This store misplaced my special order 3 times. I visited the store 3 times and every time they were not able to locate the heavy duty oil they special ordered. Waste of time.

Store hours say open until 5pm on Sunday. I arrived at 4:47pm on Sunday 9/14 with a list of parts I needed...doors were locked, lights off, nobody there. This is the third time this Napa has let me down. Avoid this business, I'm surprised NAPA lets this store exist, very bad for their brand.

Website states NAPA stores and NAPA Auto Care centers can test your car's battery and alternator while the engine is still running and the battery is still on the car. I stopped by on Tuesday and they told me they don’t offer that service. They said I had to remove the alternator to have it tested .

The morning manager is the most welcoming and generous individual. Their trusting me with the loaner equipment made my visit very expedient & saved me much time and expense. Thanks you for having them lead.the store !

After talking to a helpful employee, who said they were open till 5pm, we drove 40 minutes from Mendota, got here at 4 55pm, and the doors were locked. Won't be coming back!!!

Very knowledgeable. Right parts. Little pricier than other chain stores. You will be sure to get right fit first time. Never had to return a new part. Even get parts for your riding mower.

I was calling several auto parts business looking for a hose for my air conditioning system and no one had it immediately not even for the same day if ordered. The only ones where NAPA and it was super affordable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks!

This store was very clean and seemed to have alot of parts, but the guy helping me didn't get find the part I needed. I have been to another Napa auto parts store where instead of looking for a part number on my item he opened a large book and found the part I needed. I wish the guy was able to do that at this location but he didn't and I was left without the part I needed to finish the job I was doing (which was very far away).

This is for the new store, the chubby guy at the front desk he have some attitude problems, He has no knowledge of what good customer service is. I guess because he is not the owner, Hey I’m not going in details, but try to improve your service.

This will not be a good review! The reason I rate this store location a 2, is very poor customer service via phone. EVERY single time I call in, phone rings way too many times before someone answers, then I get put on terminal hold. This store needs to do way better with call ins!! Looking customers for that reason. There is no "Napa Knowhow" here!!

Great deal on oil change supplies, full synthetic oil and filter under $30 bucks. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped by Napa Auto Parts earlier today and purchased a set of wipers for my Honda Civic.And the sales associate was very nice and put them on for me.Now I won't have to worry about not having properly operating wipers

Today I had gone to AutoZone and ended up leaving in a rage after wasting my time the employee was not knowledgeable at all so I decided to go to good old trusty Napa and had no complications the employee was knowledgeable and took care of me and got me going on my way really quick Napa customer forever now

I've been to AutoZone and O'Reilly's they don't act like they know what they're doing you should always learned the product that you're selling so I go to George Auto Supply and Napa if you ask them a question they answer it so I give both of those jobs a five-star I have no problems with George's or Napa and they always work with you

Fast and super friendly service. You are never made to feel bad if you have to return a part. Knowledgeable staff that is always happy to help with questions, even if they are not the "normal" questions!!

My dad was at the Greyhound bus station near the NAPA Auto Genuine Parts Company, 109 E 6th St, Madera, CA 93638 to pick up my brother who is traveling to my parents house after the work season up in Alaska. (My other brother (That lives in northern Idaho)(I live in Phoenix) had my dad's cell phone because over the holiday weekend when we 3 were canoeing we tipped it over and my brother's phone failed the water test.) Anyways my dad who is 72 years young is waiting for the bus to arrive at 3pm. It was 5pm. I called the Greyhound and they were closed. I called the NAPA and described the bind I was in and she asked one of the shop's employees to go there and notify my dad that the bus wasn't going to be there until 7:30pm. They did and the woman I had talked to called me back within 10 minutes notifying me they had found him and notified him of the change in plans.. Who says that people now days are not good? This woman is an angel for me and my dad on that day. This was on a Saturday by the way. God bless her and for anyone in the area I would choose NAPA because if their employees are willing to be so helpful to a non-paying customer (Yet) from Phoenix, imagine the kind of customer service and kind warmheartedness you would get from someone like this. I am going to start making a list of parts I want for my vehicles and when I am in Madera visiting my parents I will go to this store and give this person a hug and then fill my order. This place is obviously getting my highest recommendation.
