I went in for an oil change Then not only changed my oil, but they rotated my tires and alignment check. Upon inspection, the technician found things that needed to be fixed. The service there is very good, kind and experienced I would and will definitely come back again . I was told on the time it would take to get serviced and they were true to their word. The price was very reasonable and offer discounts. Thank you
I’m not really knowledgeable about cars, but this place the employees have helped me so much and explained things to me, they did everything I asked for, just fast and friendly service ! Thank you! My go to place from here on out!
Very helpful very friendly they were short staffed and still managed to take care of business. Those gentlemen are professional and handle business. They work with urgency and got me and my son back on the road.
The employees took the time to explain to me what they were doing. They showed me the broken parts. I knew what they were doing at all times. They explained it to me and I understood!
I went to get an oil change for my wife's SUV and the asst manager accommodated us. He also suggested a service to prevent wear on the tires. The service was done at the estimated time. Well done.
Had a great experience. Went in to set up an appt and the next day they had me in and out within 30-45 mins for an alignment. The day I went for the appointment I was greeted immediately by Juan. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family!
We were traveling home from Oregon when one of our tires had a large screw in it. We were traveling home on a Sunday so not many places were open but this location was and thankful that it was. The guys in there were amazing and they got us in and out in about 30 minutes back on the road and headed home. Thank you so much for your quick service and amazing guys running the shop. Oh and as a bonus they didn't charge us anything to repair the tire which was very helpful.
Had an oil change done, came back after talking with them about other issues. Decided to get upper and lower ball joints and front bearings. They are the only ones that do my work on my truck. I’m very pleased with their work
They did an amazing job. I got a puncture on a trip and got to them at 5:30 a little before closing. They took a look at my car and patched the tire. They did a great job and didn’t charge me. Definitely would recommend if you have an emergency!
Last minute flat good thing I got the warranty on he tires was a simple nail in the tire scenario and I need a tire rotation plus oil change and they had a coupon and got service down in a reasonable time .
Really happy taking all my vehicles here with Fabian. He’s always looking for discounts for you. All you need to do is compare the service and cost … hands down American tire depot.
Went in this morning with no appointment and they were able to fix my flat tire and top off my oil and wiper fluid for free in less than 40 minutes. Thats why i get my oil changes and tires from these guys. Had to leave a good review. Five star shop
I've been going to american tire depot about 10 years now and every single visit to any madera location has always been great. Edwin i heard was in fresno now but was helped by Leonel R. and Juan M. and as always had a great visit over all timing was great and the have the best customer service in town period !!! I'll be back for tires next time and they are always my first recommendation to anyone. Thanks again for great work
I’m new in town and my family recommended American Tires across the street from the post office. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my truck and car get oil changed and rotated tires. The car got an alignment. Very happy with the service. Leo was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with
They did an amazing job and provided the best help. I came in for an inspection and they were able to go above and beyond to ensure everything in my vehicle was in order. They helped tighten some bolts and the job was done so quick and Sooner than expected. Will definitely recommend coming back here
Traveling back from Sacramento. Had a partially quick leak in my you're on the freeway. Pulled off and was lucky enough to be within a few miles range. 30 minutes from stop until back on the road. Great service and faster than fast!

My experience was great! Fabian, the service manager was very professional. He took the time to explain my problem so i could understand what needed to be done to fix the leak and upgrade a plastic part to aluminum to elininate future problems. My car repair was going to take about 3-3.5 hrs.
so I was given courtesy ride to my church so I could complete my commitment while my car was being repaired. As promised, my repair was completed on time.

American Tire is the best. I dropped in for a service and was taken care of right away. Had bought tires there a few years back and needed them to be rebalanced and rotated. It was taken care of without charge. Will definitely be going there for the next set of tires.
Edwin has excellent customer service. I observed his interaction with customers and how he helped me was awesome! He was fair, honest and super attentive to everyone’s questions. I would return and tell all my friends and family that I trust this shop.
The have good tires and do good work. Edwin is the best, I take all my cars to him. I trust him with my family’s cars. That’s saying a whole lot. I’ve also seen him treat his employees with great respect above and beyond just being a manager.
Service was excellent! The associate was extremely helpful, honest and friendly and gave me the best deal in town. He went over and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive, now I have peace of mind for my road trip. The service was fast. I didn't leave with a double double hamburger but this sure was IN N OUT! lol highly recommended! Thank you!
