They false advertise. I went in for a free heating and cooling inspection. Just like it states on their website. Waited a while for them to tell me they would need to charge me 150 bucks to do the inspection and that the free one only checks for codes. No where on the website does it specify that. He wasn’t a friendly guy at all. He seemed to be the supervisor there at that time too. I also was completely ignored when I walked in and wasn’t spoken to until I had been sitting in the waiting room for over 10 minutes. No one else was even there at that time. This happened on Friday May 8th 2026 around 1pm. Be cautious when thinking of this location for any service.
These guys are great. Got me in right away and rotated my tires for no cost. Super friendly and super professional, I would recommend these guys to anybody!!
THE SERVICE IS GREAT!! They have the best Service!!! What people need to understand is sometimes American Tire Depot has to order certain tires! Especially when you want a specific tire, it has to be ordered! And we just have to PATIENTLY wait for the warehouse to deliver! And I know they have other tires in stock, but when we want a certain Tire, it has to be ordered! And American Tire Depot does the best at getting it delivered to us asap and getting the work done!!!
Gave them a late call and they made me an appointment same day. Show up registered as a new customer. Explain my visit and they fixed my car issue in not time. I really didn't expect it to be that quick and easy really love my first time experience here. The visit involves with calibration of the TPMS sensors for all four tires.
Disappointed; I made an appointment and walked in. Waited for 10 minutes, office staffed didn't ask or acknowledge that I was standing in front of them. A simple greeting and we'll be with you shortly would have been sufficient. I've used them before for car service, it's time to pick a new place. I've worked at GM and Toyota and we always greeted and made customer feel welcomed.
I just had a great experience here. Ricardo at the front desk was probably the friendliest, nicest reception I ever got at a tire shop.
He said the patch would take about a half hour and it took exactly that long.

Amazing customer service by the shop! Cristian was great with communicating with me on my car updates and any changes recommended. Felt super comfortable and trusted that I was getting the best deal and service around! Michael worked efficiently to get it all done in a timely manner and it came out great. Thank you!

Midway through a 4,000 mile road trip. I had problems with the brake system on my 2013 Subaru outback. The manager, the assistant manager, and the tech who worked on my car were superb. Superb. I would highly recommend!
Ruben was awesome! He helped me out by reprogramming my old cars transmission so it drives smoother! I was worried the problem was worse but Ruben fixed the issue in no time!
I’ve called 3 times this week including today simply to ask if they had a tire size available and they’re honestly the worst like every time I’ve called they’re with a customer and claim they’re going to give me a call back yet they don’t ever do it. Reality is the wait time simply to ask if they have the tire size available is inconvenient and inconsiderate
Thank you, I went to Discount Tires same day they were try to say if not able to fix it it will be 230.$ out the door and then order a 10ply not a 6ply uneven balance, I said well let me see if America Tires Depot may have it . I will pass a great recommendation to who I come across now I'm from Stockton and saw that Modesto area has 2 shops my stepdaughter lives there I will tell her that you guys are the best. From 230.$ to 00.00 to repair a tire. I'm very pleased with America Tires Depot ...

I got my tires from these guys and after some months one of the tires started going low. I went back and they were asking me to buy another four tires and I got mad thinking the guy wanted to scam me. They reached out to me politely and I went back there. The guy took his time to school me more about tire and I gained some knowledge. I recommend this place, anyday, anytime.
I appreciate and am grateful for the kindness shown to me here. I bring my vehicle for its regualr oil changes and am greeted very welcomingly. I went in thinking I needed tires because one kept going low and after the inspection that I got from the tech the tire was repairable. As I'm a girl, I thought I needed all 4 new tires. Leo at the front desk mentioned my tire was repairable and the rest were in great shape. And the only thing he recommended was for me to have a great day and keep my rotation up to date. I had other concerns about my battery, brakes, suspension, and everything turned out great. I would also like to thank the other technicians, Danny and Andres for keeping it professional. I went in on Saturday February 1st. I definitely recommend this shop for their great customer service and speed. Thank you again Leo for going above and beyond for me so I made it back home safely to my home in Sonora.
They will not take accountability for their mistakes! Use another tire shop that actually honors their customers. I’ve been a customer for 5+ years and drive a g37. They knew about staggered tire sizes and still failed to put the right size tires on my car. When i confronted them about the problem they tried to sell me the right tire size without owning up to their mistake. They tried to make it seem like i put the wrong tires on.. when they literally put the tires on. Called corporate and they ignored my complaints or calls. Will be taking them to small claims court but avoid this company at all costs!!! Pay a little more at shops that will actually save you more money on the long run
Amazing amazing customer service. Juan and Fabian are some of the best managers I’ve seen at a tire shop in along time. Super up front and honest about what they find and do not push to buy anything.
