backorder. After keeping the car for about a week, I was told by Joanna that all repairs were complete, except for the second-row seats motors still on backorder. When I picked up the car and arrived home, I immediately noticed that the wireless charger had not been reinstalled correctly. I called the service department, drove back 30 minutes, and was told the technician would fix it immediately. After waiting 20-30 minutes, the car was returned with the charger still not properly installed — the rubber pad was just placed on top without being secured. Now, I still have a faulty wireless charger that wasn’t fixed. And The in car mic still does not work with Siri, which was one of the fixes I was told was taken care of. On top of all that, the headlights had a defect where water was getting inside, so they were replaced. When I originally spoke to my previous service advisor, I was told that I would be reimbursed for the paint protection film I had on the headlights since it was a manufacturer defect. However, when I asked Joanna about the reimbursement, she told me that the dealership wasn’t responsible for reimbursing aftermarket products and that I should contact Land Rover customer service. I did, and Land Rover customer service confirmed that the dealership is always responsible for handling reimbursements, not them. This was just another instance of them avoiding responsibility. This entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. The dealership does not value my time or my vehicle, and the lack of quality control in their service department is evident. If you want to be treated like you're driving a car with no value and deal with unresponsive, unaccountable staff, I’d recommend going here. The only positive I can mention is the sales team, who were fantastic. However, it’s clear that once the sale is made, the dealership couldn’t care less about customer service. This has been a frustrating, exhausting, and completely disappointing experience.

I recently purchased a Range Rover from Anaheim Land Rover, and I have to say, this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Tim Hicharg and Mark Sanchez were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, they made the process seamless and enjoyable. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I was so impressed by their exceptional service that I had to share. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The entire transaction was smooth and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. If you’re looking for amazing service and a team that truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Tim, Mark, and the entire team at Anaheim Land Rover enough. My wife had been wanting a Land Rover Defender for quite some time, so I started researching various dealerships. Joe was the first to reach out to us and stayed consistent with follow-ups to check if we were still in the market. His communication was excellent, and what stood out the most was that we never felt pressured to buy. There was no “this price is only good for today” sales pitch, which was refreshing. When we finally made the trip from San Diego to the dealership, Joe wasn’t available, but his partner, Franz, stepped in and took great care of us. Franz was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the buying process seamless. One of the highlights of our experience was Franz demonstrating the Defender’s off-roading capabilities. He amazed us by driving up a ramp at a 35-degree angle, showcasing the Defender’s impressive engineering. It was the first time I was truly impressed by a car salesperson’s understanding and demonstration of a vehicle’s capabilities. The car itself is fantastic—my wife fell in love with it, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We’ll definitely return if we’re ever in the market for another Land Rover and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership, Joe, and Franz to family and friends. Highly satisfied!

I had an excellent experience at Anaheim Hills Land Rover. Sales Associate Shaun M. was experienced, accommodating, professional, and, most importantly, genuine. I had a horrible encounter at Land Rover of San Diego and Riverside. This was not the case at Anaheim Hills. I truly believe they want to build relationships, and I am looking forward to my next purchase with them.

10/10 REVIEW! ⭐️What a great experience coming to this dealership! I started my car buying experience 5 months before needing to purchase a new car. I met Corbin Wilson when I inquired about a RR that was probably at first glance, out of my budget, but wow was the one online so pretty. I went down to the dealership and being that my budget was in the used market, I noted scratches on the interior… minor… but it annoyed me for the price tag. I explained to Corbin that I was simply “Kicking tires” at this stage and I was looking at new competitive brands, and I was was in no hurry to make a purchase. He took a mental note of my OCD and knew I wouldn’t entertain a used car unless it was flawless. Haven’t bought a used car since high school days so this was new to me after 30+ years. This is where this dealership, mainly Corbin, earned my business. He let me know that even being in the used budget market, that this was still a large purchase for anyone, and he treated me as if I was as purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. I used to only purchase previous cars through my friend, a fleet dealer, and never had to shop around. This process was all new to me. Being in sales myself, I loath dealing with salespeople as bad as that sounds. Corbin put me at ease immediately and let me know he understood my needs and wants and would send me personalized videos of inventory that met my needs. This saved me from unnecessary trips to the dealership and saved me so much time. After 5 months of working with him, my prize vehicle crossed my path and I’m so thrilled. Yes, for me the process took some time, but not to his lack of inventory or effort. He just made sure the long lasting relationship was the best match in my scenario. Go see Corbin. Best experience ever!!! Side note, Mercedes continues to spam me with canned text messages, nothing personalized like Corbin sent, and this really speaks volumes. If you’re in sales, know your client, hear the needs, personalize your communication… it seals the deal. Ask Corbin.. he gets it. ;) Side note: I needed a service issue and omg, they called me 3x’s to schedule it. Service, sales, and financing are all so amazing!!

Went in on a Saturday intending to check out the Discovery HSE. Sales guys were super low-key and treated us well. Washington showed us the car and was enthusiastic about taking us through everything. I liked his style in answering questions but being laid-back and not talking constantly. For all my questions, he knew a lot of details about the car and was able to clarify things well. Went back to buy it the next day, and it went pretty quick. The financing part was fast. Franz was super helpful the whole time as well, and I'd strongly recommend him. He helped me over the phone the next day when I was having trouble setting up the InControl account as well. Left happily with a 2022 Discovery HSE. Everyone was very friendly and just happy to show cars. They even let my Dad test drive random Jaguars just for fun. I would recommend them if you want to shop Land Rovers with friendly guys who aren't high pressure.
